There's an urban legend that a creepy kilted man helped build some of the trails and he now sells jars of loam, taken from these secret trails and sells them from castle behind bars.
You totally shreded it!! keep this vids going, im 17, and you totally have me as your sub and your one of my favorite channels to watch ,can't believe your riding that well !!! awesome sauce quality, nice colours, the footage is perfectly stable, don't think that your channel is being watched just by old fellas, believe me i've been watching each video that you post , soo im not the only teen out here, i'm tellin if you keep it like this you'll channel will grow bigger whit all types of viewers (young and old). Keep it fun and always be yourself!
I had a pretty harsh crash after flying over my bars on a big jump. I went to hospital but I didn't break anything to my surprise. I had a concussion, pretty bruised wrist and shoulder and some mean scars all over my face and body. But Damn, after watching this video, I can't wait to get up on my bike again and have some fun!
Love the challenge of tracking down a location from a video. This one was done in under 10 minutes from Wales. After finding out where they are I fully agree that in this case they should be kept quiet especially with the size of some of the features there.
Great video, very much enjoying your channel, kudos for not revealing the location especially when locals spend so much time and effort into building and maintaining and kudos to the locals for showing you and letting you tag along around the trails 👍🏼 that’s what it’s all about 👌
I loved that natural trail build they did great job, first time watching your channel that I have seen you on the edge. Like to ride a trail like that but too scary for me at that speed I enjoy that thanks.
Yet another great showing the diversity of riding in Scotland I really hope to get up there for a few days at some point in the future...thanks for sharing 👍
That gap looks insane!! I had a crash on a gap 3 months ago. A broke my wrist and i have a titan plate! But i can t wait to go back on trail! Now i can only ride roads, but it s okay for the moment
One of the boys you were riding with built a lot of the trails! I’ve not been there since the summer and seeing it all wet and mucky has got me craving a ride there this weekend!
They’re incredible no matter what the conditions!! Also I have no idea how you didn’t go over the bars when your wheel dropped into that hole because I know all to well how big a hole that is 😂
Maybe it's because I've been there, but I think even if you haven't it's pretty easy to figure out where this is with the building site signage and what not.
A really enjoyable video! Those trails look amazing - I'm also from Scotland and live near some of the places where they had the Hardline competition in the Black Isle and behind Evanton at Fyrish. I think those trails - while more built and have bike parkish features, they still have lots of the ridiculous steep and rutty bits to keep you on your toes. They'd be worth a ride if you were ever up north of inverness
I thought all the trails in that area where all really intense with loads of jumps I didn't know it had some really nice flowy trails too. Going to have to check it out again for myself some time
Looks awesome! Well built trails. On a side note I found location from the start and end footage. Maybe use footage from further into the trail next time. Just a tip for future videos dude. I am with you on keeping trails hush hush. 👍🏻
Awesome trails, that gap jump looked huge, too big for me at the moment, i'm working on my jumping and progressing well i think but gap jumps terrify me haha, great job :)
yea congrats on the 10k. gotta love a lil slice of local heaven. it is nice that you dont put it out there for everyone. if your meant to find it it will find you.
McTrail Rider I’ll be looking forward for that one , I’ve been there a couple time but I can’t ride for about 8-12 weeks as I’ve cut my hand down to the bone and damaged a t , but bike park wales trails are insane
I am thinking of heading down there this week but don’t want to hit anything super hard blind. I know there all unmarked but i was wondering if you could recommend some of the easier trails down there?
I hate you...... i'm stuck in Portsmouth on a 4 month course away from Scotland and my bike.... then i watch something like this!! haha. nice video man.
No I totally get it, theres probably some that would rather not have it more known and he didnt want to be "that guy" who told everyone. More riders more maintenance.
@@bensblues Everyone knows it that lives in the area yes, but can you imagine how it might be if minibuses full of people started coming up from all over the place, pissing off the folk living nearby walking their dogs etc and tearing the woods up, would ruin things a bit for everyone.
Your fooking rapid they guys will know the trails really well a bet. Wonder if the levo is slower for you when riding new trails with it being heavier so worse braking distance and a bit more work to shift around those tight little techy bits?
Also great vid BTW I personally don't know where this trail is and like how you done it as being somewhere that I hopefully find out about myself one day. Congratulations to the locals that have built this place looks blooming amazing! The accents have gave me a wee clue let the hunt(without Google!!) begin!!!
10 mins from my house but im far too inexperienced to even try these on my E-mtb hard tail though I do a lot of through the forestry trails there etc The club that put the work into it and local shop guys do a tremendous job. Worthy of getting some serious local investment and turning it into a proper bike park IMO. Saying that recently with the amount of cars and bikes showing up its becoming a bit overpopulated from what I see. The local council and some lottery funding could turn thsi into a world class park (in my inexperienced opinion) maybe the usual locals would not want that though and keep it as much to themselves as possible which is fair do's as it is them that do the work in maintaining the trails. Maybe one day ill have the nuts to try and cruise a few of the simpler ones though.

This video has it all, fast local guys, a trail dog and a very impressive trail, looked alot of fun. 10/10.

Cool
respect your morals for revealing the location, places like that require to be discovered by chance.
But on the other hand us decent riders who are just looking for somewhere knew to ride are very jealous that they don't know where they are 😭
