He takes every opportunity as a learning curve, be it on stage or off . He values everyone and that shows how big of a heart he has. I just came to know about ChengYi after watching Love and Redemption and now i am watching this program clip, I have to say that I am happy that now ChengYi gets leading roles and more opportunities to either appear in dramas or shows, I am really happy that he now has more recognition, He is so humble and talented, love ChengYi♥️♥️
I’m just watching L&R now. The first drama I saw him in is the Lost Tomb series where his character is cool doesn’t say much. But I love his acting 👍👍 He doesn’t need to say much because his eyes and body language are sufficient enough. I will support him from now. Best actor I’ve seen in a long time.
@@melody9931 you are right. It is actually really hard to act and express emotion through his character in The Lost Tomb 2 because Little Master is supposed to say very little. All this emotions are expressed by his body gestures, eyes and facial expression. But he was awesome in that role.
@@OP-mz3hr Yes, I was very impressed by his version of 小哥。I saw the other two of Yang Yang and the one after Cheng Yi and in my eyes, Cheng Yi is the best! Then he impressed me even more in Love & Redemption. 🤩
@@melody9931 Same here. I actually watched Love and Redemption and then went to see The Lost Tomb 2. And discovered his "小哥" role was really good. His fighting scenes are superb. I didn't see the other version of 小哥 (I know Yang Yang also played that role in earlier versions). Cheng Yi's version of 小哥 already stuck in my mind so I guess I won't go and watch the other version and make comparisons. Everyone has different styles in establishing a character. I will let it be :) Funny thing was... I watched Love and Redemption by random.... and then after seeing it, I am totally Cheng Yi's fan now.... wanting to see his other drama. Am impressed by his acting and his fighting moves. He trained really hard for his fighting scenes and he was so fit.
