Absolutely the sickest video I’ve seen all week
I just have no desire to hit gap trails. I would say 90% of average riders don't jump properly, cant control their bikes in the air, and are destined for a big crash. Took me a long time to figure out the difference, and now that I know why I also know how hard it is to practice until you "get it" without getting hurt. More power to those who can, and take the risks, I will just copilot from my phone.

Yeah Jordan Vancouver island is a FR playground riding with. Dean must’ve been a experience WC races are just incredible how fast they go down trails the mind boggles.
Trust Vancouver Island to have amazing and well-built features especially Daisy Duke that is absolutely incredible especially the last feature And FairPlay for hitting stuff blind scary and fun
I have seen Dean on a few videos. He is so cool and supportive of other riders.

My favorite is slick steeps where you're just trying to survive. LOL you get such an adrenaline rush the more you scare yourself so that kind of stuff is always good for a buzz. Big drops have more of an anxiety factor and are fun in a different way. Jumping is always the easy part. LOL

It’s kinda funny for me to watch this because you’re struggling with these steep very technical things but you’re really confident and good at doing big jumps while I am really good at these steep sections and I often struggle with bigger jumps

Hey, loved the vid! You mentioned that you have a boxxer from 2017 on there. Would that happen to be a boxxer RC? Or just an air one? Been trying to find info on how the RC rides on techy stuff but there seems to be no info on it anywhere.

17:30 you would have been better off putting a M6 helicoil in the brake mount. That way you would have got stronger threads and would have kept the same bolt size. There are also other inserts you could use if it is stripped out well beyond 6mm. Even now it would be be possible to get a M8 to M6 reducer insert. Then use loctite 271 (red) to keep the reducer insert in place permanently.
we tried a helicoil and it failed, but a reducer would be nice to try though! I don't think I found those

I wanna ask your opinion to just ask what you think. I would want a dh/freeride bike and the two options I have thought about are yt Tues 27.5 freeride bike and the other one is the rose scrub dc3. I just thought I'd ask you or do you have something else to recommend. Sick video as always.
