If below 50% it will deal +100% PAtk + 9% lost hp of the target. 2 Vigor stacks: -Next BA allows you to dash/charge to the target. Though it will only deal +100% P-Atk but it slows them by 50% for 1sec. Almost perma slow. If you experienced this before, it is really annoying tbh. Hii good question early game cooldown boots para mabilis cooldown tapos late game papalit sa resistance boots para crowd control at magic resist. Libre magpalit ng boots every 5 minutes kaya walang issue sa pagpalit ng sapatos
