I had never heard of Wright Bought a 1/2” drive ratchet, I had some stuck lugs on my car, my 220 lb dad stood on it and kick started it like a motorbike! Scared me! Thought it was surely broken, NOPE! I was immediately super satisfied with my purchase and a Wright customer forever now! Phenomenal tools!
Been using the 4490 for years. Ive had 2 and they are the best ratchets. Ive use the major brands but the 4490 is my favorite. Im a commercial fire sprinkler installer and use it every day. Wright are the best.
I have a open head 1/2 drive Wright ratchet. Have had it for at least 20 years. Love the narrow head design. Makes getting in tight places much easier.
Honestly I really wish Wright was easily available. It’s hard to find your tools available. Your tools blow away snap on and any other tools I used in aviation. It would be amazing if your contracted aviation companies
I just bought the 4480 open-head 1/2" ratchet. I've liked the concept ever since I saw it in Thorsen ratchets long ago, but I never acquired one for some reason. I don't care about the easy-cleaning angle, I just like the simplicity and strength of the design. I don't want high tooth count in a 1/2" ratchet, I want sturdiness. I generally don't like the "new wave" look of the handles on many modern ratchets, but the handle on this ratchet is an exception -- smooth and sensual.
Get'em while you can. I expect them to vanish ala SK. They have shit distribution and you see how many vids they offer up. If it were't for vary selective tool freaks on this tube they would have already died. I think socialism (US Govt contracts) keep them going. It damn sure aint their idiots in advertizing or distribution. Only us old Iron workers, railroaders and oil field guys ever even heard of them. That and midwest farmers...some. Even SK had much more exposure...albeilt nowhere near the quality of tool.
I absolutely love the quality behind Wright. I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking this but when will you guys develop a pear head ratchet like the competitors? I love the wrenches and sockets but would enjoy pairing them with your ratchets instead of the other guys.
Appreciate the honesty and innovations such as this have been in our drawers but we're working out details and specifics. Stay tuned as always and we're always on the look out 👊
They made a pear head. I have 2. A 40 and a 46. They got over it and moved up. They need an advertizing manager and a distribution network. Not a 227 tooth pear....or LED shoes, coffee cup warmer-cell recharging nose plugs and pocket screwrivers. Just show off. That's all.
@@ratchetwise440 a couple longer contour grip 1/4" ratchets would be fine though, one straight and one flex head, 7" length minimum please, thank you. 😏👌
I have been a wright fan for many years. Honestly I just finished using some deep well wright sockets to repair my truck. You have excellent products, and we appreciate what your trying to do with these videos, but you really need to get some closeups of the tools. The videos could be a bit more professional like your tools
💯 agree. We're trying to do a better job at getting the word out and we'll be perfecting the performance of our production quality just like we do with our tools 👍
Wright could you guys for the love of God get a young kid who is Tech savvy to do all your marketing and get some close up shots. You guys are shooting yourself in the foot by these ratchet segments to where we need binoculars to see the freaking tools

Great to hear and always happy to help out on the job 💪
C'mon man. Thatz a tootzie roll. Best damn "comfort handle" ever created
Thanks for the metric line wrenches. They came today!

I wish they offered tools for workers at height
@@Death2Weebs check models 4482 and 4488 as they may fit your needs. 😉
I have purchased a few Wright tools online with no difficulty. They won't be found in your neighborhood hardware store.

I’ve got the railroad ratchet on order. Also own the Mayhew “big stick” prybar. My co-workers think I’m compensating. They just don’t understand.
Ha! Sounds like they might have some "tool" envy if you ask us 🤭🤭🤭
They need to present these to college students like snap on does!!
Love your stuff. You guys are the greatest.
You ain't too shabby yourself 👍
SHHHHhhhh. Quiet ! It's a super secret club we're in. Errr. More people are familiar with Skull and Bones than Wright tool.
Can tools be bought directly from your location? Just wondering if I could view some of your products before I purchase them.
We sell direct thru distributors. We have a distributor locator on our site but if you need any help just ask 💯
Love your wrenches 😃👍
Ordered open head 3/8 months ago and still backordered.
Will a Wright 3/8 round head repair kit fit my old blackhawk 34935a
will your ford starter fit your Honda accord? Drugs or just born stupid ?
