I'm impressed with the frequency with which you are pumping out relatively polished videos. It takes me a couple of weeks to get this decent at anything I play.
Thank you Cory, You have a very nice smoooth style. Some players seem to need to plunge their left hand onto the keyboard from about eight inches high, to play the bass notes. Well done. This is evident in all of your pieces. As you may have gathered, I love Ragtime.
after watching Marilyn Hall play, she seems to have a more upright posture than you at this point. How conscious should one be about how they are sitting at the piano?
Be conscious you are sitting and try not to fall down. That's my basic approach. Everyone is built different anatomically and so everyone looks different when sitting, even if everyone were to sit in a textbook correct fashion. I have much bigger back and lat muscles than Marilyn and because of this my back tends to stick out even if I am desperately trying to sit up as straight as possible. But really......more important than the way someone looks when sitting, is the sound of the music being produced.
Very beautiful song, thanks for playing 🙏🥰💞✌️👍👏😊

FINALLY! Glad to hear you slow it down to let the harmonies come through. Excellent
High levels of sass! I loved your increasing ease as the song progressed. Excellent.
Uno de mis compositores preferidos!!! Gracias por Joplin!!!! 👏👏👏
