Took German in high school. It's a language that has been described and satirized in various ways. But, when Til speaks and sings it, it is beautiful! This group reaction was fun!
when my kids had to study for german, i made them listen to rammstein, as Till makes a point of sining in as good as accent free standard german. i dare say 85% of my knowledge of the language is thnks to them

Now rediscovering their music - and every evening watching clips of this band. In the moment my favourite songs are: Zeit, Angst and Radio!!! .... what the fuck - that´s so good!!!
It is not often that the edit really is the fantastic part of a great video. The sound sync, the mach-up, the emphasis on different reactions was just masterful done.

This a scary story. He use pieces of his body (probably the heart) to frighten kids in the night and then he is feeding on their tears. He is in the pillow and under their beds and comes up from the cellar. This nightmare stoff!

The pool in thevideo is same as in a feligious sect,where they baptize you children (12y) into adulhood and socialize. So i think that song and video tell abouth the pain of those children. I was maintenanceman myself and i stopped working When i heard abouth it.
