I should admit that this guided meditation is very poweful!!! The sentences (affirmations) used are very accurate and effective! I cried out of happiness while doing this meditation.. I realised that I already have 7 babies inside me which I need to take REALLY good care of, in order to take care of the world outside! I wholeheartedly thank the creator of this video for creating this content! Thank you so much ❤️

I decided to light an incense for my crown and play this guided meditation. And let me tell you, the top of my head has this cooling sensation! And I feel so relaxed. Thank you so much ❤️
Throughout this meditation I maintained a breathing pattern of inhaling for 4 counts and exhaling for 4. Felt really really good. You have a gift!! Thank you as always ❤️
