You can open a note attachment on a line item and put in spaces or . then enter until the next line item moves to the next page. However, you can't format the estimate to take away the dead space.....does that make sense?
Do you reccomend build the all rooms first and then changing individual room properties? If i set properties in room 1 and then build other rooms with the click control way,it will copy all the properties in room 1 right? so do you build all rooms then set properties?
Great question! If you have custom settings for each room then yes, build all of the rooms first, then set properties. A lot of homes share common ceiling heights, floor props, etc, so I would build those rooms off of each other. Then, when you have a room that differs, build it separately to allow for the custom settings. Basically, group those that share props together...does that make sense?
What happens when you try to install a stairway and then try to remove, it leaves a shadow in plan view or an opening in the floor elevation. You can not sketch over it with a correct stairway because of the opening. How do you clear the opening without having to recreate room totally.
Always Helpful .
Glad to hear that! 😊
Great! first time adjuster
Love all the videos! Do you have any videos to help with avoiding dead space?
