oh am so glad to see my favourite actor now doing on something different other than Grimm on more realistic and relatable story love a million little thing show l can wait for the next episode
How they make the scene and how they look on it differ between his perspective and the audiences' perspectives. He probably doesn't see it romantic since he's used to have those kind of scenes with his real-life girlfriend but on-screen chemistry, Nick-Adalind has more chemistry than Nick-Juliette. The problem with it is that before Season 4, Juliette's role was just 'The Girl'. The show is macho, dark in the ambiance, the environment is gory, there's a lot of blood and death that they needed something to lighten it up which is fulfilled by giving the main hero a girlfriend. However, that's all Juliette's role is, the girlfriend. 'The Girl'. And it also didn't help that for the entirety of the 4 seasons, the dynamics of their relationship was so focused on how to keep it intact rather than fortifying it. I mean, I think it's a bad thing that Nick and Juliette was a thing already even before the start of the pilot episode because relationships like that usually goes down along the way due to the changes that the plot of the show throws onto the main hero especially for something as dark as Grimm. He would try to compliment his old life and his new life then make it work and at most, that doesn't work. Maybe the dynamics of their relationship could have worked better if they started it alongside the progress of the show. Which was the reason why Nick-Adalind was more liked by the fans. Because their relationship was forged by the plot of the show while Nick-Juliette was torn apart by it.
Thank god he and Adalind won't be a couple. They don't even click and there is WAY to much violence and bad blood between them. Besides, Adalind's made it clear that she wants to get back together with Sean.
