    Yep. High schools. And i get passed and cut off and i get stopped.

    i thought it was kind of unwritten that as long as you were on main thoroughfares that speeding wasn't that big of a deal. Don't speed on backstreets but whats wrong with doing 65 on veterans?

      It’s just unnecessary risk. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but speeding causes 1/3 of crashes and just makes accidents more deadly. Speed limits are factored into a lot, like how much distance you need to stop once a light turns yellow, or someone is at a stop and sees your vehicle is far enough away that they can safely pull out onto the road. But oh no you were actually going 15-20 over the limit and now you’re coming up on this car, that should have had time to pull out, and you need more distance to stop since you’re going faster, then bam.

      @@SewFloSewing I get what you are saying, but people's anticipation doesn't change because you are going over the posted speed limit. I can see some one is going fast and I can judge if I should pull out or wait until they go by, regardless of the posted speed.

    Sure. I get cut off and get stopped for a bs reason. Do your job . Stop messing with the wrong person.
