Gillio Unboxing // Pink Planner Girl

An unboxing of my new planner.
After filming I looked more in detail at the mark on the spine. It looks worse in person. I emailed Gillio and they want me to send the planner back so they can evaluate the leather and see if it is infact a PDG planner or a GD planner. If they found it to be a GD planner then they would refund the shipping it cost to send it back. If they thought it was still PGD then I wouldn’t get a refund. I also paid custom fees on the planner that I doubt I’d get back either and if they sent a different planner I’d have more custom fees to pay aswell.
I honestly don’t want to send her back, I emailed pictures and just wanted them to look at those and discuss it with me.

Do you usually carry the planner when you go out?

I do usually. I can just take the inner binder out with me if I find the whole thing too heavy
