This is in real time. The speed was about 12 - 15 miles an hour. You could do it leisurely in 30 minutes.

This ends at the Andree Clark Bird Refuge. Across the street and out of sight is one of the mansions owned by Andree's sister, Huguette Clark, a reclusive and remarkable woman.
