Here I'm using Dell Inspiron 15 5000 latest laptop.
with i7 11 gen processor
12 GB Ram
512 M2 hard drive
2 GB Nvidia Graphic.

The Driver will be same for HP 240 G8 Notebook PC ? If not can yoy suggest the driver for this ? In intel site only exe file found, Zip file is not there anymore

Excelent video and information. Thank you very much. Performed on a Dell Inspiron 15 3520 and worked perfectly. I just added a folder within the Windows 11 bootable USB with the drivers and then browsed from the installation program, just like you've shown. Regards.

This worked on HP Omen 16 with an i7 (11th gen). The official Intel RST website no longer has the .zip files, so you'll have to run a PowerShell command on the .exe to extract the VMD drivers. The rest of the procedure in the video works.

Could you possibly help me? I have an "Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 15IHU6" laptop, and I'd like to do an fresh install of win 11 to it (it already has win11), but the installation has the same problem as in the video. I've tried to find the right drivers to put into the usb stick, but I haven't found anything that would help. I did download intel drivers from manufacturer's website and extracted it to it's own folder, tried to load the driver from that folder, but it's not there. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm trying to install windows to nvme drive "WDC SN530 256gb," but I have a second ssd in it, crucial mx500. both can be seen in BIOS and in windows, but not in the installer.

Hello I installed my os to new ssd but I second hdd problem. I go to boot up and stuck at spinning windows. If I disconnect external hdd it’s works fine in ssd, I see the second hdd in bios it’s a 6 tb and used to work but now not allow my pc to boot up when connected.

🤩🤩🤩🤩 Excellent. I was able to use an IRST drivers on a slightly older Latitude and it worked fine. I received a new 11th Gen Dell Optiplex 5490 and used the same folder containing the IRST drivers and it wouldn't work. I downloaded the WRONG Intel VMD file from Intel and didn't use the Non-VMD that you used here and so I went back, got the right one and it worked fine on my new Dell Optiplex. Now for my rant. This SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING.....at all. Microsoft should have these intel rapid driver sets already on the installation media. Customers SHOULD NOT HAVE TO FISH FOR THEM!! Who is going to know to do that? Totally ridiculous, don't you agree?

Wonderful tutorial. Straight to the point. However today in March 2023, Dell no longer has the zip file available. Only the .exe. and as you guessed it, the .exe file doesn't include the option to extract the files you need. Banging my head against a wall right now.

You'll have to extract the VMD drivers now from the .exe with a PowerShell command. It could be too much for some, so good thing he also uploaded it.

I try to format second hdd by booting into win 10 via usb but only shows blue screen. If I disconnect the second hdd and bot tip with sub on my ssd works fine.

This might be a way to solve the issue, but not in my case. Lenovo W11 clean install. All that was needed was to enter BIOS and switch way PC was reading hard drives. AHCI was the setting I applied.

What if I do not have an Intel? Mine is an AMD processor. It's a skytech gaming pre-built computer. & Skytech does not have a download for the original drivers for all the hardware. Does anyone know where I would go to find the drivers?

The problem is that to boot other software like Acronis to backup the drives, there is no option to reload the SSD driver file for detection. If possible, guide me how to call the internal hard drive of such devices for all bootable programs.
This error can be remove by BIOS Setting
There are some options related to HDD, swithch them and problem solved.
