Thank you so much for reaching out to me. If you can clarify what you mean by documentation. If your referring to keeping up with the kids you see, i put their names in initials on the spreadsheet. If your talking about notes, i dont keep that on this spreadsheet.

I was wondering for the “use of time” if you documented for an hour during school hours, such as what was discussed in the session, where would you put it such as under instruction, appraisal/advisement, counseling, referrals/consultation/collaboration, defining/managing/assessing activities, fair-share responsibilities activities

@Madison Aleice thank you for your questions. I document as I get students, and i never put it in the use of a time spreadsheet. If i were to document my notes, it's on a counseling note form I created, and I keep yrack with my notes that way. I hope I answered your question. @@TheInspiringSchoolCounselor thank you for answering! I tend to document the sessions during work hours, so I wasn’t for sure if I needed to mark it under a specific area on the use of time. I currently just put the word “documenting” under task or activity, but I do not mark an “x” under the different services because I was not for sure where I would put the “x”.
