As someone of a similar age, this is so so inspiring to me, thank you so much for showing what is possible! Your motivation past an injury is incredible
i can do 20 hspu in a row, untrained, 14 yo, but it's on a wall. I can't even hold a normal handstand. so a deep hspu like you did is very impressive. Great work!
Great Video! I like that you showed how long it really takes to develop such a skill. There are some guys on YT who believe that you need 4 weeks to learn a real clean straight handstand and 4 more weeks to progress to HSPU. You are IMPRESSIVE.
Really impressive! I was in similar situation as you I overtrained a few months ago and had a really unstable shoulder. Couldnt do anything properly for like 2 months. But now 5 months after rehab and taking it slowly i got my straddle planche back :) I follow you on insta now as well!
Estoy empezando a sacar este truco y este era el vídeo que necesitaba ver, pasar por una lesión es horrible pero siempre se sale adelante de alguna forma, buenísimo.
Yesterday I tried to attempt ¼ rep of hspu and I accidentally went down on full rom of negative hspu the hype was unreal lol I was so surprised. See you in few months when I get my first hspu🙌
I agree, but what do mean by don't take protein? Do you even know how many functions protein carry out in our body not just the muscle development but hundreds and thousands more. Those antibodies that fight for you when you get sick as fuck those antibodies are made of protein. Any and almost all chemical reactions also k/a metabolic activities going on needs protein!!! to go on as the enzymes (also made up of proteins) catalyses the reaction.
Supplement literally means "to supplement" our diet, when we are unable to get enough nutrients (vitamins minerals amino acids etc)from our diet we supplement them from outside sources so as to get sufficient nutrients that our body needs. There is a big difference between dietary supplements and Steroids!!
@@Joyboy.753 i know haha, but i just prefer to eat only non-processed foods, things as simple as turkey or vegetables. I really take care of my nutrition and I make sure to eat enough proteins everyday, the natural way :)
Hi !! No... i tried bench pressing for the first (and only) time. And after my rep done, i felt pain in my shoulder. It turns out it was an acromioclavicular joint injury. I should not have tried my max 1RM on a new movement.

I will soon upload a video on my Front Lever and planche progression, don't worry. Maltese is not a move I've been training for, but I may train for it once I have a good planche.
hey man i started doing calisthenics about a month ago and have been progressing really fast i am starting to work on my handstand kick up and pushup along with lots of other stuff! i was wondering if you could tell me the fastest way to progress through it! thank you!

What was the reason for your imbalance during handstand? And how did you fix it? I have a scoliosis and i was wondering if that is the case with you as well? I can do 2 Hspu already but my line is tilted sideways just like yours in one part of the video.
Bro had a very similar journey, got to three HSPU then injured my right shoulder, been out for 5 months. What type of rehab did you do to fix your shoulder?

Thank you so much. I'm just trying to show people what's achievable in Calisthenics, as soon as you're determined.

Nice work you did there. How long did it took for you to do a clean handstand? And wich wooden parallettes do you prefer?
To hold a clean Handstand (no banana) it took me about a year. To hold every Handstand without falling, it took me around 1 and a half year.
And to me, all parallettes are equal. Don't buy Gornation ones because it's too expensive for the same thing :)

I don't know why my body was asymmetrical at the time. I don't have a scoliosis. I go to the osteopath twice a year and he keeps my body in line.

Do you work just freestanding or wall hspu also to bouild the strenght?
I have never trained the wall hspu. I tried it once, so that i knew i had enough strength to do it without the wall.
how was your balance so good already
It was not. I trained my Handstand even more than my hspu at the beginning.
How many seconds of handstand you were holding before attempting to first hspu?
about 10-15sec, but not every time. I still had a "random handstand"
