pura correct nhi hai...blck box tar tutne par bhi use karte hai and connection bhi hm black box se de skte hai....
aap chao to black box se 100 lines bhi de skte ho depending upon aap konsa power splitter use kr rhe ho..practically not possible but ek box se max 20 line chal jata jai..
kyuki box k andaar jagha bhi hona chahiye jisse wire management ho ske...
abhi power spilliter bohot type k hote hai..

Worst connection they don't provide any internet and monthly 2 Week's they remove connection we need to request/call customer service or local employees for internet issue even they respond service pathetic waste of money
But in my area(Varanasi) they give very good service even though any time 24/7 the local staff is also very responsive

Mujhe excitel ke ground worker ke bare mein soch karke bahut hi ashcharya hota hai ki kaise excitel walon ne inko hire kar liya. Jinhen na bolane ka Tarika na baithane ka Tarika hai vah bilkul bhi professionalism nahin hai aise logon Ko excitel ne kaise hire kar liya Jo sirf paise kamane aur thagne ke chakkar mein rahte Hain. Aise ground worker ko excitel ne kaise higher kar liya mujhe to lagta hai excitel mein hi khot hai. Agar excitel ko gro Karna hai to aise ground worker ko change karna chahie. .

Yah kya Tarika hai yah koi professionalism hai kya professional aise hote Hain kya mujhe to Aisa nahin lagta. Aap Jo bhi youtuber hoon main aapse yah request Karta Hun ki is baat Ko aap excitel tak jarur pahunchayen aur mera yah prayas hai ki excitel ko sudhar karna chahie apni service mein ya FIR is service ko band kar dena chahie

Iam using excitel fiber its been 9 months now the Internet runs smoothly and fast there is no issue pata nai tum log kon ho jo excitel ko badnaam kar raha hai airtel jio se toh acha hai BAS ISP acha hona chahiye
Hum nahi iska ISP hi iska nam kharap kar raha hai. Excitel, jio Airtel se achha hai isliye itne baker service me v 2.5 years humne use kiye.

the most pathetic internet provider... after waiting for 20 minutes their call center employees will come on call and are so rude and uncooperative that u will pull your hair while explaining them the problem. They will not even register your complaint. My internet wasn't working for 8 days despite lodging a complaint on day 1 when i called them to know my complaint status on 9th day some employee name Aditi said we cant process your complaint until I am physically present in front of modem (I was out of station ) so I asked my house keeper to be there after doing whatever she instructed then she wanted to varify what is written under the blinking red light I told her multiple times that my servant is illiterate but her only response was I can't do anything, will not send technician until you read that. It was sooo frustrating that I called again waited for another 20 minutes for the next employee to answer and cancelled my connection.
The same thing happened to me once I was out of station and my Internet was not working for 4 to 5 days. One guy from there customer care called me and asked me about the problem. I told them that my Internet not working, and I am out of station, When he got to know that I was out of station, he immediately told me that your issue has been resolved by our team. Your connection is okay now, go home and check it out. When I returned home,. I found out there is no resolution, and my connection is still disconnected.
