My favorite part of the flower beauty lights pallets. If I have screwed up an eye look or I just can’t get it to come together. I can pop one of those shades on and bam it looks great! Happy new year!
I’m glad you mentioned LA Girl Palettes. They are some of the best drugstore eyeshadows I’ve tried, particularly the bigger palettes. I bought one last year called the Hey Hey Vacay palette. To this day it is one of my favorite palettes in my collection in general, even more so than some of my higher end palettes. They also had these small palettes called the fanatic eyeshadow palettes and I bought the nude one. I swear I panned every shade in that palette, it was so good!

Didn't really get a bunch of new stuff. Last Christmas I received 6 new palettes I'd wanted all at once, so I spent time this year discovering within them, mostly; but I did nab the Colourpop Sprinkle a Little Magic, which is so lovely to use and adorable to see. Very much enjoying Oden's Eye's Giant Wolves, and appreciating my DC Latte & Latte 2 palettes.

i recieved the Retro mint pallet for Christmas. my husband always ask my brands lol, so I said Natasha. I was shocked at how much I love the colors WOW>>> It looks so beautiful and soft.
If you love retro glam, u MUST check out the in memory of Mel Thompson bundle from Sydney Grace! It has some of their most spectacular shades and she did such an incredible job curating it!!!

My favorite eyeshadow launch by far is the the Natasha Denona dream palette. I reach for it so much that I have to force myself to reach for old favorites. My 2nd place would have to be the Viseart London and San Francisco palettes. I bought the San Francisco on launch and loved it so bought the London during their Black Friday sale and I use it even more than the San Francisco. It has this green-gold color that is amazing. For colourpop this year I think Clay it cool is the only palette I bought. The cream shadows in the palette are the same as the cream shadows they used to have in the pots (I have 4 of those so swatched together). I anticipate the ND mini pastel will be a fave for me. I didn’t buy the midi because the mint and yellow were in the Jubilee palette already but the color story of the mini is the same as Jubilee and I can’t wait to wear them together. Especially that dark blue cream to powder with the blue shimmers!

I received the ND My Dream Palette for Christmas and I really don’t feel like they are all that similar. My Dream has a dark sultry vibe. It is stunning. I’m really glad I have both. I really want the Empowered palette but we will see 😊

Thanks for sharing! I am not sure what my favorite release for 2022 was. I just actually bought ND Glam I’m 2022, so that’s my favorite new to me. I also like Colourpop Of Quartz and there’s a Sephora brand palette from their Wishing you (I think) Christmas releases that I like a lot. I hope you have a great little break. I’m a teacher, and I have three more days off and then the weekend before I return, though our students still have a week. I always enjoy that time I get to spend with coworkers without kids, too, since I usually only see them at meetings and lunch. Have a Happy New Year! ❤
Oh Andrea, I love your videos and although I don't always comment, I appreciate your POV and insight to save money and make good choices. I am so sad and frustrated though as I live in the UK and flower beauty has no shipping to us and aren't sold anywhere in the UK. 😔 I long to get the jungle and desert lights. All through last year friends visited the USA but couldn't find them anywhere! Oh well, 🤷🏽♀️💞

In the past couple of months the type of content I want to consume has changed and I have cleared out my subscription feed and only kept the channels that I don’t miss a single video of.
I used to be so prejudice of LA colors because they were sold at the Dollar Tree but then I found two absolutely wonderful palettes by them. Keep it playful 9 color palettes. A pinky one Playmate and a neutral cool tone one Downplay and they are both amazing!!!

I received the ND My Dream Palette for Christmas and I really don’t feel like they are all that similar. My Dream has a dark sultry vibe. It is stunning. I’m really glad I have both. I really want the Empowered palette but we will see 😊

Thanks for sharing! I am not sure what my favorite release for 2022 was. I just actually bought ND Glam I’m 2022, so that’s my favorite new to me. I also like Colourpop Of Quartz and there’s a Sephora brand palette from their Wishing you (I think) Christmas releases that I like a lot.
I hope you have a great little break. I’m a teacher, and I have three more days off and then the weekend before I return, though our students still have a week. I always enjoy that time I get to spend with coworkers without kids, too, since I usually only see them at meetings and lunch.

Oh Andrea, I love your videos and although I don't always comment, I appreciate your POV and insight to save money and make good choices. I am so sad and frustrated though as I live in the UK and flower beauty has no shipping to us and aren't sold anywhere in the UK. 😔 I long to get the jungle and desert lights. All through last year friends visited the USA but couldn't find them anywhere! Oh well, 🤷🏽♀️💞

Tarte was on their game this year!!! I think sticking to their neutral color stories really paid off for them
I used to be so prejudice of LA colors because they were sold at the Dollar Tree but then I found two absolutely wonderful palettes by them. Keep it playful 9 color palettes. A pinky one Playmate and a neutral cool tone one Downplay and they are both amazing!!!
