Bais City used to be where Spanish landowners live. Thats why you have oldest sugar mill. There used to be a theater right in front of the big park which is now that Chinese store and right beside it used to be an old Spanish house but was demolished. It used to be a city for the rich spanish landlords while the hacienda workers live in the outskirts on small houses. But times have changed as you can see. But the political dynasties in this City can trace their bloodlines to pure blooded Spanish thats why the last names they carry. It was a beautiful city back in the days.
Wow amazing piece of history that I didn’t know anything about it. I’m gonna have to research that more after and look for those landmarks. I know the park that you’re talking about and I just assumed it was always a park!

Nice never new of this place in Zamboanguita. Only been to Kav’s beach resort there. Gotta check this out next time in Negros

Those are the type of places I love. Very few tourists!! Did they have a lot of coral to get to by snorkeling. I'm a diver but my wife only snorkels. Thanks for sharing!!
Yes they did! I would take a day trip or at least a half a day trip over to Apo island that you can see in the video. Definitely one of the best places to snorkel or dive in the Philippines.

Was at a place this weekend very isolated road to get there was not good at all. Wondering if the directions are wrong. All of a sudden here's this bambo gate with guards. They open it an allow you in. Several resorts in one complex. Good accommodations small pool cooking area short walk to beach
Nice! Some of the big resorts in Dauin FOOD,SACKS,SERVICE SACKS, we waited for our food for an hour. Most of them unfriendly with my Service 🐕🦺 Dog.
Reasons why I avoid the big ones!
This place looks great. As a diver I might want to check it out. The smaller places tend to have much more personalized diving experiences since there are a small number of people there. How far is this place from where you live? Also, what do you mean by "correct outlets" in the rooms, can you elaborate?

You know I’ll have to bring a temperature gauge from now on when I travel. It wasn’t cold because we were comfortable to just walk right in.

Only problem for out of the way places like that is transportation to get there . By myself, there maybe scooter rentals but if my wife decides to come, problem. She had never rode on my motorcycle . I enjoy seeing small resorts like this. I stay on boutique hotels, atmosphere is different
In the city you can rent a car at the airport. I’ve done it a few times before. I know they offer transportation at the hotel but I’ve never tried it myself.
@@ItsMe_Philippines the menu looks good . I was hoping you have prices for the rooms in PHP. I went to their site and their room rates is more expensive than if you book it thru the likes of Expedia .I’d like to stay on places like that for a week to just chill.
@@FatboySE103 That’s why I’ve been hesitant on leaving prices because they can change weekly or monthly. Plus everyone has their own preference on how they book. And there’s multiple different hotel apps and each will have a different price. That part makes it tricky but it will always be cheaper using a hotel service over going directly to their site.
