I have used S100 for 15 years it is one reason I get top dollar for my trades I use a blower to partial dry motor has to be cool to touch I believe it helps keep bike clean between washes finish with some S 100 engine britener that is amazing as well and your good to go.For tar I use wd40 bugs I use bug slide which is a excellent polish as well.
That’s correct S 100 is the soap or cleaner it comes with a sponge specific to help with heavy dirt but I’ve never used a bucket of soapy water and it does a beautiful job cleaning
I saw the other video you did on this product and didn't see anything wrong with it. I thought the use of the leaf blower was good ingenuity, what was the problem that people had with that exactly?
Brad C they all harped me because I didn’t follow directions perfectly. Can says to dry with towels. It did make all the difference. That and using the sharper hose setting. Way better results!
Did you have any issue putting it directly on the paint (tank fender etc)? " Also what kind of towels did you use? In my experience, if you look at the Harley black wrong it will show light scratches. The less I have to touch the paint the better.
D-Cycle yeah I have a new FXLRS with 200 miles on it and mine fogged up. Harleys giving me a hard time with getting it replaced on warranty. Have not washed it either
I'm sorry but in my personal opinion I was not impressed over the years that I've had my bike I wash it down blow it off and then I wipe it down I blow it off to get rid of the biggest portion of the water that remains on the bike then I wipe it down to get rid of the water spots if you rinse the bike down as you did in the video and then wipe it down with the towels of course there are areas that you could not white because you didn't blow it out I appreciate and respect you for doing the video I think it was professionally done but the product itself does not impress me I will watch more of your videos
Keith Scott It certainly isn’t my first go-to when washing my bike. I’d rather spend the time doing a hand washing and then hitting it with some Top Coat F11. Thanks for watching!
I guess I'm gonna have to give it a try. The rear wheel on my ultra is hard to get to and pretty dirty. Do you think the s100 will clean it or do you think I'll have to use a different approach for that? Thanks for the review!
How did it work on the engine parts and does it de grease at all ?
It was decent. I wouldn’t count on this for a total clean. Nothing still beats a good hand wash in my opinion.
This is great for ppl in a hurry!
D-Cycle thx man good info. Good video
Gary C. Thank you for watching!
the bike was clean when you started... lol.
Not quite, she doesn’t show dirt well.

Wd40 to wash the grimy stuff?
So you never use soap water and hand wash? Only s100 cleaner, engine brightener, wd40 for tar and bug slide for bugs?
That’s correct S 100 is the soap or cleaner it comes with a sponge specific to help with heavy dirt but I’ve never used a bucket of soapy water and it does a beautiful job cleaning
@@adminadmin9997 I only use WD-40 to get off the heavy stuff before I wash all lower stuff rims under the motor then I use the S 100 on the bike

I always used a leaf blower on my dyna with this stuff. Havent washed the new M8 yet
W3ssy W3s the only thing I would say it use an electric leaf blower. You can blow Unburnt fuel and contaminate the paint o your bike with a gas blower
Man that's a nice bike.
coolernie65 Thank you! I’m really enjoying it!
There is only so much you can do with a Harley. You only washed you didn't re design it. But it does look good for what it is.
It was a motorcycle washing product video. That was the sole purpose of this.
That belt drive really keeps the a$$ end clean compared to a chain drive. Between chain lube and many gravel miles my adv. Bike can get pretty dirty.
Gotta keep that a$$ clean!

None. Microfiber towels.
Harley painted fenders and gas tanks scratch so easy it's crazy.
you have to hand wipe to dry? or can you use an air blower to get the nooks and cranny's
I do both. The leaf blower works like a charm!
Leaf blower recommended 🤙🏼
bike wet or dry before application?
I wonder how it would do on a dirty motorcycle.
Joe Pasquarello 🤔
The last 2 cans I used screwed up and came out like shaving cream
Don’t rely on the aerosol use the spray bottle it does a better job
Sorry but the bike wasn’t really dirty like after a ride in the rain. I appreciate your effort but I don’t feel this is a fair comparison.
Comparison to what ??
@@jime9305 to cleaning a dirty bike
Buy the s100 liquid put it in a spray bottle.
How is it against grease and road tar?
If hardened, you’ll need more than this to get that stuff off.
How many cleaning can we do with one can?
Frédéric Letellier maybe 4-5.
I got 2 washes out of 1 bottle
I know this is an old video, but how many cleanings do you get out of one can?
Maybe 2
Has your speedometer fogged up from wetting it?
Mr. Dude Not from wetting it, but it has fogged up on occasion.
D-Cycle yeah I have a new FXLRS with 200 miles on it and mine fogged up. Harleys giving me a hard time with getting it replaced on warranty. Have not washed it either
Mr. Dude From what I hear, its something we have to live with, but you think in 2020 HD would figure out a good sealing method for that.
D-Cycle yeah brand new bike and it’s been an on going issue you would think they would get their stuff in order
@@TOPGUNm777 the signal lights fogged up on me and harley said just pop the caps open and wipe them down and call it good.
I’d be cheaper to wash my bike in gold dust
Gd job looks gd!

@@DCyclemoto I agree that would be time and money well spent
Any recommendations for windscreen cleaner?
I use Memphis Shades All Kleer
I swear by spray carnauba wax...leaves some protection as well. Just spray on, concentrating on bug splatters and buff off
Can we just get to does it work or not? Simple 2 minute video without your favorite song for half the video.
What’s the fun in that?
How does it work on black matte finishes??
Supposed to be good on all surfaces!
@@DCyclemoto I messaged S100, just want to make sure, before that I used it on my new 40k bike

It cleaned mine pretty well. I do have a wheel cleaner that works well too. Worth a shot!
Looks much better this time around.
For sure!
