That’s exactly what I thought would have been the root cause. If you can’t value and respect your 5th player, you shouldn’t be seeking the same in return. Hector did what anyone would do in that situation.
Seeing soul from past few years after winning bmps there was addition of Neyo. Now in 5 players someone has to always sit. But it is evident from performances after bmps that Omega in team soul too was not doing well as a player. Neyo and goblin were good and akshat was available sometimes and sometimes not. So overall most of time Hector was benched. But after next official they understood that Hector was important because there was lack of co- ordination and support in team. So omega included hector in team but now he excluded goblin who was always getting caught offguard. But after multiple tournament failures soul had pressure to do changes in lineup. Main mistake was that after bmps omega himself was not available in so many matches and at that time hector used to igl team. So team used to perform well with him in some unofficial tournaments and players got more confidence to play with hector. They might have discussed this with soul management. But I think soul management was not completely confident with hectors igl skills. But seeing inner situation of team soul had to giveup the lineup with heavy heart as it had massive fan following. Today seeing their situation the decision of soul seams to be best. After this 4 players and amit went to CG. But soul didn't release goblin seeing his potential. While talking with other orgs they could not accompany goblin in any other team and hence they have to leave goblin as well. After going in CG they immediately won 1 unofficial without hector and seeing this hector understood that he will not get chance in team to play. So he started to practice with other players. But things after that in CG started to worsen as again omega was unable to bring any significant performance and players were in confident with omega as he didn't use to give his 100%. That time they might have requested CG management to try hector igl and they suddenly performed well. This led to clash in hector and omega. Also regarding akshat in my opinion was most consistent performance player in soul but he was unavailable many times. But seeing todays situation souls biggest mistake was inability to judge Hectors igl skills. Omegas biggest mistake was not making changes in team despite back to back bad performance and ignoring hector and not consistently playing unofficial with team. This is evident from matches after joining CG you could see he being absent so many times. Hector I don't think has done any big mistake as every player wants chance and if he has igl skills then he must get chance.
@BallShack6969actual culprit is goblin, he presented the idea to get neyo and then later neyo,goblin backstabbed omega and told management that they wont play with him and to kick him out and take hector as igl as he is easy to deal with and is soft nature wise (as in omega ki tarah agression aur gali wala scene nahi hai uska aur power level shift hogi team ki as in - phele omega had all powers and leadership in everything but then goblin neyo took power as they are star players of that org and made hecotr igl so he is graful and cannot and currently is not able to show dominance towards both of them) Also hector had grudges against omega as he was benched + critized earlier as his game was weak but he improved and when given chance he took over omega's position and took his power which he is unable to show to his team but public thinks he is leader

Players k bich humesa garma-garmi hoti whether it's sports or eSports and most of the time players khud uss chiz ko nahi notice kr paate and the only one who notices from the players will be the leader(captain) or the most veteran one....but in this case inhi dono me ladayi ho gyi thi Hector (kind of veteran in terms to speaking in front of Omega freely to express the teams wants) and Omega (Leader/IGL) ..inn dono k alawa Akshat & Goblin were less spoken when it comes to team....so ab in the end it's coach & manager jisse ye notice Krna chahiye!!
