The Japanese version of Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 contains many songs from the show which were removed in the NTSC-U and PAL versions, unfortunately. One of these songs is an awesome rendition of Unmei no Hi that replaces Kageyama's vocals with a saxophone (One of the few tracks to use a real instrument and not MIDI, too).
Just figured I'd slap the two together because they synchronize so easily. I edited out the solo in the middle of the original since it wasn't in the Raging Blast version and sounded awkward cutting off that just to hear the original only for a bit.

And perhaps once in a while, after showing that, the song could sometimes jump in and out of Gohan and Cell's fight. No dialogue from them, nor even fighting sounds. Just silence from them while the song plays.

This version of the song is so amazing and epic. like the original both gives you the motivation that you could do everything if you tried hard enough.

The sax murders the whole song it makes it even better I use to do band and I did Trombone. But maybe I should've done sax cause it's jazz and maybe I could've played along this song. People say Sax is hard to assemble but maybe I should get a sax... BTW Super Saiyan 2 fav transformation :3

It's already aired in Japan with the Kikuchi score and the SSJ 2 clip was uploaded here when it did. Unmei no Hi is unfortunately NOT in the scene. I forget which piece is used, to be honest, and it's probably been long since removed from RUclips by now.

One of my favorite themes for Son Gohan. Never liked him that much but his theme is awesome!
I hope somebody makes a Future Funk or City Pop remix of this song. It would work so well.
It's not a bad idea behind a remix. Problem is the RB2 version drowns out the vocals from the original. If you fix that problem regarding the volume levels then you'll have a decent mix. Otherwise to be honest it's a bit poor in regards to quality.
There's a reason the RB2 drowns out the original; there's no vocal-only mix of the original song and increasing the volume of the original made the original, instruments and all overpower the RB2 and the instrumentation and I wasn't pleased with how unbalanced it became when doing so.
Besides that, I likened it to the style of karaoke tracks from old anime and video game OSTs where vocals just kind of subtly hang in the background. I wanted to put more emphasis on the saxophone specifically in the RB2 version of the song and wasn't pleased with any other mix.
But, you know, this is something I made nearly four years ago for solely my own amusement and only put on RUclips to put emphasis on the fact that it's bullshit that the soundtracks get replaced in domestic releases.

Maybe tweaking some files on the BD. Or you could downgrade to 3.55, download Jap RB2 and play the fuck out of it until your ears bleed from too much OST
