The footage of the roll and early climb out from Queenstown is some of the best footage I have seen from a passenger seat in a commercial airliner. Great effort. The footage was steady and full-screen without any window frames in the way. What camera did you use and how did you keep it so steady - pure skill or did you have the camera attached somehow? Thanks.
Beautiful scenery mate! I need to get over there some time! I want to go Gliding there & see the Warbirds Over Wanaka Airshow one day hopefully thanks for sharing this!
Absolutely stunning views one day I’ll be able to go see them for myself I’m happy places like this still exist❤
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it
I did this flight in the opposite direction (Auckland to Queenstown) the arrival in to Queenstown was just breath taking, just beautiful!
Stay safe!
Hi thanks, it really is awesome eh!

Hey thank you! It was all filmed on the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The stabilisation is really good!

Thanks mate, would be great to have you over here! Can’t wait until we can do that kind of thing again...
@@PureGlide Bloody oath! I hope you have a fantastic Christmas & an awesome new year Bud!
Nice, Tim. It makes me feel a bit sad to no longer be part of the airline with the koru on the tail, but I've got more time for gliding.
True! That is one good thing :)
As I was watching this, I thought ; “Ah beautiful New Zealand, land of the Covid Free!” 😃
Hope you realize how lucky you are?
Sure do! We had to wear masks on the plane, but otherwise life is normal...
