When I hear certain songs, my imagination can wander. Let me tell you what I think of when I hear this. When this song plays, I imagine a man, tormented by a specter. This apparition is that of a woman he once knew, but can no longer accurately discern. Occasionally, the woman will appear to him. Often times she will appear as a mere silhouette, other times she will whisper to the man, uttering sweet nothings in the man's ear. The specter is not malicious, she would never willingly bring the man harm, yet her presence brings about feelings of woe and despair that the man can never place the origin of. The man dreams of the woman often, yearning for the knowledge of who she really is. Sometimes, in the man's dreams, they dance on a beach when the moon is high, waltzing in each others embrace, finally waking as soon as the moonlight would strike her visage perfectly. He may yet find his conclusion. I haven't reached that destination yet.
