We only do gifts for our direct family (each other and our kids) those we are spending the day with. If we have other people over for Christmas day we would maybe buy something very small but that's it.
Everything is so expensive and just rising I feel very lucky me and my boyfriend both wanted to see a band who announced their UK tour before Christmas just in time for us to say let's buy tickets and it's a gift to us we both truly want and tickets were £20 each too 😄👏
This is the second year in a row that hubby and I have not done gifts. To be honest I did not miss it. I don't go without at the best of times so there is nothing I needed or wanted. I bought for my big sis and that was fun to do. Whisky Santa did come though.
I've been interested in the steam deck. It seems like the perfect solution to having to drop an enormous amount of money on a gaming PC and then having to keep it updated. I'd be interested in a review once you've had it for a while.
Ohhh I’m loving your vejays- I’ve been eyeing them up for ages - I got some navy and pink adidas spezials from my other half and I’m over the moon with them. What lovely thoughtful gifts you had ❤
I’ve used my steam deck nearly every day since I bought it! I got a nice sticker skin to put on my steam deck and I needed to put on thumb grips on the toy sticks those cos the dip in them hurt my thumb.
I think they reformulated the jet lag mask last year. I bought it years ago and didn’t like it either, so I never bothered again but as you’ve said this is better, I may look into trying again.
You said pfeffer spot on and it’s the hardest bit! 👌🏻 Just nüsse - can’t think of anything it rhymes with in English. But you pronounce the “e” at the end. Best I can think of is it kind of rhymes with goose-uh.

Pfeffer nuits is a bisquit,pepper nuts. A typical small cake who could be stored for ages.

I was trying to work out how the umlaut sound in Zoe would convert to the u sound in that word.. so is it an ooo sound?
