Can you share more on how that second slant board exercise helps specifically with max velocity? Is it because our feet strike more at that angle once we are past acceleration and are near/at top speed?

For the progression where you add a slant board, can i add slant boards on both sides,then stand in the middle hop laterally to one board then come back to the middle position then hop onto the other board.
Probably would be the last progression. So the final level would be this

hey how do you imrpove hip internal rotation (foot outside the body frame), without lacking power from the glutes, i have very great external rotation but i can barely tilt my leg to the side for more than a second?

Probably walk then jog then spring don’t go all out if your training feet either progress slowly we got lots of feet muscles we never work with shoes on

I got a 100m/200m meet at September. How can I program speed endurance?
Phase 9-12 is amazing for 100-200m but try not to worry about anything endurance until 1-2 months away from a meet if even that. In season usually the best time for all of that

Can i superset a heavy ish Bulgarien SS with a step down? (where you control down and accelerate up) Both for 8 reps for 3 sets
There’s no real purpose too for athleticism, and that volume is very high

Definitely wouldn’t start there, in the video I talked about training the tendons at the velocity you want adaptations at, this would hurt that concept

You mean intent or just that you cannot get going
