This médiation, my guides and my cat actually saved me tonight.
I don't know what happemed...but I felt coming back to life. I was scared.... I did not feel well at all and I presse play. My cat came to sleep by my head and touched my head,connected his forehead to mine. .. her voice has changed. It's not as relaxing. More businesslike. supercharged is a weird word for a relaxation meditation.
I was going for a different kind of energy in my voice, and for some it is perfect, for some it is not. There will always be words that are unsuitable or triggering, I always encourage questioning why, why is it that this triggers? Why does it have a negative connotation to your mind? Why can't it be a positive outcome through this word? It is an interesting path to question one's own mind.
