    Hi, very intereting. Also exciting to feel your joy of accimplishment.
    3 questions wish get your idea.
    1. it seems the floor of 1st floor ( ceiling of the ground floor) is cement slab, ... support on wood ribbs as that used in terrance house?
    2. i thought your conversion into multi rooms planned to be guest house thus outside AST regime.
    In this movie, you mentioned some units planned to AST let out.... thus under AST rules. Since sec.21 removal not affects guest house, would you not think outside of AST regime would conserve your more freedom over the matter? Why you get this decision?
    3. black molds liability (Awaab's Law) on tenancy landlord. How you hv confidence to protect against possible claim, when you deliver to tennant in good new refurbished conditions, but molds come because tennant bad living habit, such as body shower without turning on exhausting fan, hanging washed clothes air drying in the unit, etc.
