- I made the pouring medium 2parts pva glue to 1part water by weight, and then mixed 5part pouring medium to 4part paint by weight. I added extra water to some to thin them down so the consistency of all paints was the same.

Gerald is very cute and the painting is beautiful I love the black resin with the sparkles.
The cells are perfect for this piece! I want raspberry lemonade looking at these colors. It is my favorite.
Bonjour. Toujours plus beaux les uns que les autres j adore comment d'habitude 🤩🤩🤩
I love giraffes so this project really appealed to me. Love it!!

So creative
How lovely! This is my first time visiting your channel. I will be back!
Love the ribbons! Thanks for showing us how to outline/border the stencil so we can 3D resin. Very helpful. I always am in awe of how the fluid artists can think on their feet to come up with new ways to use traditional fluid art. Thanks again!
Absolutely love your pour, I agree, fewer cells look better in this piece! The giraffe turned out so beautifully and the border really did transform it, gorgeous!
Wow, amazing, giraffes are my favourite animals
I love it ☺ 👍
Very pretty Clair cool colors.....🍷cheers from British Columbia Creston
This piece is great. Love how you did the border. When you said you were going to put a giraffe on top of the pour in my mind I pictured an entire giraffe all in black so it appeared as if the sun was behind it.
Reminds me of the stripe gum!!!
Bellissimo 👍
It’s such a whimsical piece! Adding the border was such a smart move too. It’s really well done! 🐻
This is one of most stunning pieces ever. You have so much patience and it shows in your work. Love it Claire
WOW This is Magnificent hun , very very well done .
Thank you so much 😊
I love love love this piece Claire! You knew exactly what it needed to be so perfect! Gorgeous!
I really love it. Merry Christmas Emma 🎅 🎄
Hi Claire, that giraffe looks gorgeous on that awesome base! That depth, that shine, amazing! You did really great! I always like your imaginative ideas 💝
Absolutely ingenious, beautiful work.
At first I was raising my eyebrow trying to figure out what you were doing 😂 UNTIL you put the giraffe on it, I was truly amazed by how it turned out. LOVE IT!!!!
Beautiful! Gina DeLuca discovered that a Cadmium Yellow tended to cell more when she started on cloud pours, FYI. That may have been in the base of your yellow.
This painting is gorgeous!
Oh I love this!! I love the border you added and how the ears go over and under it at the same time it's just gorgeous 🥰🎨🤗
Gorgeous giraffe Claire, the sparkles in the resin is beautiful 🤩
I love it to bits Claire. This piece is very special! Hugs :)
Stunning stunning stunning!!! I love how gorgeous the ribbon pour turned out. I love everything about this! 🥰
Really love these colours and the giraffe is fabulous! Xx
Love the giraffe and how glittery and shinny it looks maybe you could something like a quote canvas one or a disney one as that would lush too😊
You did an amazing job! Beautiful. This would be pretty with blue, turqoise, ocean colors . Then, putting a raised sea turtle or sea horse on it and a border. Use an ocean color glitter or even a color shift or both to tint the resin that goes over the turtle. Giving it a water reflection look. This would be a stunning piece to do!! The term for the resin I think you were looking for is "doming." To help give it that 3d effect. I love your videos and learning from you. What do you think about the sea turtle idea?
Great idea, and thanks for the doming word 😘🥰
I'm so glad to see the Giraffe he or she is so cute, and it helps to give balance from all of the yellow.
Such a wonderful piece! Hi from a new subscriber ❤
Love this so much 💞
I love this piece too. I wonder if the other eye should not have some white? I often will put a piece of color paper if I am not for sure, then if I like it then I can remove it then paint it. Especially when it comes to animals eyes.
Otherwise, this is very nice.
Beautiful art!!! ❤
This is such a beautiful piece, you are so creative and a great talent. The border really sets it off. Love it. I bet your friend does too 🦒🦒
Loved the way this turned out! You're so talented!
So you used the Pebeo relief to outline and then you poured resin in each shape? Beautiful!
I love this picture, did you varnish the whole piece after or just the resin on the giraffe is done? never disappointed with anything you do. thank you very much for sharing and teaching.
Thank you, I didn’t varnish it, maybe I should have varnished with matt before adding the resin x
The painting and giraffe look amazing but I think the boarder spoils it
Thank you 😊
Love the work!!!!!! Can I send you some resin to try out for free?
Can I ask if you have to clean your canvas before varnishing the way you would have to if you used silicone.thanks. Can I also ask what it was you outlined the giraffe with.
I just clean it with a wet wipe, it’s pebeo cerne relief outliner x
Yes Clair Iv done this method what was the sparkle you put in the resin
Ignition dust x
Can I ask what is the size of the arts table you use. I need to find one. Ty Claire
Do you mean the work bench? It’s made from kitchen units and work too and it’s 3m x
Le fond est très joli, mais la girafe par dessous mon Dieu qu'elle horreur
I am a professional Illustrator. You said you got a giraffe off the internet? Did you license it? Did you ask permission to use it? Sorry, but I am extremely protective of my illustrations and copyrights. This really bugs me, because it is hard enough to get people to realize that I don't work for free, but then to see artists making videos using other people's artwork and not mentioning the licensing or anything. The background is cool, but I think I would have rather seen you do some wrecking of it and possibly swiping through it or something to really make it pop on its own.
Looks great Claire😀👍
