Awe John, wasn’t expecting that, but let me tell you, you’re young and there is plenty of time to sail the world, in fact, it will be better then. Build the house, for you and your family, it’s very good to have a place to call home, especially if you’ve built it yourself. Now I know why you were so good at the remodels of your boat, they were all very good, better, way better than the original! You are one tenacious guy and your decisions always make sense, either with the boat or your life. I’ve always admired your skills and your sense of humor and you have been a lot of fun following on RUclips, I will miss you Bro! Thanks so much for the update and take care of yourself.....

Hey man, you did some great work on your boat which was awesome to see as I have the same model. If it's not about the money then what about achieving a balance and splitting your time 80/20, prioritize your house build but keep the boat, and in a few years you will have finished both and may be able to commit a year or two sailing the world. Either way, God bless, and all the best.

Keep the boat keep your dream, use it/work in it 20% and 80% on your house project. When the house is done you can go out sailing with a complete boat

You are the second one to suggest I do that.
I had really thought about it before, but then I have to put the yacht in the water, because my yacht club does not want the sailboat to be out of the water, during the summer. Unsupervised, I don't want to leave my yacht in the water while I'm in another country, for the summer building a house and this is just a small portion of the problems I have to deal with.
I'm considering In the event, that I do not sell my boat at the price I have set, then I will leave the sailboat for myself.

Get a smaller sailboat and learn Your kid to sail while you are Building the House. And then get a bigger when you have the time again. Important that you have something in your life that makes you happy while Building and Being a father. Let u’s follow your Houseproject😊
That would be fun, also I will think about some house building channel, simply because I like to film. 😄
Definitely build the house. If it's not about finances, then keep the boat, even if it will sit on the hard for a year or two. Or, as others have said, do an 80/20 house/boat. Maybe you can lease the boat during the summers?? You have heart in this boat..it would be hard for me to give it up.

Well John, you know life is like sailing when winds change direction we make a change to...nothing wrong with that. Build the house 2-3 years, grow your business for some more years and retire at 40. Keep the dream alive and best of luck with the house!

It is not yet for sale simply because l need to do some boat work.
It will not be the cheapest rasmus on the market, if l going to sell it, l will sell it for the money that is worth of selling her, otherwise l'm not selling it at all.
500 000 sek is the lowest price that l would be ready to sell it.
