I lost my Mommy & Daddy 7 months apart in 2019/2020. I’m still relatively young, mid 30s. It hurts so bad sometimes. I can’t listen to this song without crying as hard as I did at the funeral. When I was a child my mother would take me to church and this song and many others we would sing. They are precious memories. I am 76 now. I pray for my children's salvation every day. I first heard this song in March 2020, while the world was starting to shut down because of COVID's spreading. I was serving a church mission in Austin, Texas, and I will always remember driving those northern Austin highways while the sun was setting, and the world was descending into chaos. It felt like the end of the world outside, but Alan's voice and the lyrics to this beautiful song put me at total complete peace with the Lord. It was like something from the end of an old movie. So peaceful.
Played Alan Jacksons gospel album over and over and layed by my husbands ear during his dying days a yr ago(3/7/19). Every visitor that came to visit him said it was the best they have ever heard. I still continue playing it as it's very special to me now also. Love Alan's music.

I first heard this song in March 2020, while the world was starting to shut down because of COVID's spreading. I was serving a church mission in Austin, Texas, and I will always remember driving those northern Austin highways while the sun was setting, and the world was descending into chaos. It felt like the end of the world outside, but Alan's voice and the lyrics to this beautiful song put me at total complete peace with the Lord. It was like something from the end of an old movie. So peaceful.
Played Alan Jacksons gospel album over and over and layed by my husbands ear during his dying days a yr ago(3/7/19). Every visitor that came to visit him said it was the best they have ever heard. I still continue playing it as it's very special to me now also. Love Alan's music.

My mother passed away in January and Her and her siblings all sang a lot of what is on your gospel album. Thank you and God bless you for doing this gospel album. Music is healing.
