The thing about Rust is that it advertises more than just a PVP game, it doesn't show itself as a giant Clan V Clan massive pvp game, it's a Sandbox game in reality. It shows adventure in monuments, electricity, surviving, farming, making allies, enemies and raiding. if you only focus on PVP in Rust i don't think you are playing the game to it's full potential, i have allied with my neighbours and made smaller villages, farms and messed around with electricity and it makes the game more fun than just shooting every person on sight. The stories is what makes the game truly entertaining, that's why some of the biggest Rust youtuber's are those stories. I think you referring the fact people log in and just start rocking each other is a failure on the players part to even attempt anything that isn't just aggression, and in my opinion is failing to experience the true Rust. But humans are competitive and so it becomes all about fighting each other.
being a nice guy in rust works out, ive had so many friendships made by just being a nice guy, and even a permanent teammates from a few neighbors and people asking for starts

it was actually REALLY smart of the defenders to send two flankers out immediately they just have to win a pvp whereas the attacker raiding is left against one defender with an m2 and a giant base.
When building a China wall, I like to make strategic points of it very very low health, so that when the raiders take it over, you shoot a couple bullets or a rocket at it, the wall comes crumbling down and exposes the attackers. If you do this when you think that they have a lot of rockets on them, it usually spells the end of the raid.
You need a award .... Because you did what many couldn't, mix two completely sides of rust in one . Like smoothly combining two pices of puzzle. I have seen videos of where both are equally presented but not perfect . But this channel make it possible 👏. Many people who watch your videos are of three types 1. For building and talks purposes, 2. For raiding,attacking nad commentary purposes 3. For both purposes. Me really of 1 type of person . I appreciate yours videos and hope for improvement in your video.

@Maxsrust I would honestly love it if you had two well known YT builders build a base, i.e Spinky vs Airpods trio/quad design and for each team to consist of a YT captain (i.e Berne/Willjum etc), the builder and 1 other. For the team of raiders, use an 8-10 man group from OT. That would honestly be epic.
I wish they had more time to build and actually get a good base down for some of these. I hate when the defenders don’t finish the base all the way like they want to.
That's exactly what needs to be done but still vulnerable in a way. Needs to be like 15 walls and doors to loot and even more to core. The base in a offline would still obviously take a few but still wouldn't be that difficult to blow in and take everything. Many spots to split up loot that's for sure.
It would be best if you made it more realistic by having the same side be able to hurt their team with rockets. It doesn't make sense if ur hit by a team's rocket and take no damage
The new dayz map is just a cold winter survival map. Constantly just making fires, breaking knives on trees for bark or bushes for sticks. In one hour of the game play, you will make at least 2 fires with the best gear. Cool map, mechanics suck.

i miss the times where we couldn't get blueprints from workbenches. We solo players were forced to interact with other players to get some BPs.

idea: let a team of builders play a day and let them do what a normal wipe would conclude, and then let this type of idea and then raid them
