Since this is the last song I'm bringing back my comments on all of them. Top 17 as of Armenia's release: 1. Ukraine masterpiece with this song/performance combo, especially in light of the context... see his interview in the official diary (he said even with all the war and b*mbings how can he leave home? It's home! Also thinking of all the people who were forced to leave home or lost home because of the war) He's a pro in his delivery, he gives all this power and emotion and he doesn't lose any stability when he's moving. He is so good live that his live almost matches the recording and I mean that as the highest of compliments 💙💛 2. Portugal Chills. Gives me flashbacks to the masterpiece that is Marte, and really stands out. She fully wrote this one herself, and it shows. It feels really sincere - her genuine words and thoughts, not recontextualized or switched up. Hopefully the juries will take into consideration that she wrote her own song, and an absolute masterpiece at that. And am I catching that this alternates between Spanish and Portuguese? Whoa. I know she is a super talented live singer too, and if she nails those whistle notes, she could very well take it home for Portugal. Best Portuguese entry ever. 3. Estonia I love this so much and it feels like Estonia meets NYC nights! The Estonian language is so beautiful, it has a kind of magical feel, like it brings out the magic of the everyday street night. And the lyrics are very empowering for kids’ voices, like a street takeover with art. I think her voice will stand out because she has a cool low range. Please voting public, please give her a good result 🙏 4. Netherlands 💚 There are so many references to past JSF entries and common songs like All We Need is Music, It Doesn't Matter, End of Time, Let's Sing Together, Stars to Shine, even Best Friends with the "unite." And that's absolutely golden! I admit my fondness for JSF makes me partial to this “recent nostalgia, JSF core” song. Amazing energy, Niek really hyped everyone up at JSF and Stay Tuned will be so fun at JESC!!! I can see it sticking in a lot more people's heads and so many people jumping and singing during the live at JESC. 5. Georgia Whoa. Another breathtaking song from Georgia, they aren't afraid to send something a little exploratory, something cinematic that stays true to the Georgian style. Reminds me of JVKE's song Golden Hour but with more dynamic depth and more emotions. Andria could easily command a concert hall! Imagery is so beautiful but a lot is left unsaid - we don't really get a song shrouded in mystery like that super often at JESC. So he is snow and his mom is sun… but why? I am intrigued. Voters, please don't underrate it like you underrated Georgia last year 🙏 6. Armenia Armenia always brings the energy and they just know how to do JESC! Here, unlike with France this year, is a case of sticking to the formula but continuing to deliver on the high standard. Not surprised it's from tokionine with this quality 😊 It's like DANCE but dancing through the galaxy with aliens! Junior fun but balanced with melody and production that all ages can easily enjoy. I can tell Leo is a showman who learned from his parents… and we know how far that goes because (IMO) the reason Lissandro won in 2022 was his showmanship and ability to command the stage. I also love the overall aesthetic and IK Armenia is gonna nail the staging of this! Leo is one to watch! 7. Ireland So… here's the thing. At first I wasn't thinking this meshed with Enya that well. But then the music video came out mere days later and turned my opinion on its head. The reorchestration makes it feel more rock-y, more Enya. She's confident in it, it feels like the song really is her own. And of course her movement energy/stage presence is something I really appreciate. 8. Spain Definitely a callback to their victorious song in 2004, especially on the 20th anniversary of that win. Chloe has so much energy and IK the staging and performance will be epic from Spain. And of course that signature Spanish flair! Not as good as some of the recent past Spanish entries and not quite top 5 for me, but very Junior and def a winner contender. 9. Italy I love it when songs sound fun but have some unexpected depth! The "the only war is with pillows" part was golden and I'm digging the '80s / '90s -ish vibe! He's inviting all the other JESC entrants to his big global party and I'm here for it! And from what I've heard before, he *slays* his live performances. 10. Malta His range impresses me and I love his emotional depth. And the fact that it's an adoption song where he thanks his parents for finding him, the lost little star, is just so beautiful. And of course... yay fully Maltese song! First one in JESC! But of course it all comes down to the final live. High notes = high stakes. 11. Cyprus welcome back! I love the vibes, so beachy/chill vacay, just so Cypriot! Could be best Cypriot result? Curious about the dance break in the live performance. But I have good feelings 😊 it's getting a little low in my personal preferences with better songs out but that doesn't mean I think the song is bad. 12. Albania This was down, then up, then down again for me. This waltz of flowers references the JESC theme without feeling in your face. The orchestrations are really impactful - just what it needed! - and bring out those “NO! Don't mess with the flowers!” moments! But it's just not holding up against others for me. middle-low is probably an accurate predictor of where it'll end up tbh. 13. North Macedonia Cool track, the hook is catchy. Great song for if you're going on a run 😊 N. Macedonia's made some weird staging logistic decisions in the past few years though, and so I hope this doesn't suffer from that on JESC day. It also ends up getting lost for me in this year of daring high notes, other energetic performers, and some deep meaning ballads. 14. Germany Bjarne's emotions really come through! This will hinge on the emotions and live staging, being able to show the “screen vs IRL beauty” concept. Unfortunately I see this getting swallowed up by stronger songs. Doesn't help that it was released first. 15. France chill, easy listening, France is sticking to a formula that has worked for them so far. Problem is, with such a high standard they set... that will likely backfire as this one clearly isn't as good as J'Imagine or Coeur. The lyrics don't feel as thought out as with previous entries. I don't see France getting its third straight win. 16. San Marino this is on the adults making delegation decisions, but... a girl group song with no solo verse moments and no real power moments to engage the audience? That is confusing me. There's potential if the delegation changes the arrangement, but the song seems mid to me. 17. Poland Not a good song… such a shame as Dominik has lots of charisma. The revamp actually made it worse, and the reference to the theme doesn't work and feels too in your face. Sorry Dominik, Poland might be entering its struggle era with this one.

My top 16 from France 🇫🇷 : 1-🇪🇦 This song is great and catchy. It's a shame that it's underestimated, even the Spaniards themselves don't believe in this song and prefer to criticize it. Spain could be first in the jury vote. 2-🇦🇲 Perfect! Armenia is so strong at Junior Eurovision, this song could easily win. 3-🇺🇦 This song is incredible 4-🇨🇾 the song is so catchy, Greek is such a wonderful language 5-🇲🇰 why is it so underrated? It's a really good one. I hope that during the live show they won't be alone without dancers or decor like last year, let's not let such potential go to waste. 6-🇫🇷 Good song, catchy. You're overestimating the Netherlands 🇳🇱. The song is nice, but it's nothing exceptional either, and will most likely finish between 7th and 10th place. You also overestimate North Macedonia 🇲🇰 who have a nice song but with a rather poor chorus where the word "run" is repeated I don't know how many times... On the other hand, you're greatly underestimating France 🇫🇷 whose representative Titouan has a beautiful voice and a very catchy song with a nice message that will score a lot of points with the international juries, as well as Spain 🇪🇸 who has a heady song that appeals enormously to Eurofans. Spain and France will make at least Top 6.

Did a bit of reshuffling and pondering, but here's my final ranking! 1. Portugal - Wow. Just wow. This song has slowly become my obsession over the past week and my oh my is it incredible. Number one all the way ❤💚 2. Ukraine - this would he an excellent winner, but realistically I want my entire top 6 to win so that's besides the point. Very good energy still, and I can't wait to see how the staging evolves in Madrid 3. Ireland - very much a dark horse, this has grown on me tremendously since the nf and it could clinch the win if the staging is perfect 4. Spain - Fun, cute, and reminds me if loviu, so of course it's good 5. Armenia 🆕️ - very groovy, top 5 is firmly in Armenia's crosshairs this year 6. Estonia - really grown on me, if this wins I wouldn't be mad in the slightest 7. Cyprus - really nice vibe and a strong effort from Cyprus, let's see how they get on 8. Georgia - gorgeous ballad, gorgeous vocals, not my favourite of the ballads though 9. Netherlands - starting to grow off this song a bit, but it's still pretty strong 10. It never stays in one place for long but flows nicely and is easily one of my favourites and one I’ll be voting for and it was even better live at JSF. This is a very good song for getting high on my Top but unfortunately I don’t think it has many People putting it in there Top 3 but hopefully I'm proven wrong and it does well) 2. Portugal 🇵🇹 Victoria Nicole - Espreança (#15) (This is by far the best Ballad. And Victoria has by far the best vocals. Its not often I say this about a ballad in modern Junior Eurovision but this is Winner Potential especially because the Jurys will be behind this which is more important than the Televote because the Televote os closer than the Jurys and this is a song I listen to) 3. Ukraine 🇺🇦 Artem Kotenko - Hear Me Now (#14) (This is Winner Potential. As much as I preferred Zlata This song is great and One I would choose to listen to and its a contender to win the whole show as you would expect when you consider that this song had to beat Zlata who would have been one of the favourites had she made it, The whole selection is strong) 4. Ireland 🇮🇪 Enya Cox Dempsey - Le Chéile (#16) (This song is a fun song and one I enjoy listening to and I reckon this will finish higher than people expect. I don’t have much to say but I don’t think much needs to be said) 5. Cyprus 🇨🇾 Maria Pissarides - Crystal Waters (#05) (The Studio version is pretty good but this song is made for Junior Eurovision and will do very well and is definitely Winner Potential and Is one I would choose to listen to) 6. As a Dutch person I personally think that the Netherlands should pull back. It has been a big puppet show and political party for decades. And the larger countries in terms of population such as France, Spain & Ukraine tens of millions of inhabitants simply have so much more chance in terms of the number of entries that are sent. The smaller countries such as San Marino & Malta cannot achieve this. The Netherlands has had nice entries in the past 3 years, some of which could end up in the top 5 according to experts, but of those the Netherlands ended up in 7th place 2x. In addition, it is also the case that you can also vote for your own country. France with over 60m inhabitants wins every time. It is about time that this bloody shitty children's puppet show goes bankrupt.

masterpiece with this song/performance combo, especially in light of the context... see his interview in the official diary (he said even with all the war and b*mbings how can he leave home? It's home! Also thinking of all the people who were forced to leave home or lost home because of the war) He's a pro in his delivery, he gives all this power and emotion and he doesn't lose any stability when he's moving. He is so good live that his live almost matches the recording and I mean that as the highest of compliments

Chills. Gives me flashbacks to the masterpiece that is Marte, and really stands out. She fully wrote this one herself, and it shows. It feels really sincere - her genuine words and thoughts, not recontextualized or switched up. Hopefully the juries will take into consideration that she wrote her own song, and an absolute masterpiece at that. And am I catching that this alternates between Spanish and Portuguese? Whoa. I know she is a super talented live singer too, and if she nails those whistle notes, she could very well take it home for Portugal. Best Portuguese entry ever.
3. Estonia
I love this so much and it feels like Estonia meets NYC nights! The Estonian language is so beautiful, it has a kind of magical feel, like it brings out the magic of the everyday street night. And the lyrics are very empowering for kids’ voices, like a street takeover with art. I think her voice will stand out because she has a cool low range. Please voting public, please give her a good result 🙏
4. Netherlands
💚 There are so many references to past JSF entries and common songs like All We Need is Music, It Doesn't Matter, End of Time, Let's Sing Together, Stars to Shine, even Best Friends with the "unite." And that's absolutely golden! I admit my fondness for JSF makes me partial to this “recent nostalgia, JSF core” song. Amazing energy, Niek really hyped everyone up at JSF and Stay Tuned will be so fun at JESC!!! I can see it sticking in a lot more people's heads and so many people jumping and singing during the live at JESC.
5. Georgia
Whoa. Another breathtaking song from Georgia, they aren't afraid to send something a little exploratory, something cinematic that stays true to the Georgian style. Reminds me of JVKE's song Golden Hour but with more dynamic depth and more emotions. Andria could easily command a concert hall! Imagery is so beautiful but a lot is left unsaid - we don't really get a song shrouded in mystery like that super often at JESC. So he is snow and his mom is sun… but why? I am intrigued. Voters, please don't underrate it like you underrated Georgia last year 🙏
6. Armenia
Armenia always brings the energy and they just know how to do JESC! Here, unlike with France this year, is a case of sticking to the formula but continuing to deliver on the high standard. Not surprised it's from tokionine with this quality 😊 It's like DANCE but dancing through the galaxy with aliens! Junior fun but balanced with melody and production that all ages can easily enjoy. I can tell Leo is a showman who learned from his parents… and we know how far that goes because (IMO) the reason Lissandro won in 2022 was his showmanship and ability to command the stage. I also love the overall aesthetic and IK Armenia is gonna nail the staging of this! Leo is one to watch!
7. Ireland
So… here's the thing. At first I wasn't thinking this meshed with Enya that well.
But then the music video came out mere days later and turned my opinion on its head. The reorchestration makes it feel more rock-y, more Enya. She's confident in it, it feels like the song really is her own. And of course her movement energy/stage presence is something I really appreciate.
8. Spain
Definitely a callback to their victorious song in 2004, especially on the 20th anniversary of that win. Chloe has so much energy and IK the staging and performance will be epic from Spain. And of course that signature Spanish flair! Not as good as some of the recent past Spanish entries and not quite top 5 for me, but very Junior and def a winner contender.
9. Italy
I love it when songs sound fun but have some unexpected depth! The "the only war is with pillows" part was golden and I'm digging the '80s / '90s -ish vibe! He's inviting all the other JESC entrants to his big global party and I'm here for it! And from what I've heard before, he *slays* his live performances.
10. Malta
His range impresses me and I love his emotional depth. And the fact that it's an adoption song where he thanks his parents for finding him, the lost little star, is just so beautiful. And of course... yay fully Maltese song! First one in JESC! But of course it all comes down to the final live. High notes = high stakes.
11. Cyprus
welcome back! I love the vibes, so beachy/chill vacay, just so Cypriot! Could be best Cypriot result? Curious about the dance break in the live performance. But I have good feelings 😊 it's getting a little low in my personal preferences with better songs out but that doesn't mean I think the song is bad.
12. Albania
This was down, then up, then down again for me. This waltz of flowers references the JESC theme without feeling in your face. The orchestrations are really impactful - just what it needed! - and bring out those “NO! Don't mess with the flowers!” moments! But it's just not holding up against others for me. middle-low is probably an accurate predictor of where it'll end up tbh.
13. North Macedonia
Cool track, the hook is catchy. Great song for if you're going on a run 😊 N. Macedonia's made some weird staging logistic decisions in the past few years though, and so I hope this doesn't suffer from that on JESC day. It also ends up getting lost for me in this year of daring high notes, other energetic performers, and some deep meaning ballads.
14. Germany
Bjarne's emotions really come through! This will hinge on the emotions and live staging, being able to show the “screen vs IRL beauty” concept. Unfortunately I see this getting swallowed up by stronger songs. Doesn't help that it was released first.
15. France
chill, easy listening, France is sticking to a formula that has worked for them so far. Problem is, with such a high standard they set... that will likely backfire as this one clearly isn't as good as J'Imagine or Coeur. The lyrics don't feel as thought out as with previous entries. I don't see France getting its third straight win.
16. San Marino
this is on the adults making delegation decisions, but... a girl group song with no solo verse moments and no real power moments to engage the audience? That is confusing me. There's potential if the delegation changes the arrangement, but the song seems mid to me.
17. Poland
Not a good song… such a shame as Dominik has lots of charisma. The revamp actually made it worse, and the reference to the theme doesn't work and feels too in your face. Sorry Dominik, Poland might be entering its struggle era with this one.
I don't agree with you and think you underestimate France too much 🇫🇷. Titouan has a beautiful voice, and although his song is poorer than "Cœur" in terms of lyrics, it remains heady and, like "Cœur", carries a beautiful message of tolerance and acceptance of difference. It's also the kind of song that appeals to the international jury, so in my opinion, France will be in the Top 6 at least. You're overestimating Georgia's 🇬🇪 too much. Although Andria has a very beautiful voice, the song is too soft and boring, and it's clear that in recent years, it's more upbeat songs that have won the contest. You also overestimate the Netherlands 🇳🇱 whose song, although nice, is nothing exceptional and very disappointing compared to "Holding on to you" or "La festa".

You're overestimating the Netherlands 🇳🇱. The song is nice, but it's nothing exceptional either, and will most likely finish between 7th and 10th place. You also overestimate North Macedonia 🇲🇰 who have a nice song but with a rather poor chorus where the word "run" is repeated I don't know how many times... On the other hand, you're greatly underestimating France 🇫🇷 whose representative Titouan has a beautiful voice and a very catchy song with a nice message that will score a lot of points with the international juries, as well as Spain 🇪🇸 who has a heady song that appeals enormously to Eurofans. I don't agree with you and think you underestimate France too much 🇫🇷. Titouan has a beautiful voice, and although his song is poorer than "Cœur" in terms of lyrics, it remains heady and, like "Cœur", carries a beautiful message of tolerance and acceptance of difference. It's also the kind of song that appeals to the international jury, so in my opinion, France will be in the Top 6 at least. You're overestimating Georgia's 🇬🇪 too much. Although Andria has a very beautiful voice, the song is too soft and boring, and it's clear that in recent years, it's more upbeat songs that have won the contest. You also overestimate the Netherlands 🇳🇱 whose song, although nice, is nothing exceptional and very disappointing compared to "Holding on to you" or "La festa".

Did a bit of reshuffling and pondering, but here's my final ranking!
1. Portugal - Wow. Just wow. This song has slowly become my obsession over the past week and my oh my is it incredible. Number one all the way ❤💚
2. Ukraine - this would he an excellent winner, but realistically I want my entire top 6 to win so that's besides the point. Very good energy still, and I can't wait to see how the staging evolves in Madrid
3. Ireland - very much a dark horse, this has grown on me tremendously since the nf and it could clinch the win if the staging is perfect
4. Spain - Fun, cute, and reminds me if loviu, so of course it's good
5. Armenia 🆕️ - very groovy, top 5 is firmly in Armenia's crosshairs this year
6. Estonia - really grown on me, if this wins I wouldn't be mad in the slightest
7. Cyprus - really nice vibe and a strong effort from Cyprus, let's see how they get on
8. Georgia - gorgeous ballad, gorgeous vocals, not my favourite of the ballads though
9. Netherlands - starting to grow off this song a bit, but it's still pretty strong

It never stays in one place for long but flows nicely and is easily one of my favourites and one I’ll be voting for and it was even better live at JSF. This is a very good song for getting high on my Top but unfortunately I don’t think it has many People putting it in there Top 3 but hopefully I'm proven wrong and it does well)
2. Portugal 🇵🇹 Victoria Nicole - Espreança (#15) (This is by far the best Ballad. And Victoria has by far the best vocals. Its not often I say this about a ballad in modern Junior Eurovision but this is Winner Potential especially because the Jurys will be behind this which is more important than the Televote because the Televote os closer than the Jurys and this is a song I listen to)
3. Ukraine 🇺🇦 Artem Kotenko - Hear Me Now (#14) (This is Winner Potential. As much as I preferred Zlata This song is great and One I would choose to listen to and its a contender to win the whole show as you would expect when you consider that this song had to beat Zlata who would have been one of the favourites had she made it, The whole selection is strong)
4. Ireland 🇮🇪 Enya Cox Dempsey - Le Chéile (#16) (This song is a fun song and one I enjoy listening to and I reckon this will finish higher than people expect. I don’t have much to say but I don’t think much needs to be said)
5. Cyprus 🇨🇾 Maria Pissarides - Crystal Waters (#05) (The Studio version is pretty good but this song is made for Junior Eurovision and will do very well and is definitely Winner Potential and Is one I would choose to listen to)

T For the First time in a Long time I don’t think France is Winning Potential but it is Top 5 Potential and I reckon that’s what France are going for. I do feel a little bit bad for Titouan because everyone wants him to lose despite the fact he has a very good song and people would want him to do win in Just about any other circumstances. Also France keep up there run of Changing which Gender they send when the win and sending the same gender when they lose since 2018)

9. San Marino 🇸🇲 Idols SM - Come Noi (#13) (I don’t know why but I like this song abd would choose to listen to it. It’s probably because of the chemistry between the girls. The look really close and look like they are having fun. It won’t do well in Madrid but Hopefully they continue to have fun)

As a Dutch person I personally think that the Netherlands should pull back. It has been a big puppet show and political party for decades. And the larger countries in terms of population such as France, Spain & Ukraine tens of millions of inhabitants simply have so much more chance in terms of the number of entries that are sent. The smaller countries such as San Marino & Malta cannot achieve this. The Netherlands has had nice entries in the past 3 years, some of which could end up in the top 5 according to experts, but of those the Netherlands ended up in 7th place 2x. In addition, it is also the case that you can also vote for your own country. France with over 60m inhabitants wins every time. The Macedonian song 🇲🇰 is quite nice but is very poor in terms of the chorus and the word "Run" is repeated I don't know how many times so honestly I'm afraid it won't rank in the Top 10...
