I live in Delhi & used Excitel after your suggestion in previous videos. Just to put my review - I would never suggest anyone to opt for their services. When we pay for any service, we expect ownership from the company but this company has zero ownership & no etiquettes when it comes to customer service. I'd happily pay little more for Airtel which provide top notch service be it in connection related or customer service related. DO NOT take Excitel unless you are prepared for being harrased.

I've been using it for the past 3 years.....hardly 2 to 3 days of downtime per year that too lasts for 1 to 2 hours max.....I also tried Airtel fibre but the gaming pings on Airtel fibre are horrible....I got better pings on my Airtel 4G Simcard that's how bad Airtel fibre is for gaming

I am from Delhi, and I have been using Excitel for 3+ years now. No Major issues faced till date. Quite happy with their resolution speed as well (another friend of mine is also using for 2+ years, and is happy with it). This is a very LCO dependent thing, becuz i also recommended a relative of mine this service, and their experience was bad, even though we live in the same sector, just a different block, but becuz our LCO was different, the service quality changed drastically.
Exactly mein bhi 9 months main use kar raha hun aur kisi din network drop huwi bhi hai toh mein Turant complaint karne ki baat woh fix ho jata hai so i am really happy

You are absolutely right, the reliability of a network connection depends on the ground team. About 1.5 years ago, I installed Airtel fiber at my home and paid one year in advance because I trusted Airtel. However, those 1.5 years were a nightmare for me as I had to call them every week since their connection never worked properly. After that, I switched to Excitel, although I was a little hesitant due to some negative reviews on the internet. But, to my surprise, Excitel's connection has been working great with a consistently stable speed.
I am from Ghaziabad, and I have been using Excitel for 1+ years now. No Major issues faced till date. Quite happy with their resolution speed as well.

Mai Jabalpur ke outskirts me ek village me rehta hu. Yaha bohot kam services hai fiber ki. BSNL maine new year me lagwaya tha. Socha free me lag raha hai plans bhi saste hai speed bhi sahi aa rahi hai. Inka asli rang dekhne mila jab inke connections drop hone lage, aur ek time ke baad ye log customer ki sunna band kar diye. Customer care bhi bilkul bekaar koi resolution nahi milta tha 1-2 din tak band reh aata tha. Disconnect karvane ke liye bhi Telephone Exchange jaana pada jo 15 km dur tha mere ghar se. Phir recently 5Net lagwaya, unhone bhi 2 din pareshan kiya installation ke chakkar mein. Lekin install karvane ke baad ek baar bhi problem nahi aayi aur speed bhi sahi mil rahi hai.

I was planning to switch from TATA Play Fiber to Excitel because of price, but no way at least TATA team is responsive.
I booked excitel yesterday & today they installed the connection. Go for it.
try downloading more than 4400GB in a month. They claim it but Its not unlimited with tata play fibre. I am currently using it. Though i dont know anything about excitel
I am from Haldia (West Bengal), and I have been using Alliance Broadband service for 7+ years now. No Major issues faced till date. LOC service is very good in out locality. I also use Alliance Broadband service in our village, specially for video call for my parent. But their service was very bad. Sometimes no connection for 2 or 3 days. It happened because in our village there are no other Broadband service. So you bound to use their service. Same connection but two different experience. 😕😕😕😕😕
So currently I am BSNL FTTH 200mbps in my area the private vendor is very Kind and service is best in his class. In almost 4 years I hardly call for fiber cut due construction in 30min problem solved. Connection Speed is constant 200mbps up & down and ping also 5-6ms.
I had an Airtel Fibre earlier.
They could not re-establish my connection even after 1 week on wiring problem because of Moharram. And Excitel users connection was re-establish same day.
Since then I am using Excitel and it's service is good and the staff is friendly in my area too.
There are only some connection and speed drops here and there.
I am satisfied with it.
And ya, cost effective too. For the same price I have triple the speed.

I have used excitel in Delhi for 1 year then I relocated to my hometown Orai and have been using it for the last 3 years here.
Service depends on the local provider. My service provider is really great, even if fiber is damaged by monkeys or rival companies it is repaired within an hour. Almost no downtown, speed is good and prices are reasonable.

@@prathamshaw5826 Router company ne hi diya tha in 2000 but ye 2000 security deposit tha, this is refundable if you withdraw the connection in future. I'm happy with excitel, I recharged for 12 months in 6000, speed is 200 MBPS aur kya chahiye
I used to have Airtel, but their service sucked at kashid park, Pune. I live in an apartment, and Airtel from the start had their service network. But recently jio started service, the best until now almost 1 year using their base plan, no downtime or fluctuations in network even 4k seamlessly works.
Jio is doing great in installation as they don't cut the fiber. Add another part to it...they just add the tip to the fibre so no slicing.
Even during heavy rain in Pune, in our building tikona service stopped, tata fibre was fluctuating and Airtel too, but jio was seamless.
I am using Excitel since 3 years. If you are going for excitel done firstly go to the nearby excitel office and ask that local person to install the same also take his no. Then, everything will go smoothly.

I am using Excitel here in Delhi (KeshavPuram) since 2015 when the base plan was starting with speed of 5 Mbps, now it is 200 Mbps. I am really happy with service. In this period of 8 years there were few major problems but the customer care and line man was very prompt.

Using ION for past 3 years in Nashik, Maharashtra. Reasonable plans with quick service. No major outages or service disruptions. I opt for yearly Plans which give me 2 months extra. For instance 5000/year for 30 Mbps UL, 6000/year for 50 Mbps UL, 8000/year for 150 Mbps with a monthly data cap, etc. These are inclusive of GST. Monthly plans for the same will be like 500/month, 600/month, 800/month. There are both UL and capped data plans with multiple speed options. You can purchase an OTT bundle separately from their partner service (not bundled with their plans).
Their old app and website was good. In the new one i face issues while changing the plans. I can go from lower to higher plan but cannot switch back to lower plan. I need to call the ground staff to handle recharge/plan switches. You can opt for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months or 24 months plans.
Upload and download are generally more than your selected plans.
I have also suffered a lot of disconnection issues with excitel fibre and when airtel started giving their fibre plan i switched to airtel and their service is amazing
I am also using Excitel fiber. the speed is more than the opted plan., and very less signal loss, hardly 2 times a month, and that too for maximum 1 or 2 hours but jab kabhi problem hoti hai LOS wali, ye log baat ko ghumate hain ki bas 10 minute me aa raha hai,20 minute me, aur laga dete hain 2 hours, ek baar toh hadd kar di last month inhone raat 11 baje se agle din dopaher 4 baje tak theek hi nahi kiya, kuyunki new connection kisi ka karne me baaki log ke connections kharaab ho gaye the, 10 10 minute karke agle din tak taal diya tha

I live in a gated high rise apartment, so all wiring is inside walls or underground.
Been using jio fiber, and since last 1 year, i hardly had 1 hour of disconnection total (yes, 1 hour in a YEAR). It is extremely rare nowadays.

I am using excitel last 5 years I was among the first 2-3 guys using service and given 12-15 connection in my area but now it is getting low speed in 300 mbps plan when contacted they just say switch on off and they do something it work fine then same issue after few days. Even if I don't do on off just say done to caller even issue resolve it means they are decreasing speed on their on. There 300 mbps plan equal to 30 mbps of jio. Another place using bsnl at least 1.5 years it's working fine and better now removing the excital.

If this is not resolved, reach out to their legal officer. As per DoT, if any issue with the ISPs is not resolved with 7 days, we have to take next steps and contact the legal officer, if legal officer doesn't resolve the issue with 10 days. You can register a complaint with DoT or any other concerned authorities.
Excitel is just like chinese products, chale to chand tak varna sirf sham tak.
And in this case, the product is not delivered

I am using jio fiber for 1 year. In last year very few problem with the service hardly 1 or 2. But in last 2 months more than 10 service issue. Call customer care then they send the agent, they fix, works for 2 , 3 days and again the same problem.

The same problem happened with me while I booked for BSNL Fiber....from local BSNL Office (Rajbandh under Asansol) mera bhi wire ghar me latak rha tha 15 din se koi network nhi tha...aur kyc complete karneke bad 1 mhine se koi bhi connection established nhi hua..but udhar Postpaid connection tha 1 month ka bill bhi generate ho gya...they showed installation is complete from the kyc day...what the hell.. 7:24

Delhi mein toh zabardast chalta hai maine july 2020 mein lgwaya thaa pehle 3 mahine mein har 2 hfte mein 1 din 2 3 ghante ka downtime hota thaa lekin oct 2020 se leke aajtak.....3 saal se use kr raha hun seedha 7000 ka recharge krwao 12 months ka 400 mbps best deal...koi dikkat nahin hai......aur ping bhi Airtel aur jjo fibre se better hai....3 saal mein hardly 3 4 din 1 1 ghante ka downtime hoga

According to me ye problem jo inke sath aa rahi hai vo particularly inke pass ke provider ki hai.
Because mere yaha aaj tak koi issue nahi aaya hai or agar kishi upgradation ke liye connection cut bhi hota hai to Raat me 2 baje ke baad hi hota hai. Or ha ye pahale she message bhi kr dete hai. I am happy from service in (kanpur)

I live in Varanasi and using for more than a year now. Speed is good and line loss is very rare but the only thing is that while using wifi calling call drop happens. Wifi calling doesn't work with excitel.

excitel offers best value plan....with infreior service. i used it around 2-3 years. 1.5 year on copper connection and other half on fiber connection! the LCO is ruined your experience. but wifi speed in your budget full fill your need. you need just to pay some amount for better service to their partner. like yesterday i pay 300/- for wire broken replacement charges. after 1.5 years of connection usage. be ready for no connectivity only 4 hours! rather you got 1day compensation free!

I am from Delhi Malviya nagar worse service and speed I have paid 8300 for 400mbps no one will believe that I am getting sometime 60 mbps and they are not even ready to to refund the money. I ve called them more than 7 time within 15days. I will esclate this to the consumer court.
I'm from Hyderabad , its been 18 months and to this day i have faced zero issues with them . Network is always up , both upload and download speeds are very consistent.
I have excitel connection for about an year and have never faced any issues. Never had to call them even once flaw less connection. But will check the customer support experience now.

I have been using excitel in Delhi (east delhi) service is awesome and speed is 99% good but sometimes it goes down. Sometimes the internet stops but comes back within an hour or message updates!!

Brother even we had the same plan for 3 years and then this year we took the plan of 9 months and it was supposed to end in November and it started getting worse since June and then we found out they left our area and they are not refunding us saying it's prepaid and when we are not agreeing they are saying wait for 24 hours and then again after 24 hours it's another person saying wait 24 hours
Well, I have been a customer of Comway (I'm from Kanpur), from more than two years, still using it, I won't pull this much, I know, it is the problem of LCOs, those guys are so much hopeless, they literally do not know a single word about broadbands and fiber connection!

I am using excitel for 2plus years
I have no connectivity issue almost every week but it is for 1 to 4 hours per week
And I have also faced wire broken issue 4 times in 2 years which is resolved in 4 days every time
So weekly 4 hours becomes 12 days per year PLUS 4 days into 4 becomes 16 days
So total 30 days in year I dont get services
Jiska compensation milta hai days aad hote hain almost half means 15 days
But I cant switch over other Wifi because they are almost twice expensive which i Can't afford
So my honest suggestion if you can afford go for airtel otherwise go for airtel
I think you should register the complaint in the consumer forums that are provided by the government. They will definitely take the necessary actions and you will also get the refund amount.
Excitel best hai mere city Kanpur me. Maine Den, Tikona, Airtel aur Jio fibre sab use kiya hai. Sabse sate aur sabse reliable.

I had excitel from past 5 years in starting it had major issues but now its stable . The company providing solutions to problem faster now so overall at these price point is good
Same as Alliance Broadband Kolkata🤣 Once i complain about speed fluctuating they customer care gave me the loc number that i already have then i contacted loc he said my laptop or router is defective 😂. I have installed Alliance broadband at 3 of my location 2 of them is very bad. Have 125mbps pack never get close to of it max 110mbps i contact about it they said 15mbps reserved for stability so all bandwidth never suck by one download/upload it's seem reasonable explanation so i didn't go further. One of the connection good in my north kolkata location good they provide free router too but only 30km away south hell of service😂. And my oldest connection at murshidabad city of arijit singh jiaganj that's my god they are different human bad service too🤣. All of this location I'm waiting for Jio Airtel to come so that i can change it. They have business bcz they operation area doesn't have other competitions. Now they lossing business. One of my friend from behala kolkata he said there area run loc mafia same Alliance broadband loc involve in politics so their not letting jio airtel to come😂. One thing is these loc not only deal with singel company they have multiple partnership with different company over same infrastructure. Bcz once i complain loc about poor speed they said yes Alliance is down now so they gave me new connection of SITI CABLE over same wire😂

Point 3:- 1 day extra tabhi milta hai jab 4 hours ka disconnectivty working hours k bich me ho... mera rat k 12AM bje se 12PM tk.. almost 12 ghante tk connection lost tha fir bhi mujhe 1 extra day ni mila because inka working hour 10AM se start hota h aisa mujhe customer care se bat krne k bad pta chla.... excitel sucks...

Excite is a big drop back in Mumbai... I have installed it and in one month i have uninstalled it . Because not good speed no good service for excitel person after calling no one answered your problem... 100 mbps plan i was getting 10mbps speed. My installed money is still not refunded... It's been about a year.. please don't waste your money on excitel wi-fi plan....
Bhai kabhi refund, fraud etc ka problem aane lage yah call centre se koi aapna problem solve nahi horaha hai toh consumer helpline mai complaint kar dena refund aa jayega

maine bahat sare cable brdband use kar chuka hu....last 3.5 yrs se jio fiber use kar raha hu west bengal may.or mere sabi friends and relatives jio fiber use karte hain west bengal k dofferent place may....connection stability 100%...last 3.5 yrs may ek second k liye vi koi disconnection nehi hua hain....free may dega to vi dursa ghatia net kavi use nehi karungaa...
I am from West delhi using Excitel from 6+ years from personal use to now I have 400 Mbps plan when it doesn't have many till now not a single big issue which I can say that, that issue impact my work but ya service is Little slow ...
Same experience hai Mera bhi ek counter sae dusre counter bhej dete hai call resolution dete nahi hai. Ha lekin Mera aapke wala issue nahi tha lekin tha router change ka lekin koi karne ko taiyaar nahi. Or inki app ek dam wahiyaat koi kaam ki nahi hai.
Suggestion mera bhi yahi hai mat use karna after service kuch nahi milti.

I'm also excitel user since 12 months and i have face internet connection issue every month and raise ticket every month
Honestly i am using excitel from last 2 years i am getting good speed of 200 mbps and i have not faced any issue with excitel.
I pay 6k yearly for 200 mbps which also gave me 30 days extra apart from 365 days
I am happy with excitel

i mean it might be the case for you guys
but for me am using it for the past 2 years and trust me i only had issue 3 times in these 2 years
that too its not from their end
the issues happened like during rain when wires were cut as they were heavy rainfalls and trees fell down
and other time when GHMC guys were cutting trees they mistakenly cut the fiber wires and had issue
and apart from that
never faced any issue
and yeah speaking of speeds
used 200Mbps for one year and 400Mbps for another year
and the Speeds were never compromised
as well as there is no FUP Cap
like literally no cap
i even check my usage every month on how much data i use
and i have a data usage of 13TB minimum for each month
i think it depends upon area to area as well like locality to locality
Same Situation Happened with me and my Friend for BSNL 200 MBPS plan. One got a good service but other derived from it.
I'm paying 2k for 3 months in Delhi for the same speed on Den Networks, you would think plans would be cheaper in metro cities. _Sigh_

Some time One LCO will have aggreement with multiple ISPs . They give same service to all broadband.

I live in a small town in odisha where we have bsnl Airtel and some other small players. Airtel was the most expensive one but the service of Airtel is pretty much amazing... Never had a drop and any issue is resolved within 2 - 4 hrs
My ticket is pending from the last 200 days but no response.
I live in Delhi. It's been 1 year since I started using Excitel Broadband. But now their service has become very useless and whenever there is a breakdown, the internet does not work for two-three weeks.
