4. Identify the unexpected beat - the beat that comes once

Thank you so much for posting this video. I’m currently a person who tries to be idealistic and perfect in my moves to get others to like how I look when I dance. And I mess up in the process instead of feeling the beat and letting my body groove to it. I have been told to let go of myself and express who I really am through the music. And it’s getting mentally exhausting now.
