- Ulterium Records presents a new April 2020 quarantine studio video for "Collide & Spark," the first Project Aegis charity song from 2013.
"Collide & Spark" is an all-star charity track for sale with 100% of the income going to The Bridge Bunch, an organization dedicated to serving the homeless population of Nashville, TN, in the United States.
The song was composed by Theocracy vocalist and songwriter Matt Smith. It features vocals by Nils K. Rue (Pagan's Mind), Henrik Båth (Darkwater), Elin Redin (End of September) and Smith, as well as a guitar solo by Markus Sigfridsson (Darkwater, Harmony, All Things Fallen).

I am a recent Theocracy listener and really love the Easter song. I love these projects and hope there is more to come. As a longtime Christian, it is only in recent years where I’ve been able to worship the Lord with my favorite genre of music! I’m grateful for all the music I’ve been exposed, but more grateful for hard rock and metal Christian music. Rock on In Jesus Name. 🙏🏽

I had never listened to him sing before this song, but he honestly has one of the best voices in metal

Is it wrong to admit that I've lost track of how many times I've listened to all 3 Project Aegis songs, and am now a growing fan of the main projects of all musicians involved? As a musician and Christian, I get so many chills by the music and lyrics of Matt Smith, and these songs (which I was introduced to shortly after becoming a fan of Theocracy), have gotten me into the prog rock/prog metal genre. I'd love to see all artists/bands involved in a full Project Aegis album!!!!

If I could like this a million times, it would not be enough. Matt Smith should be writing, producing, and performing songs with the best musicians on the planet, and Project Aegis proves through the law of attraction that he has what it takes and that other high performers want to collaborate with him. Well done, His good and faithful servant. Listening to your music extends the joy in my life beyond boundaries as it connects me to Jesus for a transformed life.

I! LOVE! PROJECT AEGIS! They actively seek out multiple lead singers and bring them together awesomely. What's sad is that it showcases the best of their voices that you don't find in their own songs. That's what I find truly tragic.
Still I believe this is the best song I have ever heard from Matt....love Theocracy but this is another level melodically...... And good Lord that dark haired guy is a vocal beast

There's SO much to love about this video! Matt's absolutely brilliant song writing, fantastic vocals from all, great guitar work (especially Markus' solo). Sheer metal power! Then there's Matt wearing the respirator while playing the bass....cracked me up.
