I could listen to Tamira talk all day long, she speaks so well and puts her words in such a clear concise form.. As a Brit I love that accent.. . What a superb R. D..

I was so glad she took time to do this. I think it will help a lot of people have a smoother day. And Brian and I goal here was really just to help spread the info - we're both very close to leadville and hope more people can have a great race experience.

It sounds like the trail race equivalent of Glastonbury festival.. Listening to Tamaras logistical conundrum regarding population other than competitors and event folk, it sounds as though the event is in safe hands 🎉

It's very impressive how expodentially more complex it gets with increasing number of runner. It's impressive that they can run these - and sure there are some mishaps - but there's a reason why most other 100 miler are ~200-300. And we didn't talk much about it - but the mountain bike race is even crazier. More riders. More crew. More dramatic crashes - there's a huge need for emergency vehicle and such. I've seen some bad crashes on those, and in these, time is a factor.
