I just found a site to pre order Trafalgar Law got a 6 pack and got the Inosuke like 2-3 weeks ago. Yea 6 pack bundle make it easy but some times you won't be able to sell your extra.
I find it crazy how my hero ochoca went up in price funimation I missed. But have the SDCC one sometimes it stuck collecting ause you miss out when the sale date is and they never do a 2nd run.
Funko really went after our pockets these past 2 weeks with sasuke first and now Trafalger😅

I got so used to never getting chases that I don't even look for them. Granted it is a lot easier due to the bundles. But its gotta be from a line or specific character I really want in order for me to spend the money

Somewhat new to collecting but I agree, a great chase is worth paying a small premium for, rather than playing roulette, storing and reselling commons at a loss, etc.

I feel chases are definitely still a challenge (at least online exclusive retailer ones) bra cause it’s all based on the means. For me who is retail worker, chase bundles are almost always out of the question because of the price point, yet when a hype drop on the Funko shop at a normal price point is much more obtainable to me because I can afford and almost always am a available when it drops. So to me, the chases are harder for me then some other things that jump up in value. So it’s a yes to those who can afford it and no to those who can’t. I would much rather go to hot topic and wait for my chase then do these chase bundles that steal my entire Funko budget for the month.
I think it has gotten easier just due to the fact of the bundles being available! Now I do think it does help with the value because once they sell out you usually don’t see them ever again making them harder to come by. I like searching for them when I go out as well it makes it fun! Great video as always!!

I think the hardest chases to find are target, walmart, and hottopic because you cant get bundles for it.

I think it's alot easier for more people to get a chase with the lower rates vs how it used to be but sometimes I think it might be to easy 🤔, but getting a chase at east is easier then trying to get a con exclusive and it also depends on what chase it is too
For me (a European collector) it used to be very difficult to get a Chase. So now I'm glad that some European stores (not many but atleast some of them) are selling these bundles. Trafalgar bundle was sold in 10 minutes, but managed to cop!

@@alessandronegri5351 I bought it on eFantasy (sold out in 10 mins). You can also buy it on Nerdom (not the bundle tho, but the normal one witch a chance of Chase). I am not from Greece, but I really recommend these sites. Shipping price is OK and they post new releases on the day of the announcement.

I just buy the bundle if I really want the CHASE! (assuming the chase isn’t the same mold as the common) but imo funko should keep the 1 in 6 chance.

I've slowly been buying each chase for my marvel collection. Just locked down a Spiderman #15 glow chase for slightly more than I'd budgeted for, but it'll be the centrepiece of my collection :)
The only thing stopping me from getting chases is money. I really wanted the creed chase but I had spent too much on pre orders during Funko fair so I couldn’t but a bundle so now I’ve gotta do Chase roulette from deepdiscount

i feel like it's deff alot easier with the bundle route compared to hunting in person. I honestly think if covid didn't hit this wld be a totally diff conversation. but it is wat it is, n I honestly feel like if it's a chase u really want u sld totally persue whatever avenue it takes to get it!

I "cheat" with chases by buying bundles cause I have zero luck finding chases in the wild. Hoping that your area has enough inventory. I know for me, I live in a state that things are very far away for me. So being able to "cheat" with bundles is basically the only way I can have them.
for me its pretty hard to get online exclusive chases since i don't have a way to buy pops online, im more of a in person buyer when it comes to pops. so with the new Law coming out ill have to go hunting for the chase in person which will be a bit expensive but it'll be worth it✌

For me, if it is an essential addition to my main collections(like The Office) I will try to get a bundle so I'm guaranteed the chase. If it's just a chase that I think is cool and would like to have, I really like doing some chase roulette(90% of the time I only do this when I'm getting some kind of deal and not paying full price)

Definitely easier now......a lot of people can’t miss work to go make a line at a store. Now I don’t think that you should be frivolous about spending money but at least for me I never look at a Pop as something to flip so if I spend a little extra is because I really want that Pop so I don’t mind it. My collection is small but every piece I have it’s special to me I don’t buy exclusives or LE that I don’t collect thinking of an easy buck flipping (and I’m not judging) every knows what’s best for their budget or system of collection....but there’s 2 many ppl with FOMO in today’s market so I go for things that I’ll keep and are in my budget I am aware of their worth in case something ever happens but I’m not into the speculative market for Pops

I personally would rather them go back to their old roots and do the 1/36 is a chase! I have fun going out and searching for them or doing a roulette and testing my luck, just my opinion though!!!

Oh yeah chases are easy to get...as long as you're willing to spend the money for the bundles available. Which is why I'm just getting the common Sasuke Rinnegan. I'll snag the chase later on if the price isn't too high but for now I'm pleased with just having the common 😊.
I have found that it is easier, and that if I find that at the end of the day, I blew past my budget (*cough*Demon Slayer*cough*) I can go back and cancel my orders at another time. Despite wanting to be a completionist, Sometimes, I have to give it up for a later date.
Chase hunting is esspecially hard for Funko collectors who live in Austrlia and other countries. The stores never put out the chases and Eb games only orders 6 chases per store but they give them out by pre order raffles. So the chances are more slim than the "one in six chance". So for a fair way to get chases you have to purchase chase bundles or go onto online retailers who sell them at the fair "one in a six chance" rule.
Yes it seems easier now. I am sort of new to the hobby and young so chase hunting is hard for me. I’m interested in trying to get bundles of chases that really interest me from now on. Just a curious question: When it comes to chases, do comic book stores usually up the price on px preview chases in store?

In my place, it's still a challenge but DC, Marvel, Anime lines are a bit easier, the problem is the super inflated price like 6 and above times higher than a regular pop price depending on the store

It's easier as mentioned to buy the bundle with the guarantee chase for those who gave the money to drop on the bundle. Also easier for those who don't have to work when they drop at stores. Then you have to hope the store workers are honest and don't take all the chases out. I was at Gamestop a few days ago when they got a delivery and they said they were to busy to put them out. So, from what I see it's a lot easier for people with money and time. I'm just relying on luck to be in the right place at the right time, unlike my Gamestop experience.
I finally found a chase in person at my local GameStop and I was gonna get it to sell but the box was damaged, it was a very disappointing first chase find.

I just started collecting Funko Pops and Tuesday I got $20.00 for my Birthday and I went down to my local GAMESTOP and Bought my First schoolhouse Rock Bill Funko Pop and when I got home I Discovered it was a Limited Edition schoolhouse Rock Bill Funko Pop and I didn't know it was valuable because it was a CHASE limited Edition until I watched your RUclips channel about the chase limited Edition Funko Pops and how lucky is that finding my First chase Funko Pop limited Edition
I've only bundled things i wanted. I got the minato missed the kakashi and recently pre-ordered the new sasuke. If I see something in the wild ill pick it up for trade bait but don't go out of my way. I recently picked up a Brett Michael's that I'm on the fence with.

It is easier now to get a chase but unfortunately in Australia we don't have stores where we can go pop hunting for a chase in the wild. It's either bought as a bundle for $100aud with a special edition sticker $150+ for exclusive sticker or you take your chances with chase roulette.

If you look for the exclusive stores with the least locations then the rarity is higher
In my opinion it wouldn't say easier but that it's more guaranteed to get a chase while doing a bundle as compare to doing a roulette. With bundles depending on the hype of the character they sellout super fast if your not fast enough with having all of your information save for checkout or paying any attention to the notifications from certain people like dis.pops for example. I missed the pre order of law so I might have to spend a lot money. And I can feel this chase will worth a lot money since the original law worth 400$ and a lot of people will want this pop instead of the original one.

I think the easiest way to get chases is buy them off ebay, or score in a mystery box lol. Finding them on shelves requires employees with integrity.

No I wouldn’t say easier since bundles are still of the 70+ range an then sellers will be selling for higher than that since bundles won’t always be Available from retailers. Since even powerhouses with retailers license an buying in bulk from companies such an exclusives from “AAA” anime they get bulk sale an each for $15 so they still make money but would have to spend a good amount to even make bundles available. So I’d say it varies I see it as there are alot more chases available as in more pops with versions of chases but you have to confident the growth of the company it was only a matter of time before they started the chase wave especially popular lines that they know will make money. Easier if you are willing to spend the money but depending where the chase is it’s easier like HT. Great content btw keep it up 🙌🏽👊🏽

I got the chase bundles for the demon slayer line. I’ll keep the common and chase for each and I have some friends who couldn’t get them so I’ll gift some and sell the others for retail. Everyone wins. Shouldn’t have to drop $200 on one figure

I don't agree on these bundles for chases. It should be a Chase roulette or go hunting for it. I think if they did it that way the chases would be more valuable after.
Also gives a chance for a smaller collector like myself to get a chase.

I’m going to Frisco I live in Dallas 30 mins from my house.
Despite that now company have bundles available, still can’t compare to picking it up in stores. Problem for me is that I am from a small city, we have limited access to chases and since nowadays balance falls more to the scalpers and flippers side, makes it even harder. I have 3 chases only in my almost 300 pops in my collection, my newest one is the SS2 Goku chase and I was able to obtain it on my LCS and because they were kind enough to hold one for me even though they are not supposed to do it, I guess he noticed that I was willing to pay a little bit more than what they usually upcharge chases for, they sell them for $24.99 and I have as willing to give them $29.99. But it’s still hard to obtain them, even when I offer trades for them, people lean more for the monetary. Example not too long ago someone got two Ghost Rider pops and she didn’t know what to do with the second one, so I offered a trade, you know maybe I had something in her collection that she could use, but she was like I’m open for a trade but Only for what the resell is going for now, so basically she wanted $300 worth of pops for one Ghost rider. And I even was willing to give up some of my chases, con exclusives, but my intentions were to help her get something that she might’ve need for her collection, but she wanted resell value worth, sucked.

I just feel like most people only know a few online store that would have bundles. Like for me it’s AAA, Kraken, Chalice & VRare. Only ones I feel are truly reliable. I know there’s others but I honestly just don’t know where to start looking and it’d be hard just going from site to site. Not to mention stressful maybe. So it’s very easy for sure to get a chase it’s just you have to wake up early in the case of someone who lives in the west like myself. Also local stores like Box & Topic have the chases out already for people to buy rather than randomly placing them throughout shelves. It’s. Easy easy for sure you just gotta be on top of that.

Save. Sell parts of your collection. Be smart with your money and build up a small fund. Don’t buy commons all the time.

I think bundles are cool but I wish chases held like rare value now. What if you paid like an extra 10 for a 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 chance. Rather than these bundles. It feels like a money grab and it kinda takes away the shock value of “omg you have a chase!?”

I think you're making it sound a little bit easier than it is. While the bundles may be up for an hour the fact that they sell out does mean there's a high probability that people who legitimately wanted it couldn't get to a site to do so within that time. Not the biggest deal as everyone does miss things and you can't get everything. I also think chases that are exclusives can be more difficult. With hot topic it's either be there in store or play chase roulette and with chalice you need to make a pretty sizable purchase to ensure the chase. Sure, in theory you can sell those commons in the pack but you're then tacking on the effort of selling commons to how easy it is to get the chase. I also think getting a chase always been relatively easy kf you're willing to spend tbe premium. This is an assumption but it doesn't seem like the average cost of a chase is less than it used to be for the 1 in 6 ones. While they might not always has been I'm bundles you always had the option of buying the chase online from one website or another.

We love chases? Me: nope :/ why would i love them theres only gamestop (in germany where you can go pop hunting)who barely has an anime funko pops/exclusives and chases are just a dream. Trafalgar Law will be my first figure where im going for both variants i just love him. Awesome video tho!!! 😁
