Really hope for the Glucose measurement (and 2e blood pressure) !!!
All the decent leaks say that Glucose monitoring isn't coming anytime soon. at least a few years away as it needs to be spot on with accuracy, and isn't ready yet.

New band ... I think some company (if not Apple) will offer an adapter so the old bands can still be used with the new band connection... that could be EVERY band company.
The Watch 10 will not have micro-LED. Marc Gurman has confirmed this. He indicated that Apple has shut down its entire micro-LED project and laid off most of the engineers from that project. It also means no other products will get Micro-LED.
Apple is NOT a tech company but one of the best marketing companies in the world.

Not true. People buy what works in the mass market. If it’s no good then large volumes of people won’t buy it. People buy Apple because it’s great technology that is easy for non-tech people to use. (From the perspective of an ardent Windows user/Mac hater, until I tried it!)
Both Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar are massive developments. Personal health monitoring has never been so viable. I can't wait for the series X. Is it cheap? I hope it isn't. What is your life worth anyway...

blood pressure and glucose measurement would be a true game changer that I would pay a premium for. Even the CGM's are invasive, poke a needle in you and can be painful to sleep on if you are a side sleeper.

6-22-34 I have the Apple Watch One and I swapped out the battery a year ago. Works like a charm and its accepts all the updates. Probably get the 49mm X when t arrives in Sept. Apparently it can measure IQ and tell if you're stupid enough to major in Art and vote for the Alzheimer poster boy - Biden.

I have a iwatch 5…& I do not plan to replace it probably until the make one where the watch fits around your wrist like a cuff or something innovative as such. I’ll be keeping the undesired 600lb stripper of an iwatch series 5 for more yrs…oh well.
Galaxy watch has blood pressure measurement already for over a year. But for me it didn't work so well. You have to calibrate it with a real blood pressure device every 4 weeks or so and the measured values only roughly match. BTW I think apple gave up on micro led since they canceled their corporation with Osram. Osram build a whole fab just for them and it's useless now

If they do circular they will definately keep the square! They need to make the designs more circular and square for the male market. The current is too feminine and they even do nonsense like only offering the base model in 'midnight blue'. Not even black.. Apple annoy me

I have an SE2 and will not upgrade. This doesn’t seem like that much of an upgrade that warrants an upgrade. If they release a round version I would likely upgrade, until then, I’ll just wait.

A rectangular display makes more sense with respect to information display. You don't write on round paper, word documents don't have round shapes. The current shape seems ideal. Describing the Apple Watch as a watch sort of misses the point. Its a wrist computer. It does show time, but includes much more.
@@meFatuationsa round display makes more sense bc ultimately watches are mostly about fashion and style these days. Everything else is secondary. Yes square is more practical but watches are much more than that. Give the people what they want. No one wants a square Rolex
