Honestly, story 12 warmed my heart a little bit, besides it being an incredibly creepy story, that manager was so kind to be concerned for the story teller. You just don’t hear about that very often
10:18 ; I love how the manger actually was worried. And made sure the story teller felt safe. And even closing the shop with her? That is a kind soul. I hope he's doing well
I'm pretty sure he realized and it reminded him of his (possibly) kids and he couldn't scar a kid and decided to just head home or at least somewhere else where the kid wouldn't be scarred for life
So the guy pulls out a gun, checks the magazine, puts the gun in his mouth and starts yelling names for a couple minutes... You don't see the issue with that statement
@@ewade244 ????? I do see the issue. What i meant is that the guy is dead on set on ending his life but when he saw a child it's as if he got hit by this weight of realization about what he would do is terrible and decided "you know what, not today."
I wish these stories were more of the _“we were out camping and heard a scary noise”_ type of scary, rather than the _“a creepy guy started stalking us in the mall”_ kind of scary.
Well if you want something more "We were out camping and heard a scary noise." type scary then you could try lets read, he does horror stories and it seems like you would like it.
That one with the creepy massage experience makes me so angry. I am a licensed massage therapist, and there is not much that pisses me off more than someone tarnishing my profession’s reputation like that man did.
When I was like 7 or so, I got this nose spray to prevent the flu. A few days after after that spray, I had a allergic and my neck was locked in place and couldn’t move it at all. I was put in the emergency room and had many needles for a week. After many years of this incident, the doctors still don’t know what it was.
happened to me but with my bottom half, some new medicine, when you’re young obviously your immune system is weaker, so it’s probably temporary paralysis after recuperating from the sickness whilst dealing with a newer medication
So I don’t remember this but my parents kind of hang it over my head as the “time you saw something weird.” So back when I was like 3-4 we went to go spend thanksgiving at my grand uncles house and while we were sitting down for dinner, I just started wailing. My parents had no clue why I was crying, but then I said that there was this little girl in the window just staring at me. It got so bad my dad and older cousins got up and moved and entire couch to block the window. So dinner concludes and my dad gets a little tipsy and my mom has no clue how to drive stick, so we all settle in for the night in a few guest rooms. Next morning I get up and say that Ashley (the girl outside) is really nice and I played some games with her. What adds a cherry ontop is that my dad had a sister who was stillborn, her name would have been…you guessed it, Ashley. To no ones surprise, I now have an obsession with the paranormal.
The first story was very sad and disturbing. Honestly, I would have never forgotten that and would have told my parents immediately. I really hope that guy got help and never did it.
Another totally creepy fact is that my late grandmother's farm house was undoubtedly haunted. Everyone would hear weird organ music (there were NO organs for miles around), 2 people fighting, see lights go on and off by themselves, water going on and off by itself. heavy objects flying off of shelves, tables ... We later found that my aunt had gotten deeply involved in the occult at that time
"There were NO organs for miles around" I know you don't mean it like this but now I'm just imagining there being a barrier where all the organs in your body just disappear while you're inside
A pretty scary thing that didn't happen to me, but a family member was when my grandma got a Stalker. She lives right next to an old woman with mental problems, and she can be heard screaming and yelling throughout the night. She sometimes even throws things over the fence onto my grandmas' property. This includes Stuffed toys, glass bottles and food. One day my grandma went over to the old lady's house to talk to her, and the lady had a friend over. This friend was a dirty old Hobo looking man with a big beard. My grandma talked to both of them about something and then a few days later she started getting creepy love letters. She never spoke of it at first but after the letters kept coming, she called my mom and Uncle. My grandma ended up finding out who sent the letters because the old dude would wait till my grandma left the house then he would talk to her for as long as she was around him. When my mom and Uncle arrived at my grandma's house my uncle was just about ready to beat the shit out of the old dude. They both went over to confront them, and I think after a good stern talking to and maybe a threat or two the old guy and the lady stopped bothering my grandma.
A scary thing happened to me once, when I was 11 I had a sleepover with my friend and she started to randomly cry in my room. I got really worried and started to try to calm her down and ask what was wrong, she said this: "Do you see it! In the corner!" I looked around and saw nothing, so I asked her what she was seeing and gave me a lightly detailed description of a shadowy disfigured 'thing' that was watching her. I took her out of the room and got her to calm down (it took a while) and then I got my parents, we called her parents and she went home. She stayed out of school for a while and then she texted me saying she was going to switch schools without reasoning. I don't know what happened and how she saw 'it', but I am suspecting that she had a mental illness like schizophrenia.
@@dwhimple8326 I don't think you get what sleep paralysis is. During sleep paralysis you wouldn't be able to move or talk to the friend, so it would probably be schizophrenia.
yeah sounds like schizo. they see shadow people a lot. my grandma had it and would always say theres a black woman following her. black as in shadowy. and it was always scary to see, especially as a kid. someone just saying theres a black shadow person following them and staring at them n what not and you see nothing at all and you dunno what to do about it because again you're a kid. the fact an 11 year old had that is rare too. if thats what she had i mean.
I love how the manager was worried for their employees and wouldn’t let them close the store in fear of them dying or getting kidnapped. Really sweet actually, kudos to them
My husband began receiving messages, on Facebook, from a woman who insisted that she and my husband went to high school together and were best friends. I messaged who, I assume was her boyfriend, informing him she was overstepping boundaries and the messages needed to stop. He got defensive with me, defended her behavior and told me he knew where I worked. People are crazy!
Tied for me, both were nightmares I had as a kid. Let's get the simple one out of the way first. For weeks, I would occasionally have really strange nightmares where I was just sitting on my bed with this horrifying oppressive. . . Thing, more like a presence than a creature, weighing down on me. Not literally, but it just felt like a huge weight on my chest and it was really scary. I didn't know how to describe it back then. Now I do: Sleep Paralysis. Now onto the more interesting one. I was in . . . 3rd grade, I think, so what, 9 years old? Somewhere around then. Context: my bed was in one corner of my room, my door was to my left, and in the far left corner from my bed was my closet door. So, in the middle of the night, I hear a rumbling from my closet. I have no idea what it sounded like, but it felt like some kind of scary shadow monster making the earth tremble. So I get up, grab the knob to my closet door, and . . . I wake up. We're cool. But then, I hear the rumbling again. And I go to the door again. And I wake up, again. Very confused by this point, we repeat this cycle no less than six times. Eventually, I wake up - and instantly, I can tell I'm really awake. Apparently it's either innately obvious what is reality and what is a dream, or I was just very conscious of what waking up to another dream felt like. Keep in mind, I'm freaking out at this point. This is the kid who slept under all of their covers in case zombies tried to get they'd be safe. This is the kid who watched his closet door slowly creak open over the course of 2 hours. The kid who had nightmares from watching the TRAILER for The Thing. And somehow, this absolute coward acts like so: I hear the rumbling from my closet, once and for the last time. I think to myself, "This is real. I won't wake up this time." And despite apparently thinking this was the work of a monster, I steel my resolve, and open the door, to witness the horror that was . . . My cat, rustling around in a container of Beyblades. Yes, I was given 6 consecutive dream loops that seemed like prophetic visions at the time, by my cat. I still have no idea how he got into my closet, because I know for SURE I kept that thing closed at night as a kid. Still kinda disturbs me to this day. Not the dreams, the reality, the fact that I just decided that I would be extremely brave by my standards, for no particular reason. It's extremely strange to me.
Sort of like a dream I’ve had before when I was around 8 years old consisting of 8 dream loops. I would suddenly wake up to hearing my dogs coming inside after they were left outside, so naturally I got up to check what was happening. It was my mum so I asked her why she opened the door for them. She said to come to her and look outside so I did and I saw these strange gremlin like creatures flying around and burning the neighbouring houses. And then I would wake up. This kept on looping many times but each time I went to look outside more of the houses were burnt, and then eventually mine. I got outside but not the rest of my family and to my surprise I found a fresh skin of a human that had no organs, blood or anything inside, just skin. Except it wasn’t a human, it had no eyes on its body and absolutely no facial features. The dream ended.
I think u we’re having false awakenings of getting up but u were awake enough to be aware of the doors rumbling Kinda funny it’s from the cats heck my cat was on my bed one night and stretched she was shaking she was stretching so hard and it shook my bed I thought it was an earthquake and literally SCREAMED at the top of my lungs EARTHQUAKE!!!!! While I covered my ears 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Little did I realize I was half asleep I made myself look like a fool screaming like that and once I woke up fully (in a few seconds) I realized it was just my cat stretching right by my head 😂😂
FINALLY I GET TO SHARE THIS! So, one day, when I was about 7-10 years old, I’m just chilling in my room looking at my phone. Mind you, my mom was at work at the time (she was a doctor) and I was being babysat by my grandma. So I’m just chilling in my room looking at random memes on my phone when I suddenly get a message from an unknown number on WhatsApp (this happened in the early 2010s). The message said “Hello. What’s your name?”. I had luckily been taught by my mom from an early age to never trust strangers, SPECIALLY on the internet. So instead of telling them my name, I ask “Who are you?”. They answer with “I’m your friend. What’s your name?”. Now, I was just a naive 7-10 year old kid at the time, but even to me at the time these messages sounded sus as hell. So I decided to talk with my grandma about it. I can still see today how her face went pale when she looked at the messages. She told me “don’t answer those messages no matter what” then proceeded to call my mom. Five minutes later, my mom was at home. They took my phone and started analyzing it like it was the last piece of evidence on a case that has remained unsolved for years. The next day we went to the police station. While we were waiting at the police station, the dude started sending me pics. The pics themselves didn’t have anything of sus in them, it was just him having fun at a beach. After talking to the police chief, my mom got an idea. She asked me to leave the room, so I did. I later learned that she made a phone call with the dude for the police to track him down. So she pointed my phone’s screen upwards in a way that she could see him but he couldn’t see her. I also learned later that while acting and speaking like a child for the dude, the dude started doing some very… adult things on the screen. Eventually, they managed to track him down to a place in Saudi Arabia (I live in Brazil). They warned the Saudi Arabia authorities and they arrested the dude. Turns out he was a pedophile. A few days later, everything had come back to normal. I had already put that behind me. But suddenly I hear angry shouting from the kitchen. Curious, I leave my room and go to the kitchen. And what do I see? My mom on the phone with the dude. Just to put even more salt on the wound (he had already been sentenced to a lifelong time in prison), my mom called him via phone to talk with him. And there she was, calling him every single curse word that you can possibly imagine (and even some that you can’t). After calling him about 80 different things (none of them good) she just hung up on his face. This was the scariest thing that ever happened to me, but it also made me realize how lucky I am to have a mother such as her
A few years ago, I developed a horrible fear of thunderstorms and tornados after watching really strong straight-line winds come at our house from the woods through a window, and it didn't help that my mom freaked out over it when it happened, too. I spent a long while being so scared whenever it rained that I would go to my parent's closet (the safest place in the house in the case of a tornado) and sit in there for hours to wait out the weather. Including in the middle of the night, when I was most scared because if we got any kind of horrible weather, I would be the only one awake and my parents didn't care to listen to tornado warnings when there was actually a tornado in the area. One night, I got scared so I went to their closet. It was really late and they were already asleep, and the dogs were used to it at that point so they didn't even so much as growl at me entering the room. I went in the closet, got situated, and everything was quiet. My parents are both relatively heavy sleepers, and my mom even wears ear plugs so that there's no chance of the dogs potentially waking her up if they decide to bark. A little while after I sit down in there, I hear a voice. It sounds like a woman, really close like on the other side of the door or infront of me, and all it says is, "Hello?" I figure it's just my mom, must've woken her up somehow. Until I realize that if she had woken up and come up to the closet, I would've heard a lot of noise from the bed and her having to move dogs around to get up (we had 6 small-ish dogs at the timewho all slept on her side of the bed), and she probably wouldn't have left it at just one little 'hello'. I swore that for the rest of the time I was in there, it felt like someone was behind me despite there just being clothes and a wall there. If I remember correctly, I also thought I saw a head with the face hidden by medium-length black hair move next to mine at some point. It terrified me more than the weather that night. Other strange and scary things that happened to me at that house include: -I would crack my bedroom door open sometimes, and one night I saw the black silhouette of a hairless head duck out of sight of it when I looked over there. No one in my family is bald. -I've had a few occassions where I've seen shadowy arms reaching out towards me from my sides. -There was a number of months where I heard knocking on my window and desk randomly in the middle of the night, despite there being no logical reason for it. -One night one of the dogs was sleeping in my bed with me and I hadn't fallen asleep yet, when she suddenly jumped up yelping in pain and ran to my bedroom door, desperately wanting out while staring at my bed. In my opinion, it seemed like something had hit her. I remember cursing out whatever it was while I held her, and crying. -For at least a month straight, there was this horrible smell of mold in my closet that we couldn't find the source of. Then one day, it just completely vanished without a trace. -One day I felt a sudden burning pain on my leg and looked down to see a completely brand new, bright red scratch on my calf. It was really three scratches right next to each other, and I couldn't figure out any way that could've happened when I was literally just sitting still on my bed when it occured.
Oh my goodness! Say a prayer to your guardian angel....that's so scary I'm sorry you had to experience all that. I have found so much peace when I ask my guardian angel to protect me
My story is just a nightmare (and a weird one to be scared of), but I still think that it was pretty creepy. I was playing a video game. The first two levels are kinda fuzzy, but the third level was walking down a Bendy-style hallway. There were two doors, one of which lead back to the beginning of the hallway, one of which I really didn't wanna go through. Eventually, I went into the room I didn't want to go into. There was a TV in it. At first it was just a white screen with static noises, but then it went to a pink teddy bear with glowing white eyes and a bloody knife saying "shhhhhhhhh." I realized I was dreaming and tried to open my eyes. I almost got them open, but it was like there were rocks on them. The teddy bear looked kinda mad and again said "shhhhhhhh." The second time I tried, I opened my eyes. My most terrifying nightmare ever is the one with a pink teddy bear as the monster. That's gotta mean something.
Bro my friend said he had a dream about a videogame and bosses and their was 5 levels, it was night and he was to freaked out thinking about it, he didn’t want to freak me out and never told me. ( it was like a regular game but turned into horror)
dude, i'm a fan of sonic games, and in this one dream, me and some other random guy were watching TV. he turns it off for some odd reason and i go and turn it back on. and i saw tails' decapitated head on-screen, to which he turns it off again. my mind is like "would you stop.", and i turn it on again... and before i wake up i see something that may haunt me (besides the dead tails head), and that was the message on the TV that read "we'll see you soon." in a blood red color, as well as in a bunch of random fonts. as I woke up i felt scared out of my mind... and I wonder why I still have a tails.exe wallpaper on my phone?
Me personally, the time when my school had a real lockdown because of a report of a student with a gun. At first I didn’t know it wasn’t a drill, but it was taking a lot longer than a normal code red drill. At some point the woman on the PA system said it wasn’t a drill, and I started to panic. There were people yelling in the halls, and loud footsteps upstairs. I’d never felt like I was actually going to die before, and I can’t describe the feeling of truly believing that your life is coming to an end. It took a long time, but eventually we got to a code yellow, and after a while the day went on as normal. The police came, and they were responsible for the loud footsteps upstairs. The yelling in the halls was one of the other teachers berating her students for not going along with the lockdown. I managed to stay mostly calm and quiet in the situation, but inside I was thinking about all the things I wanted to accomplish in life, thinking I was gonna die right there in the classroom, thinking about how my parents would react. The police searched the school and found nothing, they even questioned non-students near the school, nothing suspicious. Either the person who reported the student with a gun was playing a prank, or there really was a student with a gun but they got out before the cops came. Regardless, it’s still the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced, and I was very lucky that nothing happened.
Ohhhh I've got a story. A couple years ago now I had to have eye surgery. The creepy part of this story is I remember the moments leading up when I completely blacked out, First my hearing started getting muffled, then it looked that my eyes were closing, but...... It didn't feel like my eyes were closing, if that makes any sense. Then a box appeared in my vision, it looked like somebody had quickly sketched it with a white colored pencil, then it started rotating and getting closer to one of the corners (like zooming in) then a very small hole appeared and got bigger and bigger and I seemed to zoom through it, this went on for about 30 seconds and after that I don't remember anything. Keep in mind I could still hear, talk, and realize what was going on. I didn't tell the doctors what I was seeing at the time, and ended up telling my mother about 2 months later.
Story #3 My son was a sleepwalker as a child (mostly 10 and under). Most of the stories of him speaking to us were a bit comical (“I have a frog in my throat and his legs are wiggling!”) but the night we heard him trying to leave the house (around 2 am) we put alarms on our doors. Lucky we woke up or who knows what would’ve happened. We live in the country and there are bears, fox, etc.
I’ve been wanting to share this. I don’t remember if I’ve shared this story online before but I feel it fits this question. So when I was 15-16 I went to stay with family in Seattle. My mom allowed me to walk around in the city by myself, something we knew my dad wouldn’t like. And for good reason. I only walked around by myself twice and both times I had a kind of creepy encounter. I also have bad social anxiety so any encounter with strangers was scary but these were super scary. Both encounters were with older males that could easily overpower me if my fears came true. So I was pretty scared. The first person actually seemed nice. It’s what they said that concerned me. Both people had accents that I couldn’t understand very well and were a bit far away so it was difficult to understand exactly what they were saying but I got the gist of it. First person worked at a storage place I was passing by on my way to the store. I know this because I saw them working through the windows on my way back to my family’s house. They seemed nice. In fact they were actually warning me. They were saying that I should be careful since someone was apparently taking people. This really freaked out my young self but this person seemed to have good intentions. I asked my family when I got back if there was any problem with kidnapping and they said their wasn’t. Not the creepiest encounter but at the time it happened I was scared out of my mind. The second one I was coming back from this activity that left me sweaty and tired. The place I was coming from wasn’t to far from the family’s house. I was getting closer to the house when someone pulled up next to me in a car. They started talking about how they helped homeless people and asked my to get in the car. I think they thought I was homeless. I declined as I wasn’t even homeless and even if I was, I’m not to sure I would trust someone who pulled up to me and asked me to get in their car. That just screams kidnapper. I was freaked out and worried that if they were a kidnapper, they’d try to take me by force. Thankfully they left after asking me a few more times to which I declined. Wether or not the person was actually a kidnapper, I have no idea. If they did have good intentions though, asking someone who was pretty obviously under eighteen or asking anyone really to get in your car is a good way to end up with no one taking your help. Moral of the story. My dad was right. I shouldn’t walk around the city by myself. Even as an adult I think it’s good to be out with a trustworthy friend or family. And if you want to be extra cautious. Text a few people let them know where you plan on going and who you’re with. Stay safe and never ever get in a strangers car. I would be hesitant actually to get in the car of someone who I know is a friend of a family member.
28 is relatable once as a kid I used to live in a one story house and I went through the kitchen to the bathroom, my brother walks through my mom's room but he was in the hallway leading to the bathroom
this happened to me only a few weeks ago. i was falling asleep in my room, but it was so hot, i had to crack the window open. i didn't want to turn on the ac, because my parents were really nitpicky about it and said that it made them feel too cold. anyway, i'm just falling asleep, when suddenly, i hear this weird noise coming from outside. it's hard to describe, it almost sounded like wind, but there hadn't been any wind or breeze prior to this happening. i hear this noise getting closer and closer, louder and louder. i slowly get up, and walk towards the window. by now, the noise is coming from right behind my window with how close it is. in an instant, i whipped open the curtains, and slammed the window shut. there was something on the other side of the glass, like a face, but i acted so quickly i could barely even see it. it could've been my mind playing tricks on me, or just my own reflection, but i still stay awake at night, thinking about it
something similar used to happen to me in my old house, i always swore i could hear this deep, low breathing out my window at night… turned out to just be the ambient noises of all the bugs goin about their lives. we are equipped to identify faces and danger so it makes sense that’s what we’d rationalize anything unfamiliar as being predatory.
I experienced something similar recently! Over the past few weeks I've been hearing noises coming right outside of my window. They don't seem like they are coming from the neighbors considering how loud and clear they are. The noises have varied, but the most notable one was what I could only describe as "alien noises". I wasn't as creeped out about it as I was more just confused about the whole situation. It has kind of died down since then, but I swear, earlier today I heard a faint siren, like no siren I've ever heard before, getting louder and louder, and then suddenly stopping. Each repetition different from the last.
I heard knocking on the bathroom window at night, the bathroom was on the second floor, so I naturally freaked out and headed to my room for a bit so that I could collect myself, ended up having a massive panic attack because I could footsteps in the hallway and knocking on my bedroom window I know my family's footsteps and my cat was in my room, sleeping, all my other pets were sleeping in their cages downstairs and my room had no door, just a curtain because the door came off it's hinges before I got the room from my mother I ended up sleeping in my closet with tmnt playing on my laptop because tmnt is the most comforting thing I know, still is, if I'm ever going through anything or if I'm falling out of a different fandom then I turn back to tmnt I still don't know who or what was walking through the halls but I swear that house was haunted, the Buddha statues my mother had in the hall kept turning to face my room and when I was outside of my room, I felt like I was being watched unless I was in the kitchen I still get that feeling in my new house, the difference with this house is that I've met the demon in the hallway, three weeks into staying here I met him in my dream, I know this cause when I went to sleep my bedroom light was off and in my dream I turned on the light and woke up to it being on I was creeped out for a bit and every so often for the first year or so, I'd feel uncomfortable with being in the hallway whilst home alone or when it was night and I was the only one awake Big guy means no harm, I feel safer in this house than any other house I've been in, the only thing different is I get some really weird dreams or some nasty nightmares, but that's fine to deal with since most of the time I don't dream at all I figure the hallway demon is trying to help me out somehow, especially with all the cases of deja vu I keep getting
Was staying in a friends apartment *a while* back... heard one of her cats meow loudly very close to the foot of the couch I was chilling on. I reached down to scratch her/pick her up onto the couch, but just couldn't. As in, my entire body locked up. At this point I heard a woman's voice firmly say "No. It's not a cat." Fastforward to early morning and my friend comes sprinting through the living room, flipping on every light in the place and diving behind the couch (by extension, behind me) and hunkered down saying over and over "It wasn't a cat. It wasn't a cat." See, up until that second point, I thought it was just a weird dream. Never had another incident there. Never figured out what the hell happened. Probably don't want to, honestly.
For the guy with the sleepwalking girlfriend,I know exactly the fear he felt. My daughter has night terrors, and when you have a night terror it's like you're awake and just terrified, but you're actually asleep. the only thing people can do is wait it out and try to comfort you,but it doesnt really work. My daughter looks at things that arent there behind me and screams. It terrifies me. Luckily, people dont remember night terror episodes and are unaffected by them,so it's only me who remembers her scaring the hell out of me LOL.
geez, can you put a space after commas like it should be, please? I struggled to read this xD But that's terrifying, glad she doesn't remember that, though if she did she could tell you what it was that scared her...
my father had night terrors or maybe ptsd after service in the Korean conflict, we lived in a 2 story home and as kids it wasn't unusual for us, when going to the bathroom to find dad crawling around the house giving us infantry hand signals to warn us of the dangers he perceived. it breaks my heart to think about this now
The creepiest thing that ove experienced well... I was homeschooled at the time my mom was outside smoking I was getting really freaked out (I have separation enxiaty) and I also started seeing things then I look down the hallway then I see a man staring at me I scream mom comes running in and it was just a figment of my imagination didn't sleep for a week after that scared the hell out of me
Same, I was once running down my hallway and then I thought I saw a toddler or child silhouette and I ran through it on accident (I had socks on so I slid through it) I glanced over my shoulder and it was gone. Tried not to acknowledge weird stuff like that lol
I remember the time I got lost in a Cruise terminal. I was going to go onto the Disney cruise, but got split up from my family. I was young at the time (around 5-6). Luckily, there was this kind Asian couple who helped me find my family again. It still scares me to this day realizing that had I gotten hell from the wrong person I could’ve gone missing.
One time I got lost at a water park place- I forget where. I was hold onto my aunt while my two cousins were standing by. We were waiting in line for something- I forget what. I had closed my eyes for a few seconds to clear them out or something, still holding onto my aunt. But when I opened my eyes (I had only closed them for about 2 or 3 seconds), I was suddenly holding onto a complete stranger and my two cousins were gone. I looked around the line and they were nowhere to be found. I was only, like, 7 or 8 at the time so I started to cry. After a bit, a lifeguard picked me up and brought me to my dad who was sitting in a chair. My dad was very upset with me, and I had no idea how my aunt and two cousins suddenly disappeared and turned into another woman.
The creepiest thing that happened recently (heads up, this is a possible ghost story and I'm 13, my sister nearing turning 16) was when I was asking my sister what she wanted for breakfast (I'm the youngest, but was recently taught how to make scrambled eggs) and all of a sudden my sister and I hear this feminine voice after my brothers 1 year old dog was growling at something, (my mom was dropping off my brother to his college, and my sister and I were the only two people there) and I look over to my brothers dog who was just drinking water, my sister after I made breakfast asked if I heard a woman asking if the dog was a good girl (I couldn't make out what she was saying,) and I said yeah. My sister and I think that it was my dad's dead mom (she died before I was born) and we think that she occasionally visits and interact with the dogs
I remember one thing specifically. I was with a friend a couple of years ago ( we were 12 years old at the time ) and would hang out on some park waiting for another friend. While waiting, a white van with no windows was going in circles around the park and eventually a man came out and came to the parks door talking to us (the park was still under construction and we had climbed to get in). He would ask us what our names were, what we were doing and in general personal questions. We ignored him for a while but he wouldn't leave. My friend then called me and said let's leave because we were creeped out, so I called the friend we were waiting and told him what had happened, so he suggested meeting at my house. So when he looked away and went in his van for unknown reasons, we started climbing the fence and started running. 2-3 weeks later we found out that he had stolen that van and confessed he was trying to kidnap for money
When I was younger I slept in my moms bed (this is important to the story) it was around 2-3 am we heard this creepy piano music from outside the window. Isn't ed of flight or fight I chose the 3rd option : Freeze my mom looked out the window and I pretended to be asleep.later when we woke up I mentioned it to my mom.The look of horror on her face realizing that it wasn't a dream is something I won't ever forget.
One morning around 6 am my senior year of high school, I thought somebody was trying to break into my house. It turns out it was my older brother. He's a nurse so he works all kinds of hours. I don't remember if this was before or after he moved out. I was shaking even afterwards. For the next year or so, I was scared to open the door to let my dog out that early in the morning. After this incident happened, we told my brother to let us know beforehand if he was ever coming by the house that early in the morning.
I remember that my parents saw on the community post thingy that someone recorded a strange man with a kids bicycle, but the thing was that there was no kid. He also appears more times with different objects. Another story is that an old lady posted on the app that she saw two teenage boys going into this trail that leads to the woods, but only one came back with a red splattered "something" in his hand
couldn’t find a better place to talk about this, and the creep in this story is me. so, i was chilling in class learning about vocabulary words, blah blah blah. i was thinking about going home, when someone(we’ll call him Jimmy, not actual name) kept bugging me. i told him to leave me alone, but he kept bothering me. i was thinking about a good way to freak out/scare Jimmy. i asked him the definition of eviscerate, and when he said no, i told him. he instantly went pale, and he never bugged me again. i was scary in 5th grade, man
I was at a old friend's house for a sleep over around 3AM I woke up to see my friends parents still up (this was normal for them) I said I was thirsty and they told me their was water in the fridge. I went over to the fridge grabbed a water bottle and looked out the window above the sink. To this day I vividly remember seeing a wolf that had a large hole in its side that had most of its organs hanging out of it as well as missing a eye and having a chunk taken out of its neck. We didn't find a body however there was blood and a lot of it. (This is all I can remember but that was horrifying)
One time I woke up and saw a string of starlink satellites in the sky and I legitimately thought there was a ufo outside of my house. I was so terrified I starting screaming and grabbed a gun thinking there was actual extraterrestrials outside. Well when my girlfriend came to see what was happening, they were gone and we looked it up and found out they were just starlink satellites. I felt pretty stupid to say the least.
If I saw them I’d freak to before knowing what they are I saw one launch and thought it was a missile 😂😂😂😅😅 I still haven’t seen them lined up in the sky u want to though I’m curious how they look in person compared to how they look in videos
For me I'd say the scariest thing that happened with a stranger happened when I was 17. I was in a chain coffee establishment with my ex at the time. We were sitting side by side with his backpack across from him and an empty seat across from me. He was on his laptop and I was drawing. Out of nowhere this guy who was easily in his late 20s/early 30s strolled up and sat across from me. He began talking to me about my drawings, and wanting to be polite, I made small talk about them, trying not to shift the topic into anything else so that eventually he would get bored and leave. My ex, having been a very non-confrontational autistic guy, tried to stay completely out of the situation, so it was just me and this dude. After a while I began to realize the guy had a pattern of scratching his hands and sniffing, over and over. At one point he stepped away from my table and I asked my ex if we should leave but before we did the guy came back, lowkey bragging to me that he had just snorted Ritalin in the bathroom. That immediately put my hackles up even further. He began asking me more personal questions, and at that time I made it very clear I was still a minor amd was uncomfortable. He kept going until my ex finally told the guy he was my boyfriend and asked him to leave. The guy asked if it was true and I just nodded. He screamed about how I wasted his time and my ex yelled back that he wasted his own time trying to pick up underage girls at a coffee shop. He stormed out yelling "BUT SHE'S LEGAL, SHE'S FUCKING LEGAL" because the age of consent here is 16. Still makes me feel sick to think about to be honest. Edit: To clarify why I didn't leave sooner, my seat was against the wall and the guy was sitting within arm's reach of me and the one way I could run through (he was the closest to the door). My ex was a MASSIVE dude too so he had me blocked on the other side as well.
When I was in 5th grade almost the end of the year so the class was pretty chill. There was a tic tac toe game going on in the back of the class and I had nothing better to do with my life so I went to take a look. The people playing were one of my friends and the quiet girl of our class. She rarely spoke to anyone even the teacher. Turns out people were challenging her to tic tac toe on a 9 by 9 grid requiring you to get 4 in a row instead of 3. I joined the line up at the end and by the time it was my turn no one had beaten her yet. It got to my turn and no one else was watching since they were getting bored of this already. I realized that I likely wouldn't win if I played fair since she won so many times in a row so I decided to do a slightly underhanded tactic. I started drawing at the side of the page and colored it in with my pencil as loud as I could. At first nothing really happened but as she was thinking of her next move the noise got to her and she was curious as to what I was doing and she spotted my drawing in progress. I didn't stop drawing and continued drawing circles with my left hand which was pretty tough since I'm right handed. Eventually most of her attention was attracted to the right side of the page wondering what I was drawing while she neglected the left side. I ended up getting a tic tac toe on the left side without her realizing it. When I announced my win she looked at the page and without hesitation stabbed my drawing arm with the pen she was using to play. I got a heart attack from it before my adrenaline shot through the roof and I immediately flipped the desk over on her and trapping her with it. She ended up expelled and I have a scar on right arm to this day from it. The drawing btw was me sitting on a desk didn't turn out well since it was covered in blood.
my story: One day I laid out of school, because I wasn’t feeling well, unfortunately though, I was too young (around 7 or 8) to be home alone, so I had to go with my mom to work. It wasn’t bad though; her shift was relatively short, and she only stocked cards, which conveniently was near the girls’ clothes area. While I was roaming around I kept seeing the same man appear-he was pacing through the girls section,, basically where I was. He looked to be bothered by something or lost? He was alone, and he always had one of his hands in his front pocket. For reason this man made me really uncomfortable. It’s like I sensed something was off and/or bad.
Sounds like that creep was fantasizing the girls that will wear the clothes and possibly pleasuring himself trying to be discrete 🤢 U had a good reason to feel uncomfortable
@@howtowithelizabeth7513 agreed! If something doesn’t feel right it most likely means something isn’t right! I’m glad I took notice even being so young.
And this is why I don't often insult or fight with people online and also why I'm not a social person and lock my doors and always have a phone on hand

I like to share my experiences, so here’s one. So when I was in fifth grade, my friend and I were super close. We were playing a card game and playing with my mouse when I threw a plush over to my sisters room (we had a large room and a curtain in the middle for privacy) and I got scared to get it and my friend, having no fear, walked over to get it. A minute later he ran out with his eyes huge and speechless. I asked him what happened and he saw a large black figure with long fingers in the middle of the room. We ran upstairs but realized we forgot my mouse, we went back downstairs and my friend stopped me. Saying there was a “black bloody hand on the window.” I looked, seeing nothing. Perhaps he was hallucinating? Everyone was fine but my friend five years later still keeps bringing it up
When I was 17. One of my aunts found their sister my aunt in a coma. We had no clue why she was in a coma at the time. We never found out either. She gets transferred to a long-term care facility still in a coma. Not long after that she passed away. Now comes the creepy part three months after she passed away it was her birthday. She had these clown music boxes that she was obsessed with. On her birthday One of the clowns started to play on it’s own. I go and I tell my mom the music box is playing by itself. She doesn’t believe me and tells me to go back out to the living room and leave her alone. No more than maybe five minutes later the music box starts playing again this time I’m thoroughly freaked out I run so fast back to my mom‘s room dancing my feet even touch the ground. And my mom goes down to look and it’s still playing on myself in a locked case. We have sense given the clown to her daughter and it still plays on every birthday not just her birthday but my birthday and many other birthdays.
I used to have a reoccurring dream where I was in bed and a man in shadow would walk up to my bed and just stand there, staring at me. Every time he would take a step his feet made a clicking noise. It's been about a decade since then but holy shit
Scariest thing that happened to me has to be a very, VERY realistic nightmare. And no, it wasn't just the contents of the nightmare. To explain, I am a lucid dreamer. I am very aware of when I'm dreaming, can make my own scenarios, and wake up or shift my dream when it's getting too out there. I'm 28 and haven't had a proper nightmare in about 10 years. Back in early September of 2012, right before the weekend, I get one. I was 16 or 17, still in high school, and enjoying life as a quiet teenager. Normal stuff, normal life, even if I had a few odd fascinations. This nightmare was anything but normal. I was fully aware of what was happening, but it felt off, like I was limited in what I could change. It first began with one of my dogs shadows on the wall of my room, huge, menacing, and fairly cliche. I immediately recognized what it was supposed to be, called his name, and this deformed dog walks in, acting like himself. Not great, but if that was all it was, it wouldn't even be remembered. Then I notice that something was outside, wings flapping. Big ones. My room has two windows, being on the second floor of our house, and I open one up. Outside looks what I've described as a harlequin. White and red outfit, kind of fleshy too, big wide grin, and no wings. The flapping was still going on. I tell this thing with confidence: "You can't hurt me. You can't hurt me." Its reply? "Yes I can." It knocks the window off its frame, to which I put it back on, and in bold defiance, go into my bed, in my dream, and go to sleep. I woke up near immediately with every part of my body that wasn't under the cover being hot like I had been laying in the sun. Two days later, my dad dies of a heart attack almost out of the blue. No signs, no symptoms, just goes to take a nap and dies. Two months later, I get another nightmare that seems to chase me through whatever dream I make, tinging everything red and rapidly decaying every character I put up. It only stopped when I focused on black and kept repeating Nirvana's Teen Spirit for like an hour. I've never had that happen again and I know that's nowhere close to normal. First time I've ever felt genuinely threatened by something that wasn't just my imagination.
I lucid dream to I had a nightmare of being on a bridge and it collapsed everything was so detailed down to the song that was playing and what the cars and drivers looked like around me heck I even saw the concrete thickness and texture from the road section in front of mine while mine separated and broke off then I fell for a few seconds before blacking out no pain just extreme panic if I didn’t have a healthy heart I probably would of had a heart attack I was so frightened by it 😖😖 I thought it was real to the point that once I woke up calmed down which took a good 15 minutes for my heart to stop pounding out of my chest Now I have a mild phobia of that damn bridge which I have to occasionally go over I slightly panic until I’ve crossed it even if the setting that was in the dream is different I still fear it was a premonition Oh yeah it was also full of vibration, rumbling and metal moaning and groaning before I went onto the bridge I was only and felt a lot of movement before it broke I think an MASSIVE earthquake caused it 😖😖😖😖 This wasn’t a lucid nightmare but I’ve had lucid nightmares combined with false awakenings they SUCK😩😩😩 Anyone turned away from lucid dreaming don’t be it’s fun most of the time plus u can heal trauma/grief by time traveling and preventing things from happing that upset u in the dream (yeah it’s not “real” and you’ll know that while dreaming) BUT u can pretend your in another dimension and stoping that version of u from having to go through what u went through in reality 🙂 lucid dreaming is usually awesome once u learn to do it Best tips do frequent “reality checks” look for things that are off like being back with an ex or being back in your childhood home when u moved years ago Next test reality I typically try levitating and if I leave the ground I know im dreaming Another test is to try reading it should be really hard or impossible my brain can only read a few words before the letters move around (almost like how dyslexia is shown in cartoons) and the words change then I can’t read a thing I know I’m dreaming then for sure Weird but this happens to me while dreaming with my phone it will either not work right or it will become flimsy like it’s made from wet tissue paper and won’t hold its shape one dream it even draped over my finger like it was melting 😂😂 this isn’t a good test for me I’m to frustrated trying to get it to work I’m to distracted to realize I’m dreaming (trying to film UFOs or taking pictures of breathtaking scenery but the camera won’t work or the phone becomes mush it’s so frustrating trying to get it to work i wake up before realizing im dreaming)
Sounds like a demon hurt u by harming your dad 😔 I’ve heard they can appear in a lucid dream and to me it sounds like that was definitely something evil 😖
See I know I have actual diagnosed mental illnesses from my time in the military and just a rough childhood. I know that a lot of the things I’ve seen could all be contributed to just “ hallucinations”. I just ignore them and continue like I don’t see/hear anything. The only really scary moments I had are when my ex wife would reach to something that I already told myself wasn’t real.
Oh, I got two stories for this one! The first one was that during my college years, we received an active shooter alter through our text messages. Now, when I got this, I was already next to an exit and in one of the many different buildings, and it was on the opposite side of campus. It was lunch and I was relaxing in the nearby lobby waiting for my next class to start, and since I didn't hear any gunshots in my building, I was a bit calmer than I probably should be after being told my life was in danger. Suddenly, I see a group of people piling out and into the exit, and just then the possibility that there was more than one shooter really struck me, so I ended up grabbing my backpack and bolting for my life. I remembered people saying that you shouldn't leave school during a shooter situation since someone could be waiting on the roofs or something to kill you, but seeing how everyone was ok outside, I joined in and ran off into the neighborhood across the street. I had to wait till my older brother was able to come by in the truck to pick me up, as I didn't have a car. And after all that fun stress, turns out the active shooter situation was just a balloon that tripped the school's laser-activated fire alarm. A week and a half ago, during my sister's wedding, I was at the bachelor party with my sister's group of friends and her lover's brothers and friends. 2 hours before the reception started, we were on the party bus and everyone else was getting drunk, save for me (not really a drinker). So, when it came time to enter the reception hall and have the first dance between my sister and husband, the father of the bride, and the mother of the groom, I wasn't too surprised at the idea that some of them may be a bit tipsy. However, during the mother and the groom dance, this one girl just suddenly slouched into my arm, startling me as I turned to face her, asking her if she was ok. She just giggled and went "no" before passing out on me. Suddenly, attention was taken from the dance to this passed-out girl as me and 6 other people had to drag her off the dance floor and tried to see if she was ok. Thankfully, she was, but the idea of having someone die right onto me was definitely startling to say the least.
Hearing these stories reminded me of my creepy moment. Back in 2011 when online dating was becoming a thing I match with someone. We talked for a while and decided to finally meet up. The day of the meet up I let one of my friends know about the meeting up to be there just in case (the friend was in the Marines at the time.) We decided to meet up at the local mall and I told him where I would be at. Around the time we were supposed to meet up this man I would say around 40ish comes up to me with a banquet of roses. I was confused because I thought I was meeting a 19 year old guy around my age. The guy sat down and starts saying he was so happy to finally meet me and how pretty I was in person. Turns out that the guy was using a fake profile to meet younger women and that he was married and had a daughter around my age. I was so happy my friend was there to interrupted the conversation to tell me my called him to let him know there was family emergency and couldn't get hold of me. To this day I still meet people in public places and let friends know where I would be at.
I have to be completely honest, if someone ever walks up to me while I'm standing still with my car and someone walks up and says "the devil is in your backseat" I would, without skipping a beat, say "Yeah, I'm his uber".
When I was 12 and I was outside, I was calling one of my best friends and it was currently night time. When I was holding my scooter in of of my hands I noticed a white van with no windows pass me once. I decided not to freak out too much because it’s probably just travelling to a different place. Not too long after, the same white van with no windows passed me again and I wasn’t taking any chances. I rushed inside, hid and told my dad. He checked outside and said the van “mysteriously” wasn’t there anymore.
One time I was outside stacking wood and there was a group of like 5 shady people that walked by my senses went straight up to I told my dad and all I got for an awnser was: ''well they aren't there anymore'' The group stopped walking though? When I got up to the porch they were standing there and apparently they were gone already? And if my dad didn't see them while washing dishes were they actually there?
Back in the 1980’s, in Oakland, California, I was having a conversation in an office with a friend. I was saying how that at least I knew that things could not get any worse. I was practically homeless, and in a wheelchair, and my wife was pregnant. Ten minutes later, I woke up in the middle of 7th St, after having been hit by a car, in the crosswalk, in my wheelchair! Things got worse....all I could do was laugh. Moral of the story is: Things can ALWAYS get worse! But hope for the best....
Things you should know before this story: - My ENTIRE neighborhood is built on a Native American burial ground - Many people in my neighborhood have had seemingly paranormal experiences So this happened about a week ago. I was home alone, as I always am for the first 3-4 hours after school, and was talking to my friend over the phone. After maybe one and a half hours. We were talking about random shit, as always, when I heard what seemed like 2 entirely distinguishable voices talking, neither of which speaking any English. I, being the dumbass I am, say to my friend “Hey, I’ll be right back, I think somebody is in my house.” I muted, opened my door, walked to the edge of the staircase, and yell “Hello? If there is somebody in this house and they don’t live here, I’m going to ask you to leave or I WILL call the cops” instead of doing so from the safety underneath the cramped area under my bed. Heard nothing, until 5 seconds later, when I heard the sound of my phone hanging up. I walk back in to check. The internet was out, I went downstairs, reset it, nothing, unplugged and plugged it back in, nothing. Almost as if I had turned off my internet connection. At this point, I’m convinced somebody is in the house. I search the entire thing, top to bottom. Not a single thing had been moved, broken, or out of place. My mom got home, and the internet is working for her. Slowly, the internet on my phone is returning. I tell my barber what happened a couple days later, and she tells me about the neighborhood being built on a Native American burial ground. I have feeling that the people talking weren’tquite, y’know, *alive* Edit: I’m aware this isn’t quite the “creepy” the video meant, but it’s still creepy so yea.
Here’s a story of me and a group of friends accidentally being very creepy: a big group of me and some friends were on a road trip to Disneyland, we had to split up into two cars and one would follow the other. We stopped somewhere for gas and/or food(can’t remember exactly) and when we got back on the road we got back to our route of following the other car. But the other car started taking weird turns that didn’t match with the navigation, at one point suddenly merging into an exit lane out of nowhere and speeding around corners. We’re all confused as hell because wtf is our friend doing, then we call her and ask what’s going on and she tells us “you aren’t behind us” that’s when we realized we’ve been following some poor soul and apparently freaked them the hell out which is why they were driving so crazy and tried to fake us out at the exit lane. We never cleared it up with the other car but did laugh amongst ourselves at this
This happened recently I'm usually homeschooled after the whole virus thing and I still am to this day and typically I really don't look outside because of school stuff but my mom one day tells me " have you seen a white van or a red SUV driving around our neighborhood lately?" I'd send her that I have seen those and she said that those guys were extremely sketching and she was pretty sure they were Robbers about an hour later my mom left for work the day goes by pretty normally I hear some cars outside I look outside because my dog start barking at them and I see the white van pull up to my neighbor's house FYI they don't have a white van and they were out camping at the time this freaked me out because I'm pretty sure they were getting robbed all I could do was just sit there and fear looking through the window contemplating what to do I haven't told anyone yet because they have sat outside my house just looking at me it's really creepy and I'm still see them drive around to this day and I feel really guilty for not telling anyone about what I saw
@@enzocantwell don't worry shortly after this comment i stopped being baby andtold my parents and the neighborhood about it. (I forgot to edit my comment lol)
Loved fiddling with my parents‘ radio as a youngster. One late night I suddenly heard a series of loud beeps, and then suddenly very robotic sounding female voice reading numbers. It sounded so incredibly cold and creepy I freaked out immediately and had icy shivers down my spine. I punched the power button, ran upstairs and hid under the covers. Decades later I found out that I had likely landed on a number station, probably out of East Germany or the Soviet Union. Still makes me uneasy though I have rationalised it.
One scary story (I have a lot lol): Once at school in 5th grade, I was at recess, playing kickball, like a normal person. This random guy comes up to the fence around the kickball field, and we were cheering names, like normal. This man also starts cheering peoples names and when we stop, he started calling them over and telling them “come here, [their name,]” and some people told the teacher, and we went in. They did have to call the police (I think) and made sure nothing happened. We weren’t sure if he wanted to kidnap people… And other school story was once a 6th grade boy set a trash can on fire (I was in like 3rd grade so it want someone I knew,) and they had to call the police and the firemen. A few weeks ago the school bully/idiot was found vaping in the bathroom…
It's about time that I have somewhere to put this! When I was 12 I talked to my friend's little brother on discord and we talked about pokémon, testing out who knows more. The conversation eventually trailed to talking about our favorite pokémon (Mine at the time was Lampet because I thought it was cute.) My friend then proceeds to send me a video which he claims is a video of his favorite pokémon (Eevee) dancing. I click on the video and less than a second in, the video cuts to static and creepy messages begin to appear. I remember small bits like "You were taken" and "You went missing on 14 of December 1992" but it was completely normal when I watched the video again. I sent the video to my friends and they all said it was just Eevee dancing. That terrifies me to this day, and I don't watch videos from that friend anymore.
One day when I was living in this nice house I walked past my mom's bathroom and the bath tub started running, I shouted my sisters name but when I went in there they had nobody but after that day something was wrong with me, I felt shaking and super tired and horrible, I had no idea what happened. Another thing that happened in that same house was when I was watching a video about ants in my mom's room, but then the blinds swung open on the balcony door, I darted out of the room, my mom said it was the wind probably but when I looked outside there was no wind in sight, the way the blinds moved, it was like somebody grabbed both sides and jerked it super aggressively and swung it. Another scary thing that happened was still that same house, in 2018 I had looked out of the window to see a black wisp like figure moving through the air, I was so confused, it vanished before I can get detail, safe to say, that house was crazy, also I had super scary dreams like, I was dreaming about me being in a school with some girl named Sally, she showed me around before she vanished, btw the school was at night, then some deranged looking child walked up to me and told me if he can go into the cafeteria, I said yes, I remember walking down the hallway getting a sip of water, then I saw Sally again but she had exes over her eyes, I was scared, I then walked into the cafeteria since it was time to eat when I saw a bunch of dismembered sheep, guts and blood hanging and all over the seats, the kid told me I shouldn't have let him in the cafeteria. Then I ran, I ran so fast, everything was red, screeching sounds were everywhere I ran into this classroom and hid under the teachers destroyed when a green figure with Beaming eyes that were bright red and some black figure behind it ran slowly and got me under the desk, the screeching and screams were ear piercing when... the Dream ended...
Yah that house did have some good memories but gosh was it so eerie, the house was built probably in like 2015 or 2014 in a suburban beautiful area, it was really crazy and kinda creepy, the stairs would creek on there own as well, all I know is that I moved out of there... but my dreams were messed up and terrifying...
I have a few stories that aren't as creepy as most of the others here but still: the first one is really recent. my dad, sister and I where watching a horror movie called Terrifier. We started watching it but had to stop so my sister could go to bed. that night, I saw a sheet white something slide past my window. it was a blink and you miss it type of thing, and I was freaked out. the next night we continued watching the movie until the same thing happened, sister had to go to bed, around an hour later i go to bed, but this time the white thing was smaller. it also happened to slide past during the routine I do before bed. and last night, I saw the same white thing as the previous night slide past my window, but when i was in bed and finished my routine. my dog has also been barking her ass of at night lightly, which has put me on edge as well. every time I lay awake in bed, trying to go to sleep, I hear strange noises in and around my room. i combatted this for a while by having music playing in my room, which also helped me to sleep. well, dad took away the speaker for a car trip and didn't return it, so for the past week or so, i have been hearing those noises. Laying in bed, trying to go to sleep, if I turn my head I see white silhouettes that disappear when I focus on them. I have no idea how to explain them other than that. Finally, when I was younger, my brother and I were bought some FNaF figures. At the time we were obsessed with anything to do with FNaF, or anything paranormal/scary. we decided to leave my Chica (I don't remember if I had my Foxy at this time, but if I did he would have been there too) and my brothers Bonnie in our dads office for a few minutes to see if they moved. Chica had moved. and not just a little raise of the arm or something, although she did do that, but she had moved to a new spot about 4-5 cm away. we tries again multiple times and I remember one of them falling over.
This happened maybe a year or 2 ago when I was around 13-14, me and my family were in a nature museum on a road trip, about an hour after we got there I noticed this guy kinda eyeing me, at the time I thought nothing of it but later I saw him again and he was staring at me yet again, that time I was little unsettled but figured it was some freak coincidence as I have kinda an eye catching look, I tend to wear vibrant colors and I’m pretty tall but also really skinny so the combination can make me sort of a sight so it’s not the first time I’ve had people semi-stare at me, but then every room we’d go in I’d see him just watching me, he was following us without hesitation and every room we’d go in he’d be staring at me, at one point I got separated from my dad whom I had been staying by for security, but due to the crowd in this room I was separated from him for a moment, and in that exact moment when I was separate from anyone in my family I noticed once again the same man was staring at me, but this time he was shifting his way through the crowd towards me, I stayed semi calm and just started shuffling through the crowd to try to get back to my dad, I couldn’t see him at the moment but I knew what direction he had lost gone in, the whole time I’m shuffling past people this man is walking directly behind me, eventually I reach my dad and just stand beside him and grab onto his arm, and I look back to see that the man had just stopped completely in his tracks with and almost irritated expression, there were 2 more rooms in the museum before we left and in both I saw that man just staring at me every second, I’ve had scarier things happen but none of them were as direct or ominous as this as well as none of them having any real preventable circumstances, I have no idea what that man was thinking or planning but whatever he could’ve needed with me that involved me being alone was nothing I wanted to be a part of
That is horrible but if you’re in a crowd, you can just start screaming at him, that is practically one of the first rules if someone is oddly following you and won’t stop
True story that happened to me and my friend. My friend has always been very social and would often go door to door to see if the people living there had kids me and her could play with. I was never on board with this whole idea as I feared we might get abducted. One day, she told me she had knocked on someone’s door the other day (she had a feeling the family had kids as we had seen two kids outside of the house) and had been greeted with a tired, messy looking woman telling her to go away in a nervous voice. Her being the extrovert she was, she walked up and knocked on the door again as I watched. Sure enough, a woman came out on the top deck asking us to go. We listened and walked off. Fast forward a few minutes later me and my friend were sitting on a bench watching youtube when the same woman walked up to us. She explained that she had been startled by us as the houses around her had been being sold/rented to sex offenders no she thought we were one of them. One day me and my mom were driving home from getting dinner all of a sudden we saw fire truck lights flaring, turn down a street but when we came up on the street that the truck turned down there was no street and then an ambulance followed close behind but instead of turning into an invisible street the ambulance just went straight past it was the craziest damn thing we’ve ever saw if it wasn’t for the both of us in the car we’re sure no one would believe us
@@sgtwhisker26 Ah, yes. This happened in Scotland once, just with a Vauxhall. Multiple sightings of it crashing, they did find it, but it's believed to have crashed years before the phone calls.

That shit happened to me too. When I was in 5th grade I think when I decided to go and play in my tree house while my dad was cooking dinner. I was running a flyswatter against the banister of it, moved back, then BAAHHMM!!! Woke up maybe a couple minutes later, upside down leaning against the ladder. Scariest thing that's ever happened to me was when I was a toddler, no older than 3, so I barely remember it, but my mom does in vivid detail. This was the mid 80s, my father was with the Canadian Air force and at the time we lived in Germany. So my mom and I were in transit, so either on our way to, or from, Canada on a visit. My mom was juggling me, a baby bag, suitcase, purse, and stroller, and I was a pretty rowdy kid. Enter older couple, as my mom tells it, they looked like an elderly grandparent type of couple and noticed she was having issues, so they offered to help her carry things on the way to her gate. She agreed, and before she could hand over the suitcase, the old man grabbed the baby bag, and the woman grabbed me...and they began walking. Fast. My mom thankfully reacted very quickly, as I had started screaming bloody murder and reaching for her, so she ran up to them and grabbed me, saying I was fussy and would only be more trouble if she didn't handle me. Moment I was back in her arms, the old man dropped the baby bag and they vanished in the crowd. My mom told me this story as a "what a strange couple that was" but when she saw how I looked pale and horrified, I explained to her that if she hadn't acted quickly, I wouldn't be here today. She didn't know that she had almost lost her 1st child to human traffickers/kidnappers.
When I was like 13 or so I woke up to someone else's breathing, but no one was there, I looked all over my room, out my window, in the house, got back to bed and the breathing resumed, I sneaked quietly to the edge of the bed and looked over the side and there it was... my dog Ruby having sneaked into my room just before the door closed, when I'd looked earlier there just happened to be things blocking my sight of where she was, she wasn't allowed to be in our rooms at bed time, but I was just so relieved I just let her sleep on the bed that night, she was a good dog... RIP Ruby.
When I was 5 or something at my old house when I got home from school I realized NOBODY was there. I checked most of the rooms in the house. Now, usually, my family members are there including my mom, but none of them were there. I was taught growing up if you left your child home alone you would get arrested, pretty sure that’s a lie now. But being 5 years old I believed this. I went outside crying thinking my mom would get arrested. I yelled for help for a while until someone across the street (an old man) noticed me and came over. He asked what was wrong and I started explaining what happened to him. We had a conversation and he tried his best to calm me down until I realized my older sister was there because she came out of her room. Pretty embarrassing and it sounds stupid but trust me: that was scary knowing one of the people you care most about and keeps your house and life stable goes away.
so this was back when I was just a little 10 year old boy, and I had an 11 year old brother at the time. My brother was in middle school, and I was in elementary school. We got out 30 minutes apart from each other, so I was able to do what I wanted at the school for a couple of minutes and have fun. But my dumbass decided I would climb the fucking mountain with my friend. So while I was climbing that same mountain, I saw a chair that had bloody writing on it, then said "Sleep Well" and that wasn't to scary, but there was a sharpie on the chair, and that sharpie was as good as good can be. that is what shocked me the most. That kind of just means that area is very new, and someone has been sleeping there. so that was my most scariest story!
I was home alone, ten years old. I was walking around the house looking for my phone. I found it, but when I was about to turn around it looked like there was a giant black thing behind me, looked about 5 feet tall, skinny so much you could basically break its bone by punching its leg, and it had 3 toes. Very weird, didn’t even fully turn around because I was so scared. I blinked a couple more times and it went away. Still kinda scared of that encounter to this day.
Pretty simple on my end, as a kid (don't remember what age) I somehow tripped at the top of my stairway and jumped all the way to the first floor, unscathed and no witnesses, I was REALLY confused and I never really forgot this. Not as scary as other situations but just thinking I could've broke a leg or arm at that time is pretty messed up
The manager from story 12 was absolutely correct to get someone to close with her for a while, probably prevented anything else from happening. I worked at a gym for almost 4 years and became work friends with one of the women working there after a bus incident. One day a new trainer was at the training desk and a member walks up looking for my work friend. The young trainer said the work friend was at lunch and wouldn't be back. He then asked her when she would be getting off, and before I could interject the younger trainer told him. I interrupted and tried to interject some ambivalence "she's a new trainer, my work friend actually works a different shift and you should probably ask her to give that information to you if she wants to tell you". I talked to the trainer about never giving that kind of information out to members, she was young and honestly needed to learn creeps like that sometimes stalk trainers and employees. Spoke with management and the front desk and found out this guy had in fact been stalking my work friend for three days, showing up at the gym and trying to time it with her schedule to ask for her number or for a date. We had him escorted out and banned from the premises. I asked her if she wanted me to start walking her to the bus stop, and she smiled and said," He would never, and if he did, I got somethin' for him." I then remembered after the bus incidence I had come to find out that she did, in fact, have something for him and stopped worrying as much.
Story 30 is still just about on par with Mass ave and Comm ave today! Had someone recently come up to me on the former saying he would stab someone for free coffee.
The creepiest thing I can think of is when I was in kindergarten a girl and I walked in a circle facing eachother (think cliché fight from the 80s or something) repeating “You’re dead meat”. I didn’t know this girl, this was the first and last time I saw her.
I was 14 years old on vacation with my grandparents in California and we were with my six year old cousin. We went to Venice Beach, and there was a homeless man who was following us from a distance, but every time we stopped, he would be pleasuring himself while staring at me. All out in the open and it’s not like my body was developed either so you could definitely tell I was a very young child not just that but I was also with my family so it was very disturbing and creepy.
If someone broke into my house in the night and was barely trying to be sneaky... I would get killed or kidnapped because I minorly audibly hallucinate footsteps in the house downstairs. once I even thought I heard my dad playing his bassoon at 12 am. I do not kid you it was even a song I had never heard him play on it.
As a sleepwalker my family can testify that I sometimes gave them the creeps, or jumpscare them. According to them, once I threw a phone and for several times I didnt went outside walking around in the woods because I made a ton of noise tryings to open the door so they would wake up and told me to go to bed xD
Once I was laying on the couch in the middle of the summer, it was about 12:04 at the time and I was watching Disney+. Then I hear crawling behind the couch. It was almost human. Before you say, "it was probably one of your pets" That can't be true, I didn't have any pets.

The first story is just tragic. It's a reminder that sometimes, even the smallest things can stop us from ending it all.
God really is beautiful :)

I don't know what happened and how she saw 'it', but I am suspecting that she had a mental illness like schizophrenia.
if anyone ever told me they saw something in the corner, especially at night, shit, I’m believing them and getting the fuck out of that room
I think she was having sleep paralysis
@@dwhimple8326 I don't think you get what sleep paralysis is. During sleep paralysis you wouldn't be able to move or talk to the friend, so it would probably be schizophrenia.

And somehow, this absolute coward acts like so:
I hear the rumbling from my closet, once and for the last time.
Your dream is normal luckily
I fell asleep watching tawog and I could hear the show playing in my dream
Same night I went through a loop
LET IT RIP
I think u we’re having false awakenings of getting up but u were awake enough to be aware of the doors rumbling
Kinda funny it’s from the cats heck my cat was on my bed one night and stretched she was shaking she was stretching so hard and it shook my bed I thought it was an earthquake and literally SCREAMED at the top of my lungs EARTHQUAKE!!!!! While I covered my ears 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Little did I realize I was half asleep I made myself look like a fool screaming like that and once I woke up fully (in a few seconds) I realized it was just my cat stretching right by my head 😂😂
U were VERY brave to go see what was making the noise I wouldn’t be that brave to this day to go check on something like that and I’m an adult 😅
This was the scariest thing that ever happened to me, but it also made me realize how lucky I am to have a mother such as her
Jeez glad nothing bad happened to u
ur mum reminds me of mine-
That's how mom's should be, protective. Glad the creep got caught. Your mom is awesome.
9:29 A great manager. Taking caution for his own employees? That is amazing.
Other strange and scary things that happened to me at that house include:
-I would crack my bedroom door open sometimes, and one night I saw the black silhouette of a hairless head duck out of sight of it when I looked over there.

On story 12, I’m glad that manager cared for her safety. A+ right there.
@puteqx Nope, no pain at all
Sounds like u had awareness during the sedation which can happen to some people
I’ve heard story 29 before but I love it so much (as a subway enthusiast myself) that hearing it again makes me smile.
There is actually a huge problem with kidnapping and human trafficking in seattle so I’m really glad you were lucky enough to avoid that.
28 is relatable once as a kid I used to live in a one story house and I went through the kitchen to the bathroom, my brother walks through my mom's room but he was in the hallway leading to the bathroom
this happened to me only a few weeks ago. i was falling asleep in my room, but it was so hot, i had to crack the window open. i didn't want to turn on the ac, because my parents were really nitpicky about it and said that it made them feel too cold. anyway, i'm just falling asleep, when suddenly, i hear this weird noise coming from outside. it's hard to describe, it almost sounded like wind, but there hadn't been any wind or breeze prior to this happening. i hear this noise getting closer and closer, louder and louder. i slowly get up, and walk towards the window. by now, the noise is coming from right behind my window with how close it is. in an instant, i whipped open the curtains, and slammed the window shut. there was something on the other side of the glass, like a face, but i acted so quickly i could barely even see it. it could've been my mind playing tricks on me, or just my own reflection, but i still stay awake at night, thinking about it
You wished for the cold and it brought a chill breeze 🤷♂️
Schizo
something similar used to happen to me in my old house, i always swore i could hear this deep, low breathing out my window at night… turned out to just be the ambient noises of all the bugs goin about their lives. we are equipped to identify faces and danger so it makes sense that’s what we’d rationalize anything unfamiliar as being predatory.
I heard knocking on the bathroom window at night, the bathroom was on the second floor, so I naturally freaked out and headed to my room for a bit so that I could collect myself, ended up having a massive panic attack because I could footsteps in the hallway and knocking on my bedroom window
I know my family's footsteps and my cat was in my room, sleeping, all my other pets were sleeping in their cages downstairs and my room had no door, just a curtain because the door came off it's hinges before I got the room from my mother
I ended up sleeping in my closet with tmnt playing on my laptop because tmnt is the most comforting thing I know, still is, if I'm ever going through anything or if I'm falling out of a different fandom then I turn back to tmnt
I still don't know who or what was walking through the halls but I swear that house was haunted, the Buddha statues my mother had in the hall kept turning to face my room and when I was outside of my room, I felt like I was being watched unless I was in the kitchen
I still get that feeling in my new house, the difference with this house is that I've met the demon in the hallway, three weeks into staying here I met him in my dream, I know this cause when I went to sleep my bedroom light was off and in my dream I turned on the light and woke up to it being on
I was creeped out for a bit and every so often for the first year or so, I'd feel uncomfortable with being in the hallway whilst home alone or when it was night and I was the only one awake
Big guy means no harm, I feel safer in this house than any other house I've been in, the only thing different is I get some really weird dreams or some nasty nightmares, but that's fine to deal with since most of the time I don't dream at all
I figure the hallway demon is trying to help me out somehow, especially with all the cases of deja vu I keep getting
Hallway demon😨?!?!???!?!?!
@@AnkushB1811 he's cool
Homie demon, he just wants you to get over your fears :)
Bro wtf did i just read
I was homeschooled at the time my mom was outside smoking I was getting really freaked out (I have separation enxiaty) and I also started seeing things then I look down the hallway then I see a man staring at me I scream mom comes running in and it was just a figment of my imagination didn't sleep for a week after that scared the hell out of me
Damn hope you recover from that . You might even need mental help?

After this incident happened, we told my brother to let us know beforehand if he was ever coming by the house that early in the morning.
brother and he is a nurse 🙏🏼
your brothers a nurse? I think you said that wrong buddy
Hm? Men can be nurses too.@Tobyfoxfoam
I remember that my parents saw on the community post thingy that someone recorded a strange man with a kids bicycle, but the thing was that there was no kid. He also appears more times with different objects.
Another story is that an old lady posted on the app that she saw two teenage boys going into this trail that leads to the woods, but only one came back with a red splattered "something" in his hand
couldn’t find a better place to talk about this, and the creep in this story is me. so, i was chilling in class learning about vocabulary words, blah blah blah. i was thinking about going home, when someone(we’ll call him Jimmy, not actual name) kept bugging me. i told him to leave me alone, but he kept bothering me. i was thinking about a good way to freak out/scare Jimmy. i asked him the definition of eviscerate, and when he said no, i told him. he instantly went pale, and he never bugged me again. i was scary in 5th grade, man
btw, eviscerate means to gut.
If I saw them I’d freak to before knowing what they are I saw one launch and thought it was a missile 😂😂😂😅😅
I still haven’t seen them lined up in the sky u want to though I’m curious how they look in person compared to how they look in videos
I saw them recently, thought the same thing
LMAO 💀
@Silaen Nase Yes
She stabbed you then got massive karma, sounds like a huge w to me
Apart from the fact you got stabbed, that probably hurt
my story: One day I laid out of school, because I wasn’t feeling well, unfortunately though, I was too young (around 7 or 8) to be home alone, so I had to go with my mom to work.
Sounds like that creep was fantasizing the girls that will wear the clothes and possibly pleasuring himself trying to be discrete 🤢
U had a good reason to feel uncomfortable
@@howtowithelizabeth7513 agreed! If something doesn’t feel right it most likely means something isn’t right! I’m glad I took notice even being so young.
And this is why I don't often insult or fight with people online and also why I'm not a social person and lock my doors and always have a phone on hand
Story 11 is scary, but this is the importance of teaching your kids. This guy clearly had good parents that care about him.
You come for the stories, stay for the Minecraft parkour going on in the background. You have a great choice in stories and in backgrounds man, love this channel!
Everyone was fine but my friend five years later still keeps bringing it up
Story 41 got me dying out of laughter
Story 2020 got me mad
I tell this thing with confidence:
"You can't hurt me. You can't hurt me."
Its reply?
"Yes I can."
It knocks the window off its frame, to which I put it back on, and in bold defiance, go into my bed, in my dream, and go to sleep.
It was right, it did hurt you a bit clearly
I lucid dream to I had a nightmare of being on a bridge and it collapsed everything was so detailed down to the song that was playing and what the cars and drivers looked like around me heck I even saw the concrete thickness and texture from the road section in front of mine while mine separated and broke off then I fell for a few seconds before blacking out no pain just extreme panic if I didn’t have a healthy heart I probably would of had a heart attack I was so frightened by it 😖😖
I thought it was real to the point that once I woke up calmed down which took a good 15 minutes for my heart to stop pounding out of my chest
Now I have a mild phobia of that damn bridge which I have to occasionally go over I slightly panic until I’ve crossed it even if the setting that was in the dream is different I still fear it was a premonition
Oh yeah it was also full of vibration, rumbling and metal moaning and groaning before I went onto the bridge I was only and felt a lot of movement before it broke I think an MASSIVE earthquake caused it 😖😖😖😖
This wasn’t a lucid nightmare but I’ve had lucid nightmares combined with false awakenings they SUCK😩😩😩
Anyone turned away from lucid dreaming don’t be it’s fun most of the time plus u can heal trauma/grief by time traveling and preventing things from happing that upset u in the dream (yeah it’s not “real” and you’ll know that while dreaming) BUT u can pretend your in another dimension and stoping that version of u from having to go through what u went through in reality 🙂
lucid dreaming is usually awesome once u learn to do it
Best tips do frequent “reality checks” look for things that are off like being back with an ex or being back in your childhood home when u moved years ago
Next test reality I typically try levitating and if I leave the ground I know im dreaming
Another test is to try reading it should be really hard or impossible my brain can only read a few words before the letters move around (almost like how dyslexia is shown in cartoons) and the words change then I can’t read a thing I know I’m dreaming then for sure
Weird but this happens to me while dreaming with my phone it will either not work right or it will become flimsy like it’s made from wet tissue paper and won’t hold its shape one dream it even draped over my finger like it was melting 😂😂 this isn’t a good test for me I’m to frustrated trying to get it to work I’m to distracted to realize I’m dreaming
(trying to film UFOs or taking pictures of breathtaking scenery but the camera won’t work or the phone becomes mush it’s so frustrating trying to get it to work i wake up before realizing im dreaming)
Sounds like a demon hurt u by harming your dad 😔
I’ve heard they can appear in a lucid dream and to me it sounds like that was definitely something evil 😖
One time I was outside stacking wood and there was a group of like 5 shady people that walked by my senses went straight up to I told my dad and all I got for an awnser was: ''well they aren't there anymore''
The group stopped walking though?
Things you should know before this story:
- My ENTIRE neighborhood is built on a Native American burial ground
- Many people in my neighborhood have had seemingly paranormal experiences
So this happened about a week ago. I have feeling that the people talking weren’tquite, y’know, *alive*
Edit: I’m aware this isn’t quite the “creepy” the video meant, but it’s still creepy so yea.
And now I don't wanna be home alone

Dude you need to tell someone about this, it could potentially save someone from getting robbed or much worse, you can’t just sit on stuff like this

One scary story (I have a lot lol):
Once at school in 5th grade, I was at recess, playing kickball, like a normal person. We weren’t sure if he wanted to kidnap people…
And other school story was once a 6th grade boy set a trash can on fire (I was in like 3rd grade so it want someone I knew,) and they had to call the police and the firemen.
Wow. Buddy really went for it with the hard R, hey?
I think that house is haunted, this is pretty messed up
Yah that house did have some good memories but gosh was it so eerie, the house was built probably in like 2015 or 2014 in a suburban beautiful area, it was really crazy and kinda creepy, the stairs would creek on there own as well, all I know is that I moved out of there... but my dreams were messed up and terrifying...
I have a few stories that aren't as creepy as most of the others here but still:
the first one is really recent. my dad, sister and I where watching a horror movie called Terrifier.
Where they the normal fnaf guys or fnaf 4 figures? I’m assuming fnaf 4 because you said you liked paranormal stuff at that time

That whole thing quite disturbed me and i’ve been afraid to go over to that area ever since.
I usally play games, One time someone got so mad at me that they started to give me death threats, and he just said an adress and home number, *it was the next home to me.*
I slept with an Benelli M4 that night.

The scariest thing that happened to me was when I got knocked out at recess I actually thought I died everything was black for 5 minutes 😅my friend tagged me when I was playing freeze tag in the chest 0.0005 seconds later my head hit a pole and then it was black I couldn’t feel anything I felt like I was floating around in nothing
One shoe completely off and the other just dangling on my foot. That's why you always close the trap door behind you.

Oh my God story 34 is relatable.

so this was back when I was just a little 10 year old boy, and I had an 11 year old brother at the time.
For all the dong stories.
My first reaction is always:
You should go to specialist. Your dong doesn't look right.
That AOL one got me dude, Christ. I didn’t know that was actually possible. Swatting and IP finding seems so unreal.
The guy pretending to be mentally disabled grossed me out so much
