I love it so much that Cloud is phenomenal at invalidating campy characters and playstyles, and Sparg0 does a crazy good job at that. In my personal opinion, Sparg0's Cloud just might save the game from dying out.
You do realize spargo was the one camping in the sonic set also game and watch is not campy .saving smash chill bro and stop the idiocy there 80 character in the game there only 2sonic and game and watch and steve( when onion attend stuff)at top level miya and sonic are just better than everyone people thier characters aren't that popular stop with the meta crap
@@aymenjbaili Firstly, Cloud has to camp in the Sonic match-up, but he still gets occasional openings to play in his usual aggressive methods as Sparg0 demonstrated at this tournament. You also seem to avoid the topic of Sparg0's effect on Acola, being one of the only players who's ever forced him to switch characters off of Steve, which a lot of people, including myself, appreciate the break from Steve.
Secondly, I acknowledge that Game & Watch isn't inherently campy, as I never said that every character Sparg0 fought was campy in playstyle. (Although many people hate on G&W regardless, as I'd argue he's just as hated as Steve & Sonic are).
And yes, everyone at this tournament is really on a different level with their character, and that certainly includes Sparg0, as no other Cloud has reached his level yet.
But essentially, I enjoy Sparg0's dominantly aggressive playstyle, as even though he has to play campy in certain match-ups, it's not nearly as consistently campy and slow-paced as a lot of the other characters at this tournament, and as a Cloud main myself, I learn a lot from watching him in action.

Acola fascinates me because he’ll play super cringe while laughing against tweek but then gets Sonix who plays super cringe against him and is very upset that he lost, but then I remember he’s just a 16 year old kid and it all makes sense
He is such a bad player in many aspects, then again, he’s just a kid
He's been 17 for half a year now. Still young but he turns 18 next July.

@@wilburforce8046yeah the only good set was the Spargo one, the Ken loss was so weird cause he was confused as to why Kaninabe lost to Ken at Port when it should’ve been a “break” since it’s an easy matchup for Fox
@@wilburforce8046 I mean in general. Like today Light was playing like Garbage, but he is capable of winning against everyone here.
@@oscar5012 it seemed to be true at many points but he litteraly dropped everything he usually does. Ken wasn’t even playing better then Nairo’s aegis and light fumbled the bag. He played better on stream lol.

I had faith in Spargo winning. It really throws a wrench on the definitive top player. Spargo is the best IMO but Miya and Acola have more consistent results.

Yeah. I've noticed that when Spargo loses, it's almost always a game 5. He needs to work on his clutch factor and then I think he will be undeniably #1.@@dzyer8359

Spargo is the uncontested #1 of the world, he defeated Glutonny top 1 Europe, Acola and Miya top 1 and 2 of Japan, and Sonix the #2 of the world, nobody can say he didn’t deserve it, love to Spargoat.
I agree, but I'd say his inconsistency is what makes him not uncontested. But he certainly is my favorite player to watch.
He's by far the best against other top players, but he's also by far the most likely to lose to non top players, making the debate of who's truly the best, extremely debatable

Sonix wins against Acola and Miya but is like 40-60 against Spargo
Acola takes most games against Miya until recently, but literally never loses against anyone else besides Sonix and Spargo
Miya wins against everyone except Acola, Sonix, and Spargo
Spargo wins against Acola, Miya, and Sonix but loses to much worse players more consistently than the other top 4.
So:
As of right now i think the order is
Acola
Spargo
Sonix
Miya.
Why? Acola loses against the other 3 but wins against everyone else.
Spargo beats the other top 4 players but is the most inconsistent of the top 4
Sonix, just like spargo beats the other top 4 but sometimes loses against Spargo, however is slightly more consistent than Spargo
Miya loses against the other 3 but wins against everyone else as well, but loses to Acola more than Acola loses to him
I'll have to disagree with this. Sonix and Miya are just as consistent as Acola now, and they both beat him. That makes Acola third best, at best. Spargo will have to get more consistent again, but for now, I can't help but say it's a three-way tie between Miya, Sonix and Spargo, with Acola being fourth.
how is steve still allowed ??? didn't they just find a basic cheat code where he can escape almost any combo by placing block in mid air or something like that. and he can time out anyone this character has horrible design. he doesn't belong here like come on.
