super cool but also have you ever thought about making another channel for puerly mtb building and mantnice for the people whu would want to see that and also for working on the boostmonster (super cool bike)
my dad crashed last week and had a severe contusion that made him unable to speak. His personality is completely different and my family is suffering a lot. The good thing is that every day he is improving and hopefully he completely recovers. Watching your videos helps me a lot and hopefully he recovers fast just like you. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS and I hope to see more.
Dude! Getting back after an injury like that is no joke! I had a similar (lesser) thing where I cracked ribs and sprained a shoulder. It took a while to feel confident again. Proud of you bro
Just broke 6 ribs, a clavicle, punctured a lung, a huge hematoma on my left hip and road rash all over my body. Spent a week in ICU. Still have to sit and sleep on my back side after about a month after the wreck. Looks like your just as hardheaded as I am. The passion overcomes sensability. Been watching your vids for a while. Only mountains we have around here are called bridges. Take care bro. Good to see you back. Fist bump.
Living in whis, the chances of getting hurt are always so high. A basic evening ride can take you out of your comfort zone very quickly. That said, it's great to see your videos again. PS: I kicked that tree for you the last time I rode F2B 😄👍
You should hear my forks. Pair of old Marzocchi Bomber rc3 forks on my Glory, and it was hard enough finding a shop in town that could at least repair the seals. Nevermind doing a full rebuild. The mechanic told me the rebound damper is cracked, so a lot of the times starting a ride is just clacks back to full. Was oil starts moving around it gets better, but the start of a ride is rough.
Big injuries. It's not surgery, not the PT, the training. It's the mind, which is the hardest obstacle. I could tell, at least from my perception in your video, how guarded you are right now. Especially in the berms. It's funny how confidence works. Sometimes, it gradually comes back. But sometimes. It takes a good fall, again, and you stand back up, dust off, and now prove yourself. It's going to be alright. My body can take it. Let go. Best of luck on your FULL recovery, ya know. Cheers,
5 weeks post surgery from broken collarbone. Shattered collarbone actually. Was able to ride around the neighborhood yesterday and I’m hoping to be back on soft trails next week. If you’re seeing this the day after a huge crash, just take it one day at a time. It will get better!
This man has some huge balls to be so confident on the trails after a borderline life ending crash and even bigger balls for returning on a bike almost as old as me ! Absolute legend 🙏
Great to see you back up on the bike and tackling the trail that took you out. As a 40+ year old dad, it's always in my mind that I need to ride to manage my risks, having fun but in ways to minimize the chance of hard impacts with the ground.
Glad you're ripping again man! Sadly for me, I crashed twice in 6 months... both times fracturing ribs, and the last crash (around 8 weeks ago), I also damaged my shoulder's rotator cuff, and I'm still not ready to even pull up to get up onto pavements, but I've been for two mellow rides on my Enduro bike, and at least it's winter now for me, so not much riding anyway.
Yeah Jordan from all of us here in the UK nice to see you back shredding and glad you got redemption on fade to Black because some riders wouldn’t have the confidence or the mentality. to hit a trail like after such a big accident
Props Jordan. You smashed it bro. I broke my collarbone 2 weeks ago and have never had a bad crash like this before. It is good to see someone go back and get redemption. I can't wait to get back on the bike but ngl I am gonna take it real easy.
Yeah buddy! Crashing sucks! Getting hurt isn't fun, but being off the bike is the worst! I'm currently 2 weeks into a separated shoulder! Glad to see you back out there, ride smart!
So glad to see you back on the bike again ❤ Hope the rest of the year treats you nicely, there's still a lot of time left of the year to get some sick riding in 🥳
Great to see you back, that was a gnarly crash. And thank you thank you for the great viewing on your videos, not going super super wide angle like every youtuber lately. Those max lenses just make me feel sick.
I just severely dislocated my shoulder and fractured my Humerus on August 6th. I've been using peptides for healing (bpc157/tb500) and i will be riding Whistler again on August 17th! This stuff is an absolute miracle.
Positive self talk… so important. The bit of pain or tension in the rib cage is normal as you probably know, so nothing to worry about. Goes away after 6-12 months
Old friend of mine had a really bad crash during a race 6 months ago, and he broke his femur, collapsed his lung (like you), and then was in a coma for a week, just saw him for the first time again last week, and he has just finally regained his ability to walk normally and speak normally as he had swelling in the brain, still cant ride a bike, but hopefully in a couple years he can get back to riding, good to see that you were able to get back on a bike and back to whistler in a relatively short amount of time, congrats on the recovery
Great to see you riding after that crash! Have you looked for an old Risse Big Foot? It was essentially an inverted version of the Super Monster. Amusingly enough, still sold new by Risse Racing on their website. Maybe they'd be willing to send you one to test?
7:35 (hating the geometry) Have you considered making your own DH bike with Boosmonster components? Like, buy the aluminum or steel and weld it either yourself or have a welder do it.
Front tire washed out in berm recently. Fell hard on top of berm with my left side. Bruised ribs and spleen. Tried getting back on bike ASAP but Im 51 so that didnt heal very fast. I cant imagine actually having cracked ribs. Rib pain is pretty much all encompassing. I couldnt get out of bed on my own for several weeks after my crash.
As a mountain biker this really is my worst fear. Not to be ‘that guy’ but this is why I do tend to avoid big features in areas with a high density of trees. Glad to see you’re ok but honestly people get the worst spinal injuries when they’ve crashed and stopped dead by a tree.
I just broke my ankle (it sucks to not be able to ride) so I can’t imagine how much pain you had because I thought my ankle was bad but your injury was so much worse
Not sure if the spring in your fork has a plastic wrap to reduce the rattling sound but that's what my old Fox 40 had and it would work it's way to one end of the spring over time Vs being in the center and it would make that sound. I just had to pull the spring and reset that wrap the center to quiet things down again. Edit; missed the part where you mentioned it was a preload spacing issue.
Im a few days late but, im here. Great video, nice to know your healing well and have gotten that exercise going again. When you went to Whistler did you go eith friends?
The worst crash of your life, so far*🤠 -jokes aside, glad youre back on the bike and doing better dude! Your content is awesome. A real good balance of riding and communication with the viewer. Top tier content🤙
Glad to see you back on the bike! Dont over do it!!!!!!!!!!! Also HOW DID YOU KEEP UP YOUR CARDIO with that injury? You seemed like you were hardly breathing hard!
Use code BOOST30 for 30% off my new MTB T-shirts! bit.ly/BoostmasterMerch
What do you think of the designs we have so far?
super cool but also have you ever thought about making another channel for puerly mtb building and mantnice for the people whu would want to see that and also for working on the boostmonster

@@RLVDinoFN well I'm gonna put all that content on this channel anyway

I'm sorry to hear that bro 😕
Best wishes!
That's brutal. So sorry to hear. It's definitely a good sign that he's already starting to improve. Just stay positive, and hang in there.
Sincerely hope your dad recovers, best wishes to your family. Be patient 🤞
@@matasramrezdaz1880 it's a good sign of he's progressively getting better. Best wishes for dad over there bro 🙏
Dude! Getting back after an injury like that is no joke! I had a similar (lesser) thing where I cracked ribs and sprained a shoulder. It took a while to feel confident again. Proud of you bro
thanks man!
Im glad you are back from that nasty accident. Love to see your riding
I hate the post crash jitters. Good to see you're back man
Big success indeed. Welcome back Jordan! 🥳
thanks bro!

Got to love seeing the "Boostmonster" taking care of you and wiping that skepticism you had away.

Man Wesley is freaking shredded. Have I been gone that long? Glad you're back Jordan. I've been away myself.
jordan im so glade to see you back up and hiting it agian its because of you i do mountain biking so also i wantedto say thank you
Great to see you back. I just booked two weeks on Creekside Starting September 4th. It will be my second trip to Whistler. Hope to see you!
Nice to have you back
Welcome back hope youre doing amazing missed your videos .

What is great to see is you back in your element, wheels down.
Welcome back, JB!! Good to see you back at it, brother.
Shred on, Sir, Shred on!
Probably one of the scariest wrecks I've seen. Glad you're doing well and back on the trails.
Stay safe out there! Glad to see you back riding so soon
This man has some huge balls to be so confident on the trails after a borderline life ending crash and even bigger balls for returning on a bike almost as old as me ! Absolute legend 🙏
I find it impressive that you are riding already. I broke my collarbone not so long ago and it feels like griefing.
So stoked meeting you bro!!!!
You are doing great, welcome back, have fun and hope you get 100% recovery!
Cheers from Chile!
Don't feel bad, I don't clear doubles because I don't have enough talent in the air. You can easily do twice as much as me hurt as I can do healthy.
Great to see you back up on the bike and tackling the trail that took you out. As a 40+ year old dad, it's always in my mind that I need to ride to manage my risks, having fun but in ways to minimize the chance of hard impacts with the ground.
Glad to have you back Jordan!
Awesome job conquering your fears of the spot you crashed at. The mind can be tricky to overcome.
It's so good to see you riding again! I am exited for the boostmonster plans!
So happy to see you back and the BoostMonster
Nice to see you all recovered,Jordan!
It takes real courage to return to the same place where you experienced that crash. Good on ya mate!
Glad you're ripping again man! It’s nice that you could get back on your bike
I'm glad you're back !!!
Great seeing you back at it bro!
Glad to see you get back on the horse
So glad to see you back!
Glad your back riding again!
now I watched the video and I'm glad to see you back

So glad to see you back on the bike again ❤
Hope the rest of the year treats you nicely, there's still a lot of time left of the year to get some sick riding in 🥳
The day you got hurt is the day I had my ACL surgery. I've still got 6 months of recovery left. Crazy how quick back you are.
Great to see you back, that was a gnarly crash. And thank you thank you for the great viewing on your videos, not going super super wide angle like every youtuber lately. Those max lenses just make me feel sick.

glad that your are back
so glad youre feeling good
Glad to see you back on the trails! Take it slow man.
Positive self talk… so important. The bit of pain or tension in the rib cage is normal as you probably know, so nothing to worry about. Goes away after 6-12 months
Great to see you back! I broke 6 ribs 4 months ago. Back on my the past month. I’m starting slower than you!
You should deign your own frame and get someone to make it for you so you can have a perfect frame for the boost monster fork
That's how I ride A line every time LOL. Did you ever check out Loamonade? SO GOOD!
I did on another trip to whistler! I like it
Old friend of mine had a really bad crash during a race 6 months ago, and he broke his femur, collapsed his lung (like you), and then was in a coma for a week, just saw him for the first time again last week, and he has just finally regained his ability to walk normally and speak normally as he had swelling in the brain, still cant ride a bike, but hopefully in a couple years he can get back to riding, good to see that you were able to get back on a bike and back to whistler in a relatively short amount of time, congrats on the recovery

Yes I would love to have one, I messaged them and I got no answer, I am not sure they are actually making them anymore
I saw you at crankworks! Good to see you back on the bike and the merch is sick btw
thanks so much!
7:35 (hating the geometry)
Have you considered making your own DH bike with Boosmonster components?
Like, buy the aluminum or steel and weld it either yourself or have a welder do it.
yes I have been working on that for a while now
So glad to see you’re back! I broke my wrist a few weeks ago and haven’t been riding the same ever since 😭
Front tire washed out in berm recently.
We are happy to see you again on the bike, we love you brother. Keep on riding king👑🙏🏼
Welcome back!!
Glad to see you’re doing better man. Whistler looks sick
Dude my name is Keaton😂, that’s insane never heard of another!
Glad your ok now and back on shredding! 😊🤙 Fast recovery🙏 and nice to see the sick Boostmonster again! 🚴
Bro if I had that kinda crash Im not sure I could ride at least on the same level of gnarlyness again. Its an insane sport.
As a mountain biker this really is my worst fear. Not to be ‘that guy’ but this is why I do tend to avoid big features in areas with a high density of trees. Glad to see you’re ok but honestly people get the worst spinal injuries when they’ve crashed and stopped dead by a tree.
Hope you’re good, Jordan. Good to see the Boostmeister back in one piece 😅
Dealing with a tibial plateau fracture, nice to see someone just jumping back into it.
Arthritis coming
I'm glad you're doing well. That was a hell of a hit.
so freaking stoked you get a second shot at it this season!
also, unfortunately, modern bike geometry is just better than that old stuff. as cool as it is.
I just broke my ankle (it sucks to not be able to ride) so I can’t imagine how much pain you had because I thought my ankle was bad but your injury was so much worse
OMG It's amazing to see you bacck man!
Had something similar 20+ years ago, just be aware the lung can collapse on its own again - happens quite frequently.
Not sure if the spring in your fork has a plastic wrap to reduce the rattling sound but that's what my old Fox 40 had and it would work it's way to one end of the spring over time Vs being in the center and it would make that sound. I just had to pull the spring and reset that wrap the center to quiet things down again.

oh hell yea brother, lets go!
man i've bruised ribs before and been unable to do stuff for almost 5-6 months.. crazy you can ride after your crash in such a short time
Im a few days late but, im here. Great video, nice to know your healing well and have gotten that exercise going again. When you went to Whistler did you go eith friends?
Good to see you back
Hi Jordan, i comented on your insta post that i broke my hand the same day as you, im fully healed now, hope you are doing well too, bro!
Dude let’s go! Keep rockin
Boost boss is back baby
nice to see you again dude 🤙
im so glad your back to biking again😄❤
The worst crash of your life, so far*🤠
-jokes aside, glad youre back on the bike and doing better dude! Your content is awesome. A real good balance of riding and communication with the viewer. Top tier content🤙
Glad to see you back on the bike! Dont over do it!!!!!!!!!!! Also HOW DID YOU KEEP UP YOUR CARDIO with that injury? You seemed like you were hardly breathing hard!
it was all downhill!
you should come to the kamloops bike ranch again they upgraded it and added a pump track
dude nice stoked for u
Clearing the jumps would be less impact because it smoother than pumping or casing
hey Jordan, good to hear you are good, did you get away without a concussion? I hope so!
I didn't have any concussion!
Great to see you are back on the bike👍
Quick question, how much did the boost monster cost to build?
Legend for this
I crashed 2 weeks ago and I’m back too!😊
Could be a good time for a custom build series with you not 100%. Do a fabricated frame to sort the boostmonster issues.
Great video
Broke my foot in 4 places. Hopefully will be back before the season ends in october for me.
