It's more like joke at this point :D. I have never found it before so any unique ring is like inside joke that it should be SOJ :D. BTW I found that Normal Diablo can drop SOJ but chance is 1 to 10k :D. But you are right in drop table I cannot find that normal cows drops SOJ.

If you want to finish Nightmare with Holy Fire you should Max Salvation, yes.
I will try to use Holy Fire and we will see how it goes. I will have another respec if something goes wrong :)

make a spirit sheild, and maybe a smoke armor
I thought about Spirit shield but I need max resistances. Thanks for Smoke tip. If I will find Lum maybe then I could switch to Spirit shield.
