This guided meditation is my favourite I’ve ever come across, I woke up feeling so sick and uneasy with anxiety and put this on my earphones whilst I was still in bed first thing in the morning and after 20 mins I felt completely normal and peaceful. It can be, if there are no other sounds around you to disturb you; but I find that headphones always enhance the experience and healing in exponential ways so if you do listen to this without headphones it may take a bit longer to get the desired healing effect I hope that this helps you. Personally I listen to any meditation with headphones as it helps me better- if you want to listen to it without headphones you might have to turn up the volume I hope this helps and I pray you have a wonderful day you beautiful soul
Im going through a hard time, i have been unwell for weeks now so we did a blood test to see if its just a virus, i realy hope its just a virus. If its not a virus it might be deadly, i am very scared.
It is not a virus of illness you are fine as Neville Goddard said picture yourself in good health or whatever you want in your mind and it will be act as if the wish has already been fulfilled
Unfortunately the petition to not have ads at the end of your new stuff doesn’t seem to have worked 😢. Ad at the end woke me up. Please no comments like “it must be a you problem” or “ get RUclips premium,” I just can’t afford to pay for that. Thankfully there are a lot of old videos that we can still sleep to. Just wanted to make you aware that most everything I have listened to from 2024 ends with a commercial.
