    the dosa in nice brown colour!
    साबूदाना एक चम्मच डालने से इडली और जादा soft हो जाती है ।और डोसा बना रहे हो तो कलर बढिया आता हैं ।

    I regularly watch your recipes nd also prepare the same way.My question is since I stay in Europe we don't get Sona Masori rice so in this case which rice to use can you please help me out.Another query is if we don't get whole Urad dal can we use split Urad dal ? As here we don't get whole Urad dal. Thanks

      After fermentation, you can store the batter for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator........Thanks for watching

    Madam wrong information urad dal has no gluten ,it is gluten free and meethi does the work of fermentation not colour only 🙏

    Mam. Rice should be fully fully smooth.
    Salt should not be added immediately after grinding. Salt depletes the fermentation.
    First day idli.
    2nd day Dosa.
    3rd day onwards utthappam. Set dosa.
    Little dough mix midium rava and wet masala for rava Dosa. This is the trick.
    All Dosa should be made on cast iron Tawa with till oil only. Non stick Dosas are fake.

    I just saw ur video if doing idli in first day n rest batter for dosa second day... If put salt on d day ur making batter... Does it spoil d batter while doing dosa

      No it doesn't spoil. When you add salt to the batter it gets fermented

    On other video they said not to add salt while grinding, that is what I did and my batter did not rise after 10 hours also!!!

      Salt u should not add in summer but without salt it ferments, depends on the climate..
