    To understand UG a peaceful mind and sharp intellect is needed. No one could dare to speak clear truth like ug. That guy was extraordinary intelligent and awakened one though he never claimed himself awakened that is why he was awakened. He didn't make any asharm . Not any institution . Not earned money. No Deciple no guru. Not believe in god. He didn't believe in separate person. He never attached to any person, place, countary, religion, caste, cread etc. No one like ug born till today on earth. Krashana, budda, Jisus, Mahaveer etc are not in comparison with ug because they were not so clear and detached from World. Those who are really enlightened could understand the teaching of ug though he didn't teach anything instead of he taught everything. He lived a long life . What he said he lived according to that. His life was simple, clear and open. He spoke without fear and without any intrest. He didn't believe incarnation but I think he was incarnation of existence, consciousness and bliss. I salute ug and thanks to those who upload the video of ug. I request to those who are or were near and dear to ug may please make vedio about ug's teaching in clear and simple words so that more persons may be benefited by the teaching of ug. Thanks to all and love to all.

  • @MrBeasteye
    @MrBeasteye 8 лет назад +15

    What's interesting about U.G. is that he claimed that he never had a
    contiuous stream of "thoughts" in his life, which to me seems to imply
    that he always was "enlightened", so all the energy put into
    spirituality and enligthenment by other people seemed meaningless
    because he knew nothing else. An important message I believe he's trying
    to give is that without the use of the collected knowledge (including
    language) we cannot dissect existence and therefore ultimately we cannot
    really say anything about it. This is also why he claims that there's
    no such thing as experience, because if there were, it's assumed that
    there's some thing (existence) which can be experienced by us, but we
    have no way of seperating ourselves from what we call our surroundings
    (existence). In this context it makes sense that we really don't know (see) anything in existence.
    To me this seems to be the only plausible understanding of his talking.

    • @charan003
      @charan003 8 лет назад +4

      dude the last thing he wants is to say "enlightened", this that.... i guess our life will be more interesting if we stop talking about stuff we dont know shit about.. xD

      Just observing his speech and action it's crystal clear where he's coming from. I agree with the observation that he really cannot relate to the "common" perspective anymore (maybe ever). This makes his frustration and description of other people as sleepwalking robots just acting out their conditioning more obvious.
      I think this actually makes him a less effective teacher, but at times his intense energetic outbursts can be really powerful and entertaining to watch.

    I don't know what to make of this man. I have no intelligence to pass comment on him or his state. I have come to him after reading all vedantic philosophies and he seems to dismiss everything. But the fact that you are here listening to him is bcos you have paused to reason the current state of mechanical chores you are caught into. Going to school, college, office, marriage, kids, planing holidays, eating food, repeat the same until you die and they follow the same and life goes on.Those who have some passion in life or pretending that they have reason to look forward to, they can carry on fooling themselves. It looks like spirituality is just a means to escape this and make you feel better by telling yourself that you are the ever present "witness" and this secures you and your fears. That's all.

      Darryd Benson U.G. is the total rejection to everything, he doesn't even want anyone to follow his idea.
      Some years ago i kind of agreed with u.g. saying, but somehow i felt something was missing from his speech which is to find what I love in this life.
      I am living in a place where every nail that sticks out will be hammered down. It has lack of freedom of expression and people live like dogs just to get some food to survive from day-to-day.
      When u.g. said he is just a dog barking, i feel it's also true for me, because all my life i haven't created a single invention which truly comes from my heart, i listen to steve jobs speech nowadays, he is very inspiring.
      The great invention, what i really love, i focus on it since then.

      Jiddu was a quiet soul, who detested prattle and noise which this Krishnamurti obviously enjoyed.
      Its strange they were at one point close friends. How and why Jiddu tolerated the arrogant prattle of UG is a mystery.

    • @jackcarterog001
      @jackcarterog001 10 лет назад +6

      He means that you're not actually seeing anything; you're seeing what you are told to see. He says that the reality of that which you are looking at can never be known by you because knowledge is a dead thing that can never touch anything living.
      He seems angry, but you must see that right after his display of "anger" he is smiling and giddy. His anger is there to drive the point into these seekers that there is no way out of their misery.

    • @FrankiePanaia
      @FrankiePanaia 10 лет назад +1

      jackcarterog001 because UG was too obtuse to apprehend the universe, the enigma of life, the phenomenon of matter, he casts his metaphysical ignorance across all of mankind, the sheer fucking arrogance.
      His position is thus: I cannot decipher life, existence and ontology, therefore no other person can! I repeat - the sheer fucking arrogance of the prattler. He understood nothing. He gifted nothing.
      Have a nice day fool!

    • @jackcarterog001
      @jackcarterog001 10 лет назад +3

      What do you mean by "apprehend the universe?"
      What do you mean by "the enigma of life"?
      What do you mean by "the phenomenon of matter"?
      What is "metaphysical ignorance"?
      The answers to all of these things are subjective. That's UG's point.
      There are no answers to these questions, which is why they keep on being asked. There can be no answers to questions that are born out of the mind because they are built upon the answers that we already have.
      For instance, the answer you have in your head is that life must have meaning. Based on that answer, you ask the question "What is that meaning?" UG is simply saying that this is the start of all your problems, because you'll never see that the question is the answer and you'll spend your entire life chasing after answers for questions that do not relate to life and living at all.
      UG says that you don't have to KNOW anything about life, because life is not KNOWING. It is not knowledge. It is not understanding. There is no way you can approach life through the mind because the mind is a dead thing made up of abstractions.
      Once the questioner comes to an end, the questioner being you, the guy that is wasting so much time and energy trying to understand life through the mind, then that living organism will be able to express itself in the moment. That expression of life IS the answer to all your questions.
      You're actually taking the easy way out. It's easy to keep asking metaphysical questions, because it means you're still there asking them. Getting out of the way so that living organism you've hijacked with all of your fictitious problems and questions can express itself in the moment is not an easy to do. It amounts to suicide in a way
      Would you give up the search if it meant all of your questions will be answered complete, totally and for eternity?
      Of course not, because then you wouldn't be there to experience those answers. It's all about you. All of this is just a game your mind is playing to keep you running towards something. The moment you stop running after your own imagination, is the moment you will actually touch life for the first time in your miserable life.

      I'm assuming your reply is a good capture of what UG is about, given I have only listened to rather than read his prattle.
      UG also said on his death bead, "we are just meatbags who fuck, and nothing more". (RUclips)
      So it seems UG said many things about life and then extrapolated his Darwinist interpretations to the rest of humanity.
      Your point on the endless pursuit on meaning of life is valid, however, my ontological enquiries never begin from this premiss. The meaning of life quest is a circular trap and makes the huge presumption their is a meaning in the first place.
      My metaphysical enquiries are mainly confined to the phenomenon of matter, or to be precise the origin of the phenomenon of matter. And here is where we diverge because even a superficial understanding of the nature of matter suggests metaphysicality beyond our wildest imaginations. I am not proposing we ought to capture the metaphysicality or unknown with our imaginations, rather I assert we can at the very least establish the existence of metaphysicality by apprehending the nature of matter, which in turn perforce reveals the origin of matter, or the lack thereof.
      Unlike UG, my metaphysical curiosity extends beyond the self and thus their is no need for tantrums and intellectual surrender. UG threw in the towel because his ontological inquiries were all about him and his destiny. Eventually he was stumped and then from his frustration called the rest of humanity "mortal meatbags who fuck". In other words because his own project of inquiry failed he set about establishing a framework to denounce metaphysical inquiry underscored with a heady mixture of Darwinist / Karma Sutra logic.
      He is wrong of course, we are more than "mortal meatbags who fuck". As if the entire universe exists / functions solely to accommodate mortal meatbags who fuck. Utter puerility and spitefulness by a man self-absorbed with his own gratification!

    When bear wants to copulate with female he can mutilate her baby bears to stop her lactation and force her that way to copulation. Just because he is horny. The world of ug Would be the world of primitive instincts and egoistic destruction of one life in order to sustain ruthlessness on one hand and fear on the other. What prevents us to do that is understanding. The more we understand the more we see. He should have stopped eating and breathing if he didn't knew what life is. He knew he was hungry because his brain received those electrical signals from the body. If there was no consciousness he wouldn't knew the feeling called hunger which he described as real as far as I follow his talks. If most people just can't understand him and there are some who can it means that there is understanding and it is real. State different from other states and you need relation to achieve it - with your entlightenegd guru

    His whole life was spent in condemning others . He never was able to say anything. It is like an idiot condemning Quantum physics. Like an imbecile opposing the evolution as a movement forward . From matter to life . Life to thinking mind and mind to beyond mind. He doesn't know what is before mind and after mind. He spent all his life criticising the Meladies of mind. None of the philosophers gave any importance to the Mind and it's ignorant aberrations . Why this guy was raking up an issue which do not make any difference.

    U.G. sees God as Ego

    • @megnowicki6448
      @megnowicki6448 8 лет назад +2

      +Ain Lusio I don't believe he did actually.. Once one does some self-inquiry, it becomes clear pretty quickly that there truly is not a doer of any action or a thinker of thoughts. The life spontaneously and effortlessly perceives itself. So U.G. always, and correctly, pointed out that when the inner search for the core truth of our beingness is nearing its end, nothing tangible will be found to exist there. We cannot live life; we are life itself. Now if we were to look at only these things alone, then I would agree with you. The ego self, the separate individual, is entirely an illusion, so it makes sense why U.G. would say that absolutely nothing is there in truth behind it. And U.G. always decided to end his dialogues there. He never mentioned the essential "non-being" (I don't like using the word spirit cause people tend to shape it into some kind of conceptualized, tangible form, and the true essence of Spirit is intangible and ungraspable), but I've heard him mention the word grace more than once in his videos. He most definitely recognized the eternal non-being, or witness, that is one with all experiences...the intangible and nameless spirit that enables life to experience itself because it is life itself :) I think the whole scenario can be compared to how Buddha wouldn't mention God. Humanity has soooo many misconceptions about their true nature, so maybe life tends to express its own truth in a variety of ways through different beings and their thoughts forms according to what is needed for maximum expansion to take place in the consciousness at that moment. It's easy to see that most of the people who constantly interacted with U.G. already had trust in a god or supreme source that they felt was the primordial cause, but look at how attached most of them were to their little selves! They absolutely believed in the image of the person they created for themselves. The most important and pressing idea U.G. wanted to convey was that the individual does not exist! Not even a little! haha. Believe me, I can just feel that U.G. knew what was up haha. He knew the eternal unity of the being and non-being. And he also knew that those people needed to get it into their freakin minds that they do not exist! haha. When you think about it though, in a sense, God actually can be seen as just an egoic concept, because it is simply an idea in the mind. The notion of God would never even arise otherwise. Reminds me of a line from one of my favorite pieces of literature :Tao Te Ching (this line is from the S. Mitchell english translation) ...."It is hidden but always present.I don't know who gave birth to it. It is older than God."
      Shit I need to shut up and start meditating haha. I get excited.. Talking, or typing, about this is just foolish nonsense though. Gotta get absorbed in silence and Self! Have an amazing day! Soooo much love to you! and for you! and with you!! :) xoxo

      I appreciate the response, trust me I have seen many of U.G's speeches so your words are well invested but in response though, U.G seems quick to judge life. Life presents itself uniquely to everyone

      Ain Lusio Absolutely. Not one thing has any inherent meaning. I'm doing a little reevaluating at the moment haha, and, well, God actually is ego. First, we have to be clear about what we feel this word God even represents. No matter what, it is always seen as some sort of idea or concept, and these things come and go within the Self and so cannot be the ultimate thing... I believe UG was really operating as true beingness. The concept of God or a Creator can not possibly arise from that state of being. UG always talked about the extraordinary intelligence of the physical organism lol, and he always said that he was not the one talking or doing anything at all. Should we not assume then that this spontaneous and completely effortless intelligence is God? But just the asking of that question proves its falsehood! haha I'm having a hard time trying to describe where I'm coming from... just the mentioning of the word God, even just a tiny flash of insight regarding the idea, shows that this God couldn't possibly exist. Yet, and the same time, in no way can I deny this God essence that UG demonstrated. I just know. God is here. But the fact that I know God is here is the same fact that shows me God is not! lmao I know it makes no sense at all! But, seeing as we live in a world built upon a foundation of ridiculous paradox, no sense is perfect sense! It's my little fantasy to get a group together, watch videos of UG all day, and then chill out and contemplate our asses off haha. That really is my idea of the most incredible fun! I don't have even one person in my life that I can talk to about all of this, and it's the only thing in life I'm so very passionate about. I don't see it as good or bad or anything like that at all that I don't have any like-minded beings around me. Hell, I love spending time with myself more than anyone else in the world. But wow that would be so much fun to actually have a stimulating conversation with people in person sometime!

      Our brain is like Google, some words have more results then others and God is one of them. The word also accentuates some form of being, or something potentially comprehensible, which in fact there is no one on this planet who will be able to describe it because it's beyond our understanding like speaking colors to a blind person. But then again a blind person doesn't know the color of the ocean but it knows how it feels, smells, and probably other senses that blind people develop over the years.
      What I am trying to say is that life speaks to you in the form that you assimilate best.
      If you can understand, then it's not divine period. Yea I want to go see Mooji, you know him? He's pretty chill also

      +Ain Lusio haha I watched every single one of the live Satsangs in Rishikesh during this past month. I have such a strong desire to go see him, it's just the funding that's posing a problem for me at the moment. But something Mooji once said that constantly reappears over and over again in my mind is that ultimately, what's meant to happen will happen. Because I know that I'm the only thing that's ever stood in my way of achieving greatness, that thought comes to remind me to not be so hard on myself. I may be causing myself to take a longer road with more twists and turns ha, but eventually I will land wherever I'm meant to. I guess that kind of has more to do with the question of whether or not we have any free will, which is always pretty fun to think about too. I'm pretty sure that whatever the truth is regarding free will, it most definitely is nowhere near cut and dry ha.
      Would you want to go to Portugal to see Mooji? Or India? Or just wherever he happens to be?
