Amen brother, that is so true! I grew up in a Baptist church and ended up leaving there several years ago, I was not feeling blessed there or growing in my faith. I now attend an Assembly of God church in my town, and it's been a HUGE blessing my life, growing in faith and learning, and trying to be more obedient to His word, and reading and studying the Bible a lot more than any time before in my life. This church has been a tremendous blessing. And, we all raise our hands in worship, surrender, and reverence to the Lord!
I have odd theories. But you cannot deny the connections. The police screams “both hands in the air” that shows no sign of aggression. Raising our hands to the lord with both arms showing peace. But Adolf Hitler, those Nazi’s put one arm towards him. But you cannot deny people tried to assassinate Hitler. Remember the movie Valkyrie? It is a true story. A german soldier had to raise his right arm to Hitler, but in the history books he had no hand to raise to Hitler because his hand was not there. Seriously think about it.
So, you can raise one hand to hitler… but you have a briefcase on the other hand intended to assassinate Hitler. But it all failed. To gods amazement, he quickly erases the history he wrote but after the good people won against the Nazi, good has won. But after the Nazi scientists have won…
Can you teach why is not proper for woman to walk around in tight indecent clothing? I like to be able to explain to a lot of sisters but don't know how. One pastor said to a young lady that we (men) are constantly trying to fight lust and if you really loved us you would protect us from falling into sin, specially married man.
I totally agree. I was guilty of pursuing certain fashion styles when I didn't know better. As I matured as a believer and a Bible learner, I gained the desire to dress more modestly and to reserve the beauty and chaste for the Lord and my future husband.
