  • How to make Dates and Nuts Bars(vegan)
    Easy and Healthy Dates and Nuts Bars
    INGREDIENTS:-
    900 gm dates
    200 gm Almond powder
    60 gm Almond butter
    75 gm peanut butter
    60 gm cashew butter
    30 gm cocoa powder
    30 gm chopped almond
    METHOD:
    1) Deseed the dates and put them in a food processor. Blitz the dates for a few minutes.
    2) Add the remaining ingredients (except the chopped nuts) to the food processor and blitz till you have a thick paste.
    3) Remove the mixture into a bowl.
    4) Place some cling film on a flat surface. Make a ball out of some of the mixture and place it on the cling film.
    5) Place some cling film on top of the ball. Use a rolling pin to flatten the mixture.
    6) Cut the flattened mixture into squares and place in a tray. You can line the tray with grease proof paper.
    7) Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 for the rest of the mixture.
    8) Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top of the mixture. Use the back of a spoon to press the nuts down into the mixture.
    9) Place the mixture in a fridge for an hour to set. After an hour, take the mixture out and cut into bars.
    10) Dates and nuts bars are ready! Enjoy!
