  • My take on how you can become a better goalkeeper, despite being stuck at home during the coronavirus lockdown!
    Plenty of opportunity to keep growing and developing as a keeper even if you can't get on the pitch. Hopefully this guide will inspire you to get to work and come out the other side a better and more rounded goalie.

    A nutrition video would be awesome, especially looking at the timing of food for training etc would be great

    Great video! Could you possibly do a Joe Wicks style workout? Exercises ranging from explosive work to mobile movements?

    Amazing video, but what for tips do you have for someone with an shoulder injury. I habe it right now on my right shoulder but i really want to stay in shape do you have any tips?
