Most stars forget all about God in lives. Thank you for a wonderful video and story. I have been around country music since I was 6. I married the love of my life in 1974 who is a fantastic musician. He has many talents in the music world. I have never been one of those who idols a country star but I have always had a special place in my heart for Alan Jackson. I truly do love his music and his sincerity. I have always wanted to see him in concert but have never been able to so I will just enjoy his music videos. Keep up the good work and may God bless you to continue as long as possible. Especially The Precious Memories One And Two. My Mama Liked Alan Too I Bought Her And My Brother Copy's CD'S And DVD'S For Christmas When It Came Out. I Especially Loved The Song He Sang For His Mama At His Daddy's Funeral And Then Her's As Well. I Want It To Be The Number Three Hymn Done At My Funeral When The Time Comes, Or Jesus comes Back First. They Can Do Them Over The Intercom Nowadays. But It Is " I WANT TO STROLL OVER HEAVEN WITH YOU ". I Wonder If It Is In Sheet Music? Or Did Alan Write It Himself? But It Is Beautiful. I Love The Words. I Cried When I Saw The DVD With Him Singing It At The Ryman For His Mama And Told He Sung It At His Daddy's Funeral. I Didn't Know About His Wife Having Cancer. I Too Had Cancer In 1997, Breast Cancer. I Was 38 Turning 39 In June When I was Diagnosed In April Of That Year. I Found The Tumor Myself. It was The Size Of A PeeWee Marble. I Had A Mastectomy And Chemo. This Past April Made Me A 27 yr Suvivor. I Thank The Lord Every Day. Another Trial And Tribulation. In Sept Of 1993, My Husband Passed After We'd Been Married Only 8 yrs. He Was 33 and I Was 35. I Was Two Years Older. I Dated A Couple Fella's Afterwards. But Never Remarried...Now Just Living For The Lord With My Dogs And Horses Down In Middle Ga Below Macon . Bout An Hour And Half From Newnan. Been to Atlanta And Buford, And Monroe. Have Cousins Up That Way. Some In Thompson Ga Too, If I Spelled That Right. Have Followed Alan Over The Years. Never Have Been To A Concert. He Hasn't Done Any Close By That I Knew About. Surprised He Never Came To The Ga National Fair In Perry In Oct Of The Year. I Certainly Will Have Alan, His Wife And Girls And Their Husband And Grandchildren, And Any FURBABY'S That They All May Have Including Doggies, Kitties, Horses, Or Even Cows. I Will Be Praying My Utmost Heartfelt Thoughts And Prayers For Alan's Health Issues, His Wife As Well And Any Health Concerns With Any Of The Others As Well. He Has Touched So Many Hearts And Souls With His Music, Country And Gospel. Thank You Alan For Sharing Your Talents With All Of Us And Sharing Your Life In This Video. I too have CMT and so do some of my children. One of my children, a son, has more challenges with CMT but he still works hard every day. We just have to keep going.
Awe his Little Mother was so cute!!! She looks like a spitfire. His wife Denise is just gorgeous and I’ve Always read that She’s been a great, wife & Mother!!! My man was a Music Man & It AINT easy to deal with. I despise groupies and have called out my share of them!!! As a rule they’re chickenshits!!! We spent a few years going back & forth to Nashville. I hated it there!!! It didn’t hurt my feelings when he finally wanted to jump off of THAT merry go round!!! It’s just crazy. Bless her heart!!! When I was told I had breast cancer everything after those words were like I was Charlie Brown looking at his teacher talking and it was like WAH, WAH, WAH!!! Then he was diagnosed with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He died less than a long miserable two years. He played music up to two weeks before he died. It was BRUTAL!!! I LOVED HIM WITH ALL MY HEART EXCEPT FOR OUR SON but I Sure Wasn’t Expecting That One!!! It Is What It Is!!! Few musicians have long term marriages. A drummer who he’d played with was getting married and the other guys had a bet going on how many times this one would make. I won 20. Bucks. They were guessing three to five times. I said seven. I was right. LOL!!! I ran into him at McDonalds and he asked me if I heard his wife kicked him out. I ran out before I busted out laughing!!!

I'm in my '50s and I still can't enjoy my life on my family. I have never went on vacation yet with my family cuz I don't make that kind of money.
